Use german letters for the a. He throws the Reich Shield. He's awesome and fights for strength, honor, power and the Aryan way!!!

His colors are black, gray and red with light tan.

When combining two nouns such as Captain (Der Hauptmann) and Iron (Das Eisen), it is customary in German to combine them (Das Hauptmanneisen) and render the second in lower case, and the gender of the second noun.

Good suggestions so far. Another good way to go is take the era names from the big two. Captain Nazi is always a good one.

I live in PA Dutch (actually German) Country, and here's some words used for things here:

I made a guy named Herz-Stopfen ("Heart Stopper") powerful Time Stop villain who injects a poison into his victim's hearts while time is stopped. He's a bit of a "benevolent" villain in that he won't kill you the first time he catches you in his Time Stop unless you directly threaten him or his plans if he doesn't. Has a penchant for roses.

Well, "Herzstopfen" sounds a bit strange in German. Did you mean "Heart Plug" or "Heart Stop"? The German word means "Heart Plug"... or even "Heart Repair"...

I'm not sure if I should post some authentic sounding names, because this is sensitive matter for a german. A lot of stuff I can think of would be very bad taste... for a German it's very uncomfortable to use nazi-vocabulary in a game. Or at all...

You can use a combination of "Wolf" (well, yeah, means wolf) or Adler (eagle), "Schaedel" (ae = umlaut a, means Skull), "Kraft" (strength) "Blitz" (Lightning) and "Blut" (Blood). Something like this sounds vaguely third reich, but it does not have a direct reference. Of course, some combinations don't work.
So names could be:

Blutwolf
Wolfsblut
Blitzwolf
Wolfsschaedel
Blutschaedel
Blutadler
Wolfskraft
Blutkraft
Grauwolf (Grey Wolf)

A nazi villain-group could be called "Wolfsrudel" (pack of wolves)...

Mitternacht/Mittenacht: means "Midnight" in German. Good for a darkness generating Nazi.
