Interesting stuff Yeo.

Regarding the Space Stallions, their present director is Mother Mustang, a cosmic Eternal who was critically injured in a fight with the darkness beyond time, and is currently in healing stasis in the core of the Stallions base; A moon which was carved into the shape of a giant horse.

Mother Mustang is also the mother of Celestia and Luna (Part of the reason they decided to champion the Ponyfolk of Equestria, they reminded her of her mother).

Indeed.

In any case, you aren't missing much in regards to Avatar. Both the humans and the Na'vi come across as jackasses. In the crinoverse, they are a bit better off.

Mother Mustang is probably also responsible for the now-extinct technorganic shapeshifters known as Techno-Horses.

One final note on the space stallions, their arch enemy, Destructo, is one of the few surviving members of the Skesis, a race of magical vulture like aliens who worship the entropic master Tzeentch. Most of them were wiped out eons ago by Aum Ra the God Slayer when she fought Tzeentch, but a few are still around. Notably two on Earth, one disguised as a human by the name of Jericho Swain, and another one who is a Nanny on the popular show Nanny 911.

Space Organizations: Part 2

The Pirate's Guild: Space pirates have been around as long as anyone remembers. And the Pirates Guild nearly as long. The Guild itself is, at best, a loose organization. A place for pirates to peaceably gather and air greivences. More importantly, it exists for those rare occasions the pirates of the universe need to pull together for their own survival, and when a legitimate government needs to approach them peacefully.

Many wonder how the guild has been allowed to exist, even informally, as long as they have. And the secret is known only to the King and Queen of Pirates. They have proof that the Jurian Empire itself started as no more than a splinter faction of powerful pirates, a fact that would greatly embarrass the haughty nobility of that empire.

Pirates of Note Include:

Vivian Magno: Current Queen of the Space Pirates. The elderly Magno is the Captain of the Majaren pirates, a group of mostly female pirate originally from the planet Majere, an all female planet locked in a decades old war with it's opposite number, Tarok. Magno's flag ship, the Nirvana, has recently come into possession of the Peksis, a self aware energy source, powered by emotions. In actuality, the Peksis is an Incubator prototype further attempting to take advantage of the emotional spectrum. Magno tends to fall closer to the lovable rogue style of pirate, usually trying to cause as little harm to those she attacks as possible.

Jonas Simbacca: Current King of Space Pirates, and ex-husband of Vivian Magno. Like Magno Simbacca lords over a significant fleet of pirates. Less easy going than his ex-wife, Simbacca, while ruthless, does honor his word, and is a steadfast ally to those he chooses to aid, and to his men.

The Dread Space Pirate Ryoko: One of the most infamous Space Pirates in history, after she raided Jurai itself 700 years ago by herself. She disappeared some time after that, but has recently resurfaced on Earth. Technically, by galactic law, her crimes were so long ago that she's free and clear until she commits any new ones.

Cannonball: Cannonball is a thug. Pure and simple. His only real significance is that he's one of a handful of Cybertronian space pirates, the only other one of real note was Bludgeon, who is a master of ancient Cybertronian martial arts, and wanted in numerous systems under suspicion of Unicron worship, beyond merely being a pirate.

It should be noted that Ryoko is a part time member of the Tokyo Defense league, and most earth people are unaware of her criminal past.

Since were doing space organization I humbly resubmit this group of enterprsiing officers.

The Thissera Micean Cooperative

What do you get when 2 species of warriors, who are both highly competititve, physicaly powerful, and while they may play rough have a solid code of morals and honor, band together?

You get the Thissera Micean Coppoerative or the TMC. An interglalactic peace keeping force on par with the Galactic guardsmen, and the Star Knights.

The TMC actualy--and somewhat ironically-- started as a drinking game between the leaders of the Thissera and Micean peoples. The two --both races and leaders-- had always had a serious but friendly rivalry going. They also had a long history with each others peoples as allies. Both races were advanced in many ways, and well aware of the earth and other species.

while never full memebrs of the Lor republic they were staunch allies and of it and both species had standing offers to join which they had politely refused due to their indepandance, having some distance from Thran and tsavong space helped mind you but the fact that a combined Thisseran Miceans fleet thrashed a Thran armada in a brutaly straight forward fashion didnt hurt either.

The two leaders Kisssna Hor of Thissera, and Rek Tan of Micea spent the better part of their peoples annual diplomatic retreat doing what diplomats do, ie being bored out of their skulls. That was until while touring a local market they happened upon an escaping murder suspect--an Shisshian (will they never learn?)-- and the two combiend efforts to capture the fleeing mage.

thrilled by the effort and revitalized by the adventure the two hatched upon a daring and incredibly bold initiative. Actualy they just bet one another that each could capture more criminals but thats kind of besides the point-- both were pretty drunk by then-- and within months their governments announced to a wide spread acclaim that They would form the Thissera Micean cooperative.

The TMC is a potent and powerful law enforcement organization whose numbers and power and authority are matched only by the Galactic Guardsmen in scope. The TMCs basic modus operandi is to accept client worlds. The TMC then signs a basic though detailed contract allowing them to pursue criminals, enforce Laws both local and intergalactic, and to arrest and detain and if neccesary kill criminals of all stripes. Pirates, murderers, Slavers, smugglers, thieves, and con artists all have come to know and fear the TMC and their armored officers.

They are not however Vigilantes that must be made abundantly clear. The TMC is a very honorable and Honest police force almsot to a fault. They do not accept bribes and in point of fact many a corrupt politician has found himself arrested for even suggesting a bribge might happen to a TMC officer. This isnt to say they cant become corrupt mind you but they are well aware how important their reputation is and they take great pains to police themselves.

because of this honor the TMC is a highly trusted and well liked organization in the galaxy, their many client worlds having extraordianrily low crime rates. This is due in part to the TMCs strict and ironclad policy of Intensively training their recruits to the most exacting standards.

with this intense traning though each TMC officer is an Elite warrior, and sometimes a warrior with super powers, especialy magic and or psionics which are in high demand due to their obvious applications in crime fighting. The TMC is also incredibly technologicaly advanced thanks to gifts from their membership and a steady research and development program. They have powered armor, high tech weapons, and even multiple well armed and protected and very fast space ships. Many a pirate fleet has surrendered rather then be annihalated when they learned that one of the TMCs Patrol moon bases is in the area.

Initially the TMC was strictly staffed by the Thisserans and Miceans, but over the last 20 years or so they have steadily been accepting other races as trainees many of them going on to hold high positions and and becoming officers of great reputation among the TMCs member worlds.

The TMCs reputation has eevn reached earth when a pair of TMC operatives pursued a wanted criminal to earth. While the criminal did escape the TMC operatives did give a brief flier on the TMC and its policies to SWORD before they departed in pursuit. Thus far Earths Government hasnt considered joining the TMC as a client world but special dispensation was given to the officers and the TMC promised to contact earth authorites if they were ever in the vicinity.

It doesnt matter what the Enemy, The Atorians, the Thran, The Tsavong, the Grue, Orkus and Abbadon, The TMC stands as a bright shining line against the darkness. They are to a man and woman Courageous and forthright. While not the only Law Enforcement outfit in the galaxy they are after the Guardsmen, and the Star Knights the largest, most well equipped, and best organized.

Their is a friendly and competitive rivalry with the Guardsmen but any rivalry is put aside in the face of danger and many a guardsmen has been relieved to see the sight of a TMC space cruiser headed their way, likewise many a TMC operative has felt simialr relief to see the Shining light of a Guardsman coming into save them. The Grigoris offical policy with the TMC is to consider them allies and aid them as requested. The same with the TMC who will generaly concede jurisdiction --though sometimes with some good natured grumbling-- to the Guardsmen.

The TMC also has great relations with the Lor republic and many a Lor Mentat has liased with the TMC and many a lor citizen has joined the organization. This naturaly has lead to good realtions with the Star Knights. Thanks to Mentor and the diplomatic efforts of the Republic it is only a matter of time before the republic and the TMC join forces entirely.

A prsopect that has criminals and evil powers alike shaking in terror at the thought.

and, with the permission of Crinos:

The Spartacorp Avengers

America, F*** YEAH!
Comin' here to save the MutherF****n day, YEAH!

With the Elite disbanded, Spartacorp soon realized they needed a new merchandising cash cow, and began scrambling to build and focus group a replacement. But Jack Washington III didn't want just another Elite. he wanted a team to be MORE than just a bunch of smiling action figures to plaster on lunchboxes, men and women who would give their lives to defend america and police the world, a living, breathing example of his Great vision for America. Jack even purposely chose the name Avengers to draw attention to how his team would be real americans, not a collection of "aliens, sexual deviants, failures, metamen extremists, college dropouts and idolators" (also because they're still trying to get the rights to the Fifty State Initiative from the US Government, and Jack's hoping to produce his United Statesmen project when he does)

And, on the surface at least, he succeeded. The Spartacorp Avengers aren't the collection of misguided amateurs, cynical Valleywood players and outright scum the Elite were, and their fights certainly aren't faked as they've tackled some of the worst threats to the Great United States of America. Unlike other civilian teams, the Spartacorp Avengers happily comply with not only the hero act, but have taken the fight to enemies abroad, protecting american citizens and interests from rogue nations like Lugendu or East Wallachia, sometimes pre-emptively. UNISON director John Hepburn finds them a delightful bunch of allies in the war on terror, and has even covered for them when the UN security council arches an eyebrow at some of their international actions.

What Spartacorp is doing a very good job of keeping from the public though is that their golden goose isn't so much a team as a time bomb, a collection of micreants, lunatics and borderline supervillains who unlike the Elite, have the sense not to poop where they eat, knowing full well that their wealth, fame, rockstar lifestyles and celebrity status depends on them keeping their dirtier secrets behind closed doors.

as with the Elite, the Spartacorp Avengers are always hiring, and hoping to gather enough recruits to open franchise teams across the US (the costumed identities of said heroes will become copyright and trademark of Spartacorp to be used as the company sees fit should the contractee resign or perish in the line of duty), but right now the starting lineupp and A-List are:

Iron Patriot - Norman Osborn, head of Spartacorp's New Amsterdam operations, was humiliated when his alliance with Eris was torn apart by the Emerald City Avengers and Athena, and he lost count of how many flunkies, peers and rivals he had to throw under the bus to save his own hide and keep his position. when the Spartacorp Avengers project was proposed, Norman volunteered to lead the Spartacorp Avengers for the chance to show up those meddling do-gooders, armed with an upgraded version of his Cybertronian-based Iron Patriot armor. to his Credit, Osborn really does think himself a superhero and defender of peace and freedom, but its all just a warped sense of noblesse oblige, that serves to feed his colossal ego and lust for power in all its forms

Arsenal - once one of the many archery themed heroes in the US, Roy Harper's mind snapped when his family was brutally murdered by agents of SHADOW, becoming a gun-toting psychotic madman and drug addict whose sense of right and wrong hangs by a thread. he's a dangerous loose cannon, who often pursues matters than only make sense to him, no matter how tangental they are to the matter at hand

Black Widow - an enigmatic russian spy and mercenary presumed dead after she doublecrossed Eurostar, the Widow has since resurfaced as the Iron Patriot's right hand, operating her own custom suit of powered armor. what few realize is that the widow is one of Dollface's many alts, letting Spartacorp play around with some of the technologies she'd smuggled back from Cybertron

Captain Freedom - a flag waving, red-blooded patriotic American, Steven Rogers Burnside's heroism ran in his blood, as he's the son of Captain America. Unfortunately, he's the son of the second Cap, the one who became the racist Grand Director, and while he rejects his fatheris insane racism, the apple didn't fall too far from the tree, because Commander USA, while charming and charismatic, is a patriotic Zealot and diehard reaganite republican, who feels that America needs hard men who can make hard decisions, men like Jack Washington III.

The Giant Men - a platoon of trained soldiers in Spartacorps security services, the Giant Men were each given a derivative of the Pym-foster growth serum, each Giant Man is able to become a 60 foot tall strongman. but, for all their size and power, the Giant Men are little more than elite mooks, who once removed from their shock and awe tactics tend to fall apart. it doesn't help that many Giant Men were former members of Awesome-X's Xtacles

Mr. Big - Leonard Williams was a mild mannered, miserable little troll of a put upon nobody of a bio-engineer who wanted to be "big". then he hit the proverbial jackpot, not only sucessfully decoding the mutagenic sequence that allowed bruce banner to become the Hulk, but how to stabilize and enhance its effects by combining it with the Patriot formula. knowing his far more charismatic and social peers would steal his research, Leonard burned his notes and injected himself with the only sample of the combined formulas. and the next thing New Amsterdam knew, there was only a rampaging monster born of Leonard's repressed emotions, living only to fight, eat, or have sex with anything that got in his way, until he was subdued by the Iron Patriot. Luckily for him, Osborn was more interested in having a creature that could fight Divinos to a stand still than "petty" crimes such as millions in property damage, 500 deaths and unconfirmed reports of cannibalism. Leonard's monstrous form was altered to be noticably different than before, his mind psychicly integrated with his alter-ego to give him greater control, and thus Mr. Big was born. Ironicly, Leonard's mind is slowly being consumed by the monster, a condition exacerbated by the actions of Zarda.

Red Wasp - Petra Laskov was a Ruritainian refugee and metawoman who made a new life and loving family for herself in amerca... until Count Reich chose their home out of the phone book when he needed a 'home' to have a 'family dinner' at. her mind shattered by the gruesome experience and loss of everyone she held dear, Petra fell through the cracks and into Gene Nation, who remade her into a metaman extremist, and found her powers of size shifting, winged flight, bio-energy blasts and insect control VERY useful. In the wake of the Red King's fall, Red Wasp went to prison, but was freed by Osborn's PR team, on the condition she join his avengers.

Scarlet & Silver - incredibly attractive teenaged metamen twins, Scarlet and Silver are in fact bioroids, designed to be as artificial as the romance in a sparkly vampire movie, and appeal to the teenaged demographic. Scarlet is the wild and vivacious energy controlling all american girl, while Silver is a smoldering, darkly brooding superfast heartthrob. unfortunately for the focus groups, somebody forgot to carry the one when programming their youthful rebellion and teen hormone algoritims, and thus Scarlet and Silver carry an openly torrid incestuous affair wherever they go. But their barely uninhibited lust for each other side, the twin are probably the most balanced and well-adjusted members of the team, and the most decent after...

THOR! GOD OF THUNDER! - claims to be the infamous norse cosmic Eternal, but is in fact just Thorleif Golman, a norweigein nurse whose eruption as a Nova drove him completely mad, while at the same time granting him with mithran-level strength and durability, flight, weather control and teleportation. Spartacorp keeps him on a leash by use of the 'dumbo effect', playing on THOR!'s beleif that like in the myths, his powers derive from his magic Hammer (a warhammer made of solid neutronium) and "belt of strength" (a harness covered with lightpads that blink). Despite his madness, THOR is pretty much the only decent human being amongst his team, and has publicly sided with numerous anti-spartacorp protestors, meaning Jack Washington has to make very large and public donation to countless environmental charities to keep his pet 'god' in line, but for now, THOR! is worth every penny. the downside is that THOR has become a very useful dupe of Wotan, and is the enemy of any who side with Loki's efforts to stop ragnarok, from Ymir the Radioactive Viking, to Xiao the Dawn General, and even teen heroes such as the New Age. but, the "Loki" THOR! is most obsessed with is his brother Gunnar, who recently exalted as a Chosen of Secrets, and has been doing everything in his now vast powers to get his brother the help he thinks he needs.

Valkyrie - Babs Noriss was a 19 year old superpowered groupie who is either a Scion, or a bargainer. she doesn't care either way, because with her divine strength, immortality, toughness and enchanted greatsword, she's finally living the dream. and right now, that dream is to screw THOR!'s brains out.

Yellowjacket - Dr. Mark Pym has always lived in the shadow of his twin brother Hank, his bitter envy leading him to become a paranoid, unstable and tempermental asshole of an egomaniac, whose pettiness ranges from abusing his wife to sabotaging the Giant Men so that the team has to rely upon his size shifting powers. Like Hank, Mark has also dabbled in robotics, but everything he builds winds up screaming "HAIL MECHANON!".

Zarda - a mithran-level FISS, Zarda is also a bio-vampire, sustaining her apparent immortality by draining the life force of 'mortals'. her origins unknown (but there are indications that she's either an alien or cosmic eternal. we haven't ruled out that she's some twisted mirror of Athena created from Eris' possession, either), Zarda is a cold-blooded sociopath who views normal humans are beneath her notice, and has accepted Divis Mal as her saviour. She's recently started a torrid affair with Mr. Big, slowly usng her feminine wiles to get him to abandon his humanity, and live like the god-beast she knows he truly is.

Also, I've been meaning to put this up, but this would be Doctor Shock's theme.

It helps that this is how I envision Shock sounds, since his entry says he has a mechanical reverb to his voice.

Oh S***. Relentless will be pissed off at the SpartaCorp Avengers, even if he isn't included on Washington's insulting list there. With Crinos' and Kreuz's permission, Relentless probably knows from his underworld days that Arsenal is Roy Harper and how psycho he is, and also the Black Widow and that obviously, that's no Black Widow. He doesn't necessarily know if so, that it's Dollface though.

Just trying to widen Relentless' connections in the Crinosverse and flesh things out. :)

Well given her armor is likely just as infested with cybertronian tech, Troy will be gunning for her just as much as Norman.

pretty much the whole point of these guys. I figured that sooner or later, we'd have to deal with the Captain Erzatz versions of Marvel's lineup, what with Yeo having thrown the EMH versions against the chicago avengers for a fight n' team up

I say we conveniently get within confrontation distance of the Spartavengers, then have Charli teleport in the EMH and watch the two of them go at it.
