YAY Bobbi!

she looks good only thing id disagree with is her PL which should be a minimum of 10 she's shown she can hang with the avengers easily.

and she's also shown she can fight hand to hand with nearly anyone. she might not be on Dinah's level but she's still proven to be good enough to hang with the more skilled fighters.

He's still translating them from another source, I believe. And also, Bobbi was BY FAR the weakest Avenger for years (U.S. Agent: "Well I figured that even if you couldn't really DO anything, you made the scenery a little nicer around here..."), until her recent gaining of the Super Soldier Serum, right before she was dumped off the books again because no writer wanted to use her. I mean, she's only a PL lower than Zabo, and Mr. Hyde is pretty damn powerful. So relatively speaking, PL 8 is pretty good for her.

I prefer the classic builds of the characters. Plus, at PL 8, she's a bad-@$$! In my game, she and one of my players (playing Captain Aryan, who is also PL 8] went up against Superia, Nightshade, and three members of the Grapplers and held their own. Bobbi is no slouch.

COMPLICATIONS
Legacy of Otherworld:
Like her brother, Betsy holds the legacy powers of Sir James Braddock. Should her brother fall in battle, she may inherit the powers of Captain Britain.
Prejudice: Betsy is a mutant. Her mutation is evident with her purple hair; although most believe this to be hair dye.
Quirk: Betsy has a habit of wearing revealing costumes and flirting with men around her.
Relationship: Betsy is the younger sister of Brian Braddock (Captain Britain). Betsy is in love with Douglas Ramsey and only waiting for the right time to be with him. Betsy has been romantically involved with Angel, Beast, Cyclops, Thunderbird, and Wolverine (if only mentally).
Ruthless: Betsy’s beauty masks a stern personality. She is willing to sacrifice herself and others for the greater good.

:!: Although Betsy received her training under Professor Xavier, she is NOT a member of the X-Men; she is a member of Excalibur. Because, seriously... what do the X-Men need with ANOTHER telepath on the team?

Indeed!

I don't understand how a British woman is suddenly a Japanese woman... and no one says anything. I must have missed an issue.

What's so confusing about it? She went through the Siege Perilous, got her brain transplanted into the body of a comatose ninja assassin, got her soul tied to said assassin, hooked up with Matsu'o Tsurayaba because he was the assassin's boyfriend, worked for Lord Nyoirin, then quit, then became an X-Man, then the assassin came back in BETSY's old body, got the Legacy Virus and died. I mean, come on- anyone could keep all that straight :).

What of the thing I liked about classic Psylocke was she started wearing armor. Admittedly not as attractive as her regular costume, but very practical for a straight telepath going out into the field.
