Wall-crawling and Stealth

When using Stealth, you take a -5 penalty if you move at full speed. If you have one rank of wall-crawling, you move at your speed rank -1. So "full" speed while wall-crawling is half speed. Do you take the -5 for moving at half-speed while wall-crawling?

I'd say yes, since the idea behind the effect is that if you move too fast you cannot hide yourself as effectively. So, the "full speed" would be whatever you are capable of at the time.
