Thanks. Every build I've seen up until now has just dealt with the Savage Hulk, with Banner being an afterthought. I feel that the Metamorph power was designed specifically for the Hulk, especially since it gave me the chance to handle Joe Fixit and the Professor as well.
I also wanted to showcase that Bruce is pretty formidable on his own, though I do admit that I had to work hard to get him to PL 16. The idea of using his partial transformation was a lifesaver, though I should have probably add Uncontrolled to it and forced an Irrational condition to be in place while it was in use. He shouldn't get to use it regularly. Indeed, he should fear that it will trigger a full transformation.
My main goal, though, was to make sure that Hulk vs. Superman or Hulk vs spiky grey hulk (er, I mean Doomsday) would really leave a question as to who would come out on top. I made a point of modeling his Adaptive after Doomsday, since Hulk had that power long before there even was a Doomsday. I also decided that his Adrenaline Surge style powers for his various forms were all-or-nothing. That mirrors how they seem in the comics; he's either normal angry or absolutely raging, with little in between.
