I'm fond of just giving them Immunity: Life Support. Its easy, it covers the stuff you'd normally expect a robot/construct to be immune to but still allows you to affect them with things that target Fortitude. Like that rusting thing in that one episode of Transformers.

Should toss in an immunity to biological poisons too though. Hydrogen Cyanide ain't gonna do much to a robot ;)

Poisons of all types are covered by Immunity 10 (Life Support). Considering how common poison-themed villains seem to be, especially in lower-powered games, I'm surprised that poisons don't require more than 1 rank of Immunity.

Immunity ranks can, and should always be, tailored to the setting. If the setting in question commonly deals with poison then more ranks should definatly be required. If on the other hand poison is rarely used then it's cost would naturally be lower. The "default" cost mearly assumes a low poison setting which doesn't surprise me all that much (which setting are you thinking of with so many poison users if I might ask? Just curious).

Batman seems to run against numerous foes that use poisons. Joker has used poison gas several times, ninjas have used poisoned blades and shuriken, Poison Ivy is poison, and there are probably other examples too.
