In addition to the usual suite of powers of basic Nen powers, Killua has advanced Nen powers based on his Hatsu type of Transformation, in his case transforming his Nen into electricity. He can produce electrical shocks by touch or through a conduit. His newest power is Kanmaru, wherein he uses Nen-electricity to increase the efficiency of his body’s reaction time and speed.

As a result of his upbringing, Killua also has several non-Nen abilities. He is immune to poison. He can turn his fingers into deadly claws sharp enough to rip out a person’s heart. The Technique of Rotating Bodies creates after-images in the eyes of his targets, making it difficult to determine Killua's real location, whereas the Dark Step aspect reflects the total silence of the technique.

Killua has used a pair of 100kg yo-yo in the past both as a weapon and as a conduit for his Izutsushi, but this was essentially a one-time event and he hasn’t appeared to use them since.
Update 4/14/10 
I used the Conduit Extra from Mecha & Manga for Killua’s Izutsushi. The rest of the update involved bringing him more in line with the other HXH characters. Note that his PL11 is meant to reflect only his recently upgraded defensive ability, as his offensive PL is still 10.
