For those who like I've been doing the work to convert a module from champions presents (menace out of time specifically) into M&M as a way to bring champs fans over into the M&M camp. It occured to me that others might like my work as well so here goes.

Fight the first wherin the champions take on some dinosaurs in the midst of an award ceremony
Fight the second wherin the slightly injured champions must defend the now larger crowd from a cop from the future

the first thing that happens is whenever several heroes get together in a large public place dinosaurs are unleashed therefore the heroes have to fight them off/ lead them away from the public.
can you say hero points aplenty.

Okay lets be more realistic I plan to post about once a week or so.

put the coding for bold, italics, or underlining (making sure to close it) right between the 8 and the bracket

:) This T-rex frightens people by just being who he is, probably roaring whenever he's outnumbered. He can attack with his bite for a whopping DC 30 :shock: or do an area tail slap that does a more reasonable DC 23

Now I give you (since nobody voted for anyone in particular) Defender

the following background was shamelessly stolen from powerline's thread which was itself a paraphrasing of the character from the 4th ed. which they don't make anymore. For those who are champions fans I highly recommend going and checking out his thread. It's a first edition thread but it's quite worthwhile just for the amount of work that went into it.

Champions Villians converted free of charge

Great things were in store for the man that would become Defender, one need only look at the family history. Great grandfather? Explored deep Africa, Grandfather? FBI mob investigator, Father? Ace fighter pilot. He was not going to let the heroic stature of the family name skip a generation.

The very intelligent young man got the best grades at school and with the name, got into the best Universities. He looked back though the familiy tree and searched for a niche that would be his alone. There were no more continents to explore, no wars to be fought, but there was something that was not around that much back then, super powered villains. He would follow his grandfathers example and fight for justice against these super foes.

He set his knowledge on building a battle suit that allows him to fight them on even terms, it did not have to be the most powerful of suits, to Jame's mind it was his intellect that would defeat his foes.

Next up is Jaguar who is a Mexican detective, a were-creature and mostly controlled monster.

The Jaguar has been around for as long as anyone in the village could remember, who would change into the beast, now that was always different.

His familiy had always carried the curse. It stated that the oldest member of the family line would change into the "an uncontrollable beast that would destroy all around them"

In the Central American country of his birth, drug lords were starting to take over and many of the families that survived on the few acres of land they had were forced to give up their land or "disappear"

His parents sent him to America in an attempt to keep him out of the violence, it worked for a few years. One night, after not hearing for him familiy for three weeks, he was attacked by a mugger late at night. The Jaguar made its first appearance that night and killed his attackers.

Knowing what had happened, he called home and got no answer. Spending his last dollar, he bought a ticket home. The village was burned to the ground, his home was a pile of ashes. His family was gone, it was just him now. The Jaguar came out and destroyed the locale drug lord, he took the money, and flew back to his new home.

He joined the Champions as in investigator, and as a active member as Jaguar

The galaxy is a large place and a great place to hide. That is what the leader of an interstellar empire thought when the government was overthrown and the royal family had to go into hiding.

The new government would not last long, it was lead by a warlord, and their were not many nations to go to war with, also the people would not like it bodies started coming home. Under the old rulers there had been peace for three hundred years, they would grow tired of war much sooner then that.

The royal family had to find a place to hide their young prince till he was of age and strong enough to challenge for ruler ship. They found the perfict world. Earth.

The planet had several small factions that looked different from each other and they had a group of persons that were far more powerful but did not try to rule. The prince could become a hero and train to fight while remaining unknown to the rest of the population. Obsidian would be his name.

The Mutant known as Quantum was all set to lead her family out of poverty, the first in the family to go to college, the first to earn her degree. She was all set to start up her practice as a MD, but her younger brother had gotten involved in drugs and had made some enemies.

The night of the family celebration in honor of her successes, the rival drug lord decided to teach lesson. The car drove by the house with several automatic weapons firing into the house. It was at that time that her latent powers emerged. Her body was surrounded by a protective force field, she was safe, but her family was not. The only one left alive in the house besides herself, her older brother, he was paralyzed.

She has found that she can fire blasts of force and even fly. After going after and catching the drug gang she decided to spend her time taking care of her older brother, and making sure that scum, like that drug gang, did not harm another innocent family.

She took on the name Quantum and joined the Champions.

He had been living in the outback for five years, living off the land, no worries, but that was to change.

One day, while wandering the countryside he came across and old oriental man, he did not know how the man had gotten out there but he was certain that he would not last very long. He offered to help the man get back to civilization, no answer. He asked if the old man needed food or water, nothing. Maybe the man had been in the sun for too long.

The old man motioned for him to sit and then told his story, he had been in the wilderness for fifty years, he was a martial arts instructor, that time had past by. The old man was a part of an advanced invasion squad of ninja from Japan. The plane that they were on was shot down at the end of WWII. This man was older then he looked, or he was crazy, or both.

Not wanting the shame of a failed mission, he decided to stay in the wilderness and die. It was taking longer then he thought.

The old ninja had been tracking the young man though the outback for weeks, watching him. His life would not be a complete waste if he could find a man to pass his skills on to. The man to be known as Seeker was that man.

After training for years the student was ready to move on, there was but on lesson left to teach. "Go out, and find the one true answer of life". This was his masters final lesson.

He took the name Seeker, for that was what he was to do, and left the outback. He has joined a team to help fight the evils that plagued the world. He believes that the One Answer, is the living of life to the fullest.

Some people have loving supportive families that nurture their children to be their best that they could be, this was not the case with Solitaire.

She never knew her parents, she was raised by her instructors, trainers and teaches of the mystic arts. They had raised her to be their tool, a tool to control those that did not agree with what they wanted.

With her training done, she was sent on her first mission, to kill a Senator. The mission went perfectly, she appeared in the mans office and pronounced sentence over him, but then she listened to his response. The charges were false he told her and then the master speaker cut down every charge that she leveled upon him.

She was confused, could her masters be wrong? She decided to go back to the cabal and seek further proof of the mans guilt. They did not expect her return without completing the mission and believed that she had been turned against them, they attack, the student proved to be the master that day.

Solitaire seeks to do what is right and will ask a great many questions to insure that what she is asked to do, is in on the moral high ground.

would this be better with pictures of the members which I've been hesitant to do since it's another game company.

I'm thinking I might do it anyway and just take it down if anyone has a problem with it.

She's designed to be the martial artist terminater in that she won't destroy someone outright but she should hit more often than not and when she does it will hurt. on the flip side she can dodge a bit so that people can't power attack at will on her but even if they did this one can take a punch. limited immunity to all phsical and energy damage means you half the ranks of anything coming in making that 11 toughness a whole lot tougher.

and now for something different I give you Psi. high concept imagine if professor x started a school for gifted youngsters (mentalist in this case) and it got taken over by Magneto.

Here's Simon Poe son of Sebastian Poe and Madeline Poe. Dr. Sebatstian Poe did brilliant work for the government in the field of parahuman abilities. Sebastion studied mutant abilities and reported them to the government. He eventually learned a process to bring out such abilities if the potential was there. He eventually left the government to work in the private sector. he didn't do very well and had to turn to organized crime. They gladly offered up the money in return for some of the fruits of Sebastions work. Simon his son had always had a good life until one day his own father tried his process on him. The process worked even better on Simon he gained a wide range of Mental powers. After that Simon Helped his dad extricate himself from his mob conections. Eventually Madeline found out what Sebastion had done to Simon and was furious. It wasn't long until with help from her lover Counselor Darke that they had framed Sebastion and got clean away. Simon liked this new situation he ran the show, he could do what he wanted, he got to be in charge.

and now I give you one of the meanest mentalist you will ever meet.
Mind Slayer Psymon's Psychotic muscle. She helps keep all the pshyco's in PSI in line.

The lady who would come to be known as Mind Slayer started off a normal teenager in chicago. When a representative of Psi called at her home. It wasn't long until she was wisked away and given her first "training sesion" with Dr. Sebastion Poe. Dr. Poe said he would help her tap into her abilities but he never told her how painful that experience would be. She was essentially cut off from her parents as Psi tortured her mind and body. She soon found herself the center of attention, it seemed that she was manifesting a wider array of ablilities than any other students. She was introduced to a man known as the Inquisitor (coming soon, okay not that soon), and her memories began to be altered. As Psi continued to brainwash her, her mind became more and more twisted. She lost all sense of her own identity and became embittered from the sessions. Eventually she managed to escape yet without any past she had nowhere to run. In order to survive she took up a life of crime. For a while she worked as a prostitute, robbing her clients whenever possible and wreaking havoc on local pimps, with her powers. She worked her way up and eventually made a name for herself as Mind Slayer. Then Psymon found her and convinced her that her former tormentor was out of commision. She was instantly attracted to Psymon and agreed to join the new Psi. Since then, she and Psymon have become quite an item.
