Hrm.
And if he had a +8 Attack Bonus, he could only use a weapon dealing up to +10?
I mean, if Damage is set in stone as PL x 2, then either
A.) Attack Bonus pretty much has to be capped at PL, or
B.) Agents are effectively 1.5x their actual PL for the purposes of using equipment only.

I'm assuming it's B.), because that seems much cooler.

:arrow: Another FMA build for you guys today. Riza Hawkeye is Roy Mustang’s right hand woman, she’s also doubles as Roy’s common sense as the Flame Alchemist has a tendency to let his work pile up while he dreams about being Fuhrer. Aside from a decent Wisdom score Hawkeye lives up to her name, she can hit anything. In combat she relies on her initiative to catch a foe flat-footed and unload with her auto-fire pistols. If given time to prepare she’ll trade the pistols in for a sniper rifle and practically guarantee a hit with the rifle’s scope.

I'm a long time lurker, first time poster. As a recent convert to Mutants and Masterminds, I thought the best way to orient myself with sytem standards was to scour conversions of well knows characters. Yours have been extremely helpful MDSnowman - a lot of good stuff here, and tons of dedication :D

I have question, though, about your penchant for attaching AP arrays to certain powers. Chiefly, Superman and Doctor Doom: you have their blasts as APs of their enhanced strength. How would this work in-game? Wouldn't using their blasts render them effectively 'weak' until they had a chance to switch their array in the following round?

Just curious that I might be missing some subtle aspect of APs.

I've done the major, though I want to retool her.

In other news, I'm sorry the thread has been detrailed lately there's a lot going on here. I'm on my 7th week of of treatment for a non-fatal cancer. I only have one more week to go however!
