Interesting ideas, I may have to work on them. Scarface is a crime lord and the one holding him is usually a nobody.

It's the DCAU version, but Jabroniville's take on The Ventriloquist takes that route.

I'm a bit disappointed that Section Eight didn't make it in despite a mention of Six Pack in Hitman's entry. I was looking forward to seeing how they handled Dogwelder's abilities.

Likely not. I considered him for my section, but as much as I loved the miniseries waaaay back in the day, the character only had the one four issue arc in the 1980s, then one storyline a couple years back.

Actually though, he is distinctive and I almost regret choosing not to write him up. Maybe I'll post an unofficial version on the forums at some point.

My other big regret is not submitting Lady Quark, who was a mainstay of the 1990s LEGION team; but aside from a cameo appearance in Infinite Crisis, she hasn't had a storyline in a decade. Again, part of me wishes I had since she is one of the few heroic comic book females who doesn't look like a Victoria's Secret model (she was 60-ish, tall, and a little craggy, with short silver-white hair).

Again, maybe I'll post an unofficial version. And there's no saying DC or GR won't choose to write up sanctioned versions and put them in the 4th book!

All my best.

I would like to see the following:

Brimstone
Imperiax
Anti-Monitor
The Guardians
Mageddon
Double Dare
Resurrection Man
Body Doubles
Maxima
Female Furies
Black Mask
Ventriloquist
Hugo Strange
Various Corps members from Green, Sinestro, Red etc
Titano
Sun-Eater

That is all I can think of for now. Can't wait for the Universe book.

Well...I can say that two of those list items are in the manuscript I sent in. Whether it survives editing and dev is another matter, of course. :D

I wrote up another couple of those on your "wish list"-but again, I can make no promises on specifics, as DC and GR have the final say on editing.

As for whom is still MIA...well, Ferro Lad, Nemesis Kid, The Rocket Red Corps, Robby Reed (the original H-Dial user), and the Golden Age Robotman, as well as the 1980s version of Starman, the 5th Dimensional Thunderbolts and their summoners (Johnny and Jakeem Thunder)...

Again, I'm sure a few will turn up in the Atlas, though I didn't write any of those I mentioned.

All my best.

I haven't seen who's in H&V 2 but I'd like to see;

Ch'p
Tomorrow Woman
The Great Ten

Now that DC has integrated Wild Storm a bit more it'd be sweet to see some of them as well...

Well, instead of posting lists here of who didn't make it, it might be better to list those you would like to see get an entry in the thread I started a while ago entitled "Wish List for Universe Book...if room permits" a little down the board, as there may be a few slots available for that favorite missed character.

No worries. It's no more official than this one. We're all just members of the asylum. :)

Oh, absolutely.

Although, that one just might help to get a favorite character into the last book...

I was just trying to help out a new guy on the forum... :)

I'm sort of reminded of being semi surprised that Firefely was not in V1 yet Killer Moth made it. But I just added a jet pack to Heat Wave and statistcally called it a day when I ran him in a con game.

I actually noticed a mistake in H&V Volume 2.

There are two entries for the Shining Knight. One in the Seven Soldiers section, and one by itself. And the Seven Soldiers version had far more indepth information on the character in question.

That's because there are two different Shining Knights, Ystina and Sir Justin. They have different stats and different backgrounds. Kinda like how there are two different Dr. Lights.
