it's something baron or mdsnowman came up with. basicly, stiltman takes a hefty penalty to any interaction check where he tries to be taken seriously

:arrow: for a fairly long time, Blue devil builds had one glaring flaw: they refused to accept the character has grown in the past 20 years. today, this is finally recognized in this build, so that Dan Cassidy truly is a blue devil. and quelle suprise, he's not that radicly different, gaining only a new pig sticker, some impervious, 1 immunity, and a drawback. and, thanks to bill willingham, his personality is returning to it's hellboyish roots, rather than "big angry blue guy"
