Wish List for Universe Book...if room permits

1.) Space Cabbie (handy for getting around space)
2.) Captain Carrot and the Amazing Zoo-Crew (alternate funny animal dimension, isn't there a funny animal Freedom City analog?)
3.) As much detail as possible on all the fictional cities, not just Gotham and Metropolis. Midway, Opal, Etc.
4.) And a written apology for leaving out Viking Commando.

A special Location request: the Rock of Eternity - it plays heavily for the Marvel family and there's little on it across the web.

Sites that are crucial to key DCU characters ( Fortress of Solitude, the Watchtower, Hall of Justice, Themyscira, the Batcave, ect. ) need a refined exploration and I'm sure those playing the game would pay for those kinds of supplements. I would. Better than trying to find old Mayfair material that doesn't include recent modifications.

I'm all in, for one, with separate supplements for the key sites. My offline group likes maps and miniatures, as I carried that with me from Fantasy gaming, so, anything MnM can offer would be appreciated. Since Green Ronin has the license, why not go crazy with material, in the same way TSR presented Marvel material for Classic Marvel SuperHeroes ( The ' Heroes and Villains ' books are but a small fraction of characters compared to TSR's ' Handbooks ' ) ?

I would love to see places like Arkham Asylum, Blackgate Prison, the Daily Planet, STAR LABs, Cadmus, and other notable locations along with some of the notable people associated with it. I'd love to see recurring alien races, planets, and spaceships from the DC Manhunter story arc (the Khund, Dominators, Durlans & Thangarians), Crisis (shadows & qwardians) and the Legion of Super Heroes. Characters, creatures and equipment from settings like Prehistoric, Medieval, Western and Futuristic would be wonderful. Like many other people posting on this list I would love to see the LEGION characters, as well as Wotan.
As much as I love the Zoo Crew, I would love to see it released as a pdf, just for fun, along with other wacky characters.

Don't mean to rain on your dream parade, but I'm pretty sure that while GR would probably love to do all of that and more with their DC license, they only have the contract for the 4 books, and both GR and DC probably have too much on their respective plates to worry about anything beyond those in the near future. Maybe 2015 and beyond would be my completely uneducated guess.

Yes, yes and Yes but how many maps and location maps they have might be limited, as we can find resources on the web, like gotham city. Please don't eat up a page with a crappy or lesser gotham city map when I can find one on the web. Instead GR is better to have links on the free resources for those who want to find a map.

We won't see a DC atlas style so more than likely we'll see an entry about arkham asylum as a key location in Gotham under Gotham rather than a detailed breakdown. Not enough room in the book, but again, a good link would be highly useful.

I wouldn't mind a map of at least Gotham City and Metropolis. I would prefer if it was done in the same style
as Freedom City. Now that was a good map.

Does it have everything fans have requested? Sadly, no, but the reality is the Atlas is only one book, much as I wish GR had the rights to do a second volume. Certainly I wish there was room for characters such as Tommy Tomorrow and Space Ranger, either in my section or the Future timelines chapter, but realistically these Silver Age stalwarts haven't appeared more than perhaps half-a-dozen times since perhaps 1970. I did manage to sneak in a couple "vintage" heroes and villains however.

Thanks for the post and the info update. You are correct that 1 book can only contain so much and it is not able to cover everything in a 75 year comics history.

I am so glad you did manage to sneak in a couple of the "vintage" heroes and villains! I just Hope they are the ones I wanted! Lol. I can't wait to see which ones will get an entry!
