robot body, libra. nothing organic at all about the duke. in fact, that's a plot point with it. since his rebirth, the iron duke has technicly been lobotomized (thus why 16 int and low level tech skills)

tactics: depending on who he's fighting, Dug will either toy with his enemies first, or go straight to the offense. however, he has a weakness to pretty girls, and will pretty much fall for any head games they pull

:arrow: for minions, vilgax prefers various sorts of robots, but as a would be galactic conqueror, give him whatever goons he'll need for a particular scheme

:arrow: for pre-series vilgax (or the one depicted in the non-canon 'gwen 10'), drop the growth and set his str/con to around 30, and give him 5 ranks of impervious


UPDATE: After re-watching "Secrets", vilgax gets himself an update, consisting of reduced charisma (he's not really the diplomatic sort), confirmed PL12 attributes (instead of waffling between 11 and 12), and three feats that finish making up Vilgax's apparent fighting style (ie: he really likes throwing people through stuff)
