thanks. technicly I hit it some time ago, due to my other meta-4 builds, but considering how flawed most of them were (I pretty much rebuilt the brain from scratch), I'm only counting the things that actually go into this thread

 A pretty fun build, Hudson's design draws from FC's Zandar in terms of skills and some feats, but the rest was built from fond memories of the only real competition to B:TAS

 in fact, the only flaw I found in my design was that I couldn't figure out how to model the restorative properties of the gargoyle stone sleep

 on that note, the stone sleep is only a -5 because in a gargoyles based campaign, nearly all the action should be happening at night

Now that is a great version of a "tough mastermind." Strong enough to punch your team's powerhouse or paragon through a wall, with just enough firepower to make the team's forcefield builder sweat as she's defending the others, but all the other things which make a floating brain in a super-powerful robot truly a force to be reckonned with, especially with a nice, fully stocked base, the deadly invention of the week...

The sidekick thrown in is more than enough for any team.

 An original creation, Mr. Lincoln was in fact inspired by the above picture

 A struggling actor, Jack Mathers was scraping by when playing the part of lincoln one president's day, when a radioactive chemical spill occured. without thinking, he risked his own life to haul as many people as he could out of the danger zone, in the process becoming saturated with the stuff, which he later discovered would enable him to become the very spitting image of the famous monument. a lifetime resident of Washintton, the newly dubbed Mr. Lincoln (a name given by elementary schoolchildren who thought he was the memorial statue) is rapidly become a home-town favorite

 yet another hero from Wildguard's corner of image, I originally dismissed shingle as a goofy concept, until i saw his powers in action

 basicly, Shingle's power is not unlike telekinesis, only instead of an energy signature, his power manifests as assemblies of those shingles you see being drawn from his pectoral area, which he can then connect together to create objects or sheild himself, or hurl them at his foes in a burst of tile

Nice work on the Atomic Brain. My own conversion (for eventual use in a now-defunct PL 8 game) came in at PL 13/300pts, and was planned to be the first story arc's Big Bad.

Mr. Lincoln is my favorite concept of the last three posted.

How can you not love a collassal, crime-fighting, animated stone president?

It sounds like something off that one website.

He's a 30-foot tall, animated statue of President Lincoln.
She's a telekinetic hamster with a candybar fixation.

Together, THEY FIGHT CRIME!

...

Okay. I'm off to make the telekinetic hamster. :-p

 a classic hero of gaming, Arthur is the hapless hero of the infamous ghosts n' goblins series, ready to lend heroic aid to your heros

 and yes, the ablative armor does mean that after a few solid hits, arthur's fghting in nothing but his boxer shorts

 incidently, arthur's luck is meant to represent the inherent complication of being the pc in ghosts n goblins. the game is just that hard.

I know. I originally conceived the character as a one-off incidental (lincoln lookalike with powers), but with the completedversion one can easily see the guy on a DC hero team

 behold, the most adorable Pirate crew to ever roam the 7 seas

 the servbots also mark an experiment of mine, in creating a robotic character that doesn't have to do the -10 con/+30 immunity routine (which can really drive up the cost of a character)

 anyway, as you can see, your average servbot uses both the kid template and FC's toon gang in their design

If you don't mind, I'll be stealling your Mr Lincoln concept for my own game if I ever run it.

Interesting Sgt. Schlock, but he may be a bit weak. If I were to build him, I'd ditch the PL limit and go with a +18 blast[lethal] with a few APs(dazzle, trip/knockback, disintegrate) based off that to represent his antique plasgun. Don't get me wrong, I like your characters, but I interpret this one differently.

Sam
