Yeah, with you on one extreme and Mike5000us on the other, it's always interesting to see how things compare between builds! Especially on characters I'm not super-familiar with.

Oooh Juggy! So when do you think you will have him completed? Can you do me a request and build Cable or X-man(Nate grey) or the Omega-Level Mutant Rachiel Summers. I will be so happy just to see one of them!

I’m the Juggernaut, bitch!

Juggernaut

Power Level: 14 (210pp)

Abilities: STR: 32 [40] (+15), DEX: 8 (-1), CON: 36 [40] (+15), INT: 8 (-1), WIS: 8 (-1), CHA: 8 (-1)

Skills: Intimidate 16 (+17), Knowledge [Tactics] 8 (+7), Profession [Soldier] 8 (+7)

Feats: Attack Focus [Melee] 6, Fast Overrun, Improved Overrun, Power Attack, Startle

Powers:
Device 3 “Armor” [Hard to Lose] (12pp)
Device 3 “Helmet” [Hard to Lose] (12pp)
Force Field 10 (Extra: Impervious [+1]; 20pp)
Growth 4 (Extra: Continuous [+1]; Flaw: Permanent [-1]; Power Feat: Innate; 13pp)
Immovable 15 (Extra: Unstoppable [+1]; 30pp)
Immunity 22 (Aging, Entrapment, Fatigue effects, Life Support, Need for Sleep, Starvation and Thirst; 22pp)
Regeneration 15 (Recovery Rate 15 [Bruised 1, Injured 4, Disabled 6, Staggered 4]; Power Feat: Regrowth; 16pp)
Super-Strength 4 (Heavy Load: 100 tons; Power Feat: Groundstrike; 9pp)

Growth Effects
Size: Large, Mass x8, Base movement +5 feet, Space 10 ft., Reach 10 ft.
Strength +8, Constitution +4, Carrying Capacity +5
-1 Attack and Defense bonus, Grapple +4, Stealth -4, Intimidate +2

Devices:

Armor (15pp total)
Impervious Toughness 15 (15pp)

Helmet (15pp total)
Mind Shield 15 (15pp)

Combat: Attack +4 / +10 (Melee) // -1 (size); Damage +15 (Unarmed); Defense +4 (+2 flat-footed) // -1 (size); Initiative -1

Saves: Toughness +15 (Impervious) // +10 (Impervious, Force Field), Fortitude +15, Reflex +0, Will +0 // +15 (Impervious, vs. mental)

Abilities 40 + Skills 8 (32 ranks) + Feats 10 + Powers 134 + Combat 16 + Saves 2 – Drawbacks 0 = Total 210

Complications: Reputation (criminal past); formerly: Hatred (Charles Xavier), Obsession (greed)

 The old-school indestructible Juggernaut is back! He has an ungodly Toughness bonus derived from both his Constitution and his force field, in addition to full life support, an aggressive healing factor, and immunity to entrapment and fatigue effects. Juggernaut’s armor makes his base Toughness Impervious and his helmet protects him from his only weakness: mental attacks.

:!: Update 11/12/07 :!: I removed the Immunity to damage from Juggernaut’s build because I felt that it overlapped far too much with his Toughness that he gets from Constitution anyway. He’s practically tireless, so I couldn’t drop his Constitution. Instead, I just jacked his Toughness way up, to +25 total, which still will allow really powerful forces to damage him on occasion.

I'll give them a shot...looking at Daredevil, Elektra, Punisher, Silver Surfer in no particular order right now, but I think I can squeeze one of those others in as well.

That's a mighty fine Juggs, nice catch on statting out his weaker version as well. That's something I forgot to do.

I believe that Juggernaut's Immunity to Damage is Sustained.

He still has a High Toughness without his "Mystic Shield" but when he is surprised or it is negated he could be knocked around by the likes of Hulk or Thor. He was also hurt by Longshot once (lucky shot!)

Edit: I know you represented this as Shield but I figured I throw in my 2 cents.

I gave Juggy Immunity instead of Protection or Force Field just as an end run around caps. His Shield is already sustained, and I wasn't aware that his innate resistance could be turned off...If both Shield and Immunity are sustained, then Juggernaut could easily be taken out with a feint.

What I really wanted was to allow Juggy to make two saves vs. damage: one for his basic Toughness (which would be about +20) and another for his Force Field (around +25), so any attack has to get through both...but the Force Field doesn't protect against touch attacks, so I didn't go that route. Likewise, I could increase Jug's Toughness and make him have a sustained Immunity...

I'll think about it. But I'm tired of working on Juggy right now. :D

Thanks. I'm just thoroughly appalled that Juggernaut is so low in PL nowadays.

Oooh Now that's a Juggernant build! However I think you overpriced him, isn't LifeSupport included in the whole immunity to Fortitude Effects. Or you can rechannel those points into his SuperStrenght because he is a Class 100(Meaning he can lift over a 100 Tons) being. Other than that WHOA!

So you plain on doing The Silver Surfer? Are you going to give him a villian that can actually challenge him? Bring on the Cosmic :D

*Bangs head against Immovable wall* Fixed now...

Yeah, I added in Fortitude Immunity later in place of Fatigue Immunity. I dispersed the points between Unstoppable/Immovable and his saves. Jugs can lift nearly 100 tons (~75) without breaking a sweat and can double that with Extra Effort as it is. My hierarchy places him right below Hulk, alongside Thor in terms of strength, and just above Thing. I've been using extra efforted carrying to match the guidelines.

Well, Silver Surfer is going to be the most powerful hero I create...anyone more powerful is going to be Thanos-esque. It's going to be hard finding someone to challenge him!

My titles save colorists a lot of work!

Daredevil
Matthew Michael “Matt” Murdock

Power Level: 10 (165pp)

Abilities: STR: 18 (+4), DEX: 22 (+6), CON: 18 (+4), INT: 14 (+2), WIS: 26 (+8), CHA: 14 (+2)

Skills: Acrobatics 12 (+18), Climb 4 (+8), Gather Information 12 (+14), Intimidate 8 (+10), Investigate 8 (+10), Knowledge [Civics] 12 (+14), Knowledge [Streetwise] 8 (+10), Notice 12 (+20), Profession [Lawyer] 8 (+16), Search 12 (+14), Sense Motive 12 (+20), Stealth 12 (+18)

Feats: Acrobatic Bluff, Assessment, Defensive Attack, Dodge Focus 2, Elusive Target, Equipment 3, Evasion, Fearless, Improved Initiative, Move-By Action, Sneak Attack, Stunning Attack

Powers:
Super-Senses 15 (Normal Hearing 7 [Accurate, Extended, Penetrates Concealment], Normal Touch [Analytical], Radar 5 [Uncanny Dodge], Scent, Ultra-Hearing; 15pp)

Equipment:
Billy Clubs (12ep): Blast 2 (Mighty 4, Ricochet, Split Attack, Subtle), Super-Movement 1 (Swinging)
Costume (3ep): Protection 2 (Subtle)

Combat: Attack +12; Damage +4 (Unarmed) / +6 (Billy Club) // +2 (Sneak Attack); Defense +14 (+6 flat-footed); Initiative +10

Saves: Toughness +6, Fortitude +8, Reflex +12, Will +8

Drawbacks: Disability (Blindness; Uncommon, Minor; -1pp), Vulnerable (non-visual sensory attacks; Common, Major; -4pp)

Abilities 52 + Skills 30 (120 ranks) + Feats 15 + Powers 15 + Combat 48 + Saves 10 – Drawbacks 5 = Total 165

Complications: Enemy (Kingpin, Bullseye, others), Obsession (dispensing justice), Secret (identity)

 Daredevil’s a street-level costumed adventurer at heart, with a dash of martial artist thrown in for good measure. Daredevil uses his Super-Senses to enhance his existing abilities, but isn’t meant to mix it up with superhuman opponents.

 The billy club is Daredevil’s signature weapon and has many features designed by Daredevil himself. It can be disguised as a cane, thus the Subtle feat, and has a thirty foot length of cable attached that allows him to throw and retrieve the club in one action, as well as use it as a swingline.

 Many of Daredevil’s senses are not only Acute, but Analytical; he can read by feeling the ink on the paper, distinguish people by scent, identify ingredients by taste, and detect faint sounds at great distances, even through sound-proofing. He also has an additional Radar sense that he uses as an additional targeting sense. On the other hand, his heightened senses render him highly vulnerable to sensory attacks, such as Dazzle, that can overload his non-visual senses.

:!: Update 7/18/08 :!: I retained the redundancy in Accurate senses (Hearing and Radar) and really jacked up Daredevil’s Wisdom to superhuman levels. This results in extraordinary Notice and Sense Motive bonuses. It’s damn near impossible to catch him by surprise or to fool him.
