Look at what's happened to him. Nice write-up of Ralph and Bill.

Ralph could be stronger on occasion. He was able to manually land the space shuttle from the outside. I'd suggest making it lifting-only strength as an alternate effect of his Enhanced Strength, but it also just might be an extra effort power stunt.

I went with 7 because I only remember him lifting cars up regularly (that was a long time ago). The Space Shuttle is a mass rank of 12 empty so I think he could lift it with Extra Effort (lifting as AE of Strength Damage). I don't recall the Space Shuttle episode. Did he need go into space and, if so, did he need life support?
