No reason for Amazon to fake it, and I don't see anyone bothering to submit a nearly perfect imitation of the art style to mess with people. It's almost certainly the real cover.

For Batman, I think the answer is obvious. He's Batman, and he can breath in space.

He's also crazy prepared, and the laws of physics (specifically friction) aren't exactly the brightest foes to outsmart.
