Exactly! Not sure why some people sound so "negative" (using it loosely) and it's only the first episode. I, for one, was thrilled with the first episode and look forward to the rest of the season.

Okay, some answers but even more questions now. Why did Superboy break up with Miss Martian, what did she do that was so bad? And poor Beast Boy, losing his mom because of Queen Bee. And hopefully next week MM talks about what she found out this week, what happened in the missing 16 hours on Rann.

Bothersome, my DVR did not record it this morning, though it should be recording all new eps. I've set it to record tomorrow morning's re-broadcast.

I miss being able to watch this show. I haven't seen an episode since "Disordered" (season 1 episode 17) as its no longer being aired anymore. One week they air the aforementioned episode and the next the show's been quietly dropped from the lineup. To make it even more infuriating that had been the only channel that even had it in their lineup. We're also now two weeks behind on the Green Lantern series because of a Clone Wars marathon on May the 4th. Then there's the fact that no one's aired a single episode from the second season of MLP:FiM! Why can't we have good cartoons?

Okay, I'm fine, I'm fine. Needed to vent there.

I solve this by telling it to record all eps of Green Lantern [new and rerun] and add 40 minutes to the end. this way I get GL, YJ and all the DC Nation shorts since the DVR doesnt recognize DC Nation as an option

I've been puzzling over what could possibly be significant about Rimbor with the missing sixteen hours... Other than being the home planet of Ultra Boy/Jo Nah of the Legion of Super-Heroes, I don't recall anything significant about the place... I haven't come up with squat so far and I doubt very much I'm gonna make any breakthroughs before the next episode airs...

Other than a vague, possible connection to the LSH and 30th century, and thus time travel... Ultra Boy was generally ranked just behind Superboy and Mon-El in power, so disrupting his history would, presumably, have a pretty significant impact on the LSH... Assuming, of course, that ties in at all, which is a really big stretch at this point...

Anyone here happen to be more than very passingly familiar with Rimbor?

I think what you call "fixing" is what the rest of the world calls "plot development".... uh-huh!

Pretty sure we got to see a little bit of it when she turned the alien captain into a vegetable, Connor's reaction said it all.

I figured it had to do with the age thing. M'Gann is still basically the same age she was at the beginning of the series, mentally speaking. Conner might be dead of old age by the time she's considered an 'adult'.

call it what ever you like, i'm just happy that there actually was a story this episode around. Now lets hope they actually put the same level of development into the other characters.

Not sure how the Rimbor connection is going to develop. I think in the main DCU of the LSH, it was a colony world in the 30th/31st centuries, mostly inhabited by humans.

I think the inhabitants had the same predilection for developing unusual powers as humans from Earth, as Ultra Boy wasn't the only superhuman on the planet (for example, the infamous Reflecto).

It was also an economically disadvantaged world, where smuggling, space piracy, the drug trade, and other criminal activities were the only growth industries.

I don't think it was ever portrayed in the contemporary DCU.

That's all I got.
