 The Domino in my universe is based more closely to her appearance in the "Wolverine and the X-Men" cartoon series. She is a member of the Brotherhood fo Mutants field team, and helps serve as a friendly figure to young characters, like Rogue.

Yeah, he is one fo the few characters out there who can use magic in any way he can imagine. As such, he breaks from the multiple Arrays I had set up for Marvel sorcerers.

Not that he's a character that any of the PCs should ever face... he's more of a big bad background threat. The PCs will fight his agents... like Baron Mordo.

Plus, there's that whole "not being able to break into Earth's dimension" thing...

Howdy, y'all!

ROGUE (PL 10)
Real Name:
Unknown
Bodycast: Fiona Flanagan
Occupation: Terrorist
Base of Operations: Asteroid M
Affiliation: Brotherhood of Mutants
Height: 5’8”; Weight: 120 lbs.
Eyes: Green; Hair: Brown with white streak

Strength 11, Stamina 3, Agility 4, Dexterity 2
Fighting 3, Intellect 2, Awareness 3, Presence 2

POWERS
Conflicting Personalities:
Immunity 10 (Mental Powers; Limited [only vs. mental probes and mental attacks]) – 5 points
Ms. Marvel Armor: Impervious Toughness 9, Protection 6 – 15 points
Ms. Marvel Metabolic Resistance: Immunity 2 (Disease, Poison) – 2 points
Ms. Marvel Seventh Sense: Enhanced Perception 4 (Limited to Danger Sense), Senses 1 (Danger Sense), Enhanced Uncanny Dodge – 3 points
Ms. Marvel Speed: Flight 7 (250 mph; Subtle) – 15 points
Power Absorption: Affliction 16 (Fatigued and Powers Impaired / Exhausted and Powered Disabled / Incapacitated and Transformed [powerless]; Resisted by Fortitude; Concentration, Extra Condition, Reaction [when skin-to-skin contact is made]) – 96 points
Power Mimicry: Variable 16 (mimic Abilities, Advantages, Powers, and Skills; Limited to Afflicted Targets, Limited to Traits Possessed by Afflicted Targets, Limited [mimicked traits reset to null when target recoveres from Affliction]) – 64 points

ADVANTAGES
Language 1 (Russian [English is native])

SKILLS
Perception 2 (+5, +9 with Danger Sense)

OFFENSE
Initiative
+4
Power Absorption +3 (Close, Affliction 16)
Unarmed +3 (Close, Damage 11)

DEFENSE
Dodge
6, Parry 5, Toughness 9 (Impervious 9)
Fortitude 9, Will 5

POWER POINTS
Abilities 60 + Advantages 1 + Defenses 12 + Powers 200 + Skills 1 = 274 Total

COMPLICATIONS
Accident:
Rogue cannot turn her Power Absorption off. She affects anyone with whom she comes into direct skin-to-skin contact.
Motivation: Acceptance; at one time she was a member of the second Brotherhood of Mutants, but turned to Professor Xavier for help in controlling her powers. Because she cannot touch someone without violating their personality and knocking them unconscious, she feels physically isolated from the world, but she hides her feelings behind a pleasant "good ol' girl" facade.
Prejudice: Rogue is a mutant.
Relationship: Rogue was raised by Mystique and Destiny as their adopted daughter.
Split Personality: Those whom Rogue touches can overcome her own personality.

 By request, here is my Rogue build.

 EDIT: Added another Limited Flaw to Power Mimicry.

 EDIT: Added Limited Flaw to Mental Immunity.

I like how you categorized everything neatly , to see it all. And quite an amazing, and very expensive package. XD
Makes me think i missed something in my own build.

Actually I was able to fix the build. I had to sit down and look at the flaws and extras I was using, and found what i had missed to put in.

Not a bad representation of Rogue, although a little over the top with some details. For example, I'm not sure that full immunity to mental effects is appropriate, Rogue was difficult to control, but not impossible. At the same time I don't rember her multiple personalities giving her any kind of advanyage against illusions or other similar effects.
