You could use this as a nazi especially for a guy who works in an america that was taken over by the Third Reich

Kapitan Amerika

Use german letters for the a. He throws the Reich Shield. He's awesome and fights for strength, honor, power and the Aryan way!!!

His colors are black, gray and red with light tan.

Meisterrasse (translates to Master Race): a Nazi speedster

Eisenfalke (Iron Falcon): Brings to mind a flying battlesuit

Frühling für Hitler (Springtime for Hitler): A plant/weather controller.

Doktor Rache (Doctor Vengeance): A mad-scientist type who uses technology to animate the bodies of fallen German soldiers

Shadow is actually Schatten.

When combining two nouns such as Captain (Der Hauptmann) and Iron (Das Eisen), it is customary in German to combine them (Das Hauptmanneisen) and render the second in lower case, and the gender of the second noun.

Good suggestions so far. Another good way to go is take the era names from the big two. Captain Nazi is always a good one.
Yes, superheroes should be played like paladins in capes.

Nope it is Hauptmann Eisen.

Killer Strike would be something like Todschlaeger (actually Todschläger).

Here's a few, some might be better as villainous "project" names.

Drachenfeuer (dragon's fire)
Feuerschatten (fire shadow)
Kugelblitz (ball lightning)
Geist (spirit)
Heinzelmann (a folkloric goblin)
Kobold (mining goblin; see DnD)
Wichtlin (forget what this was; but folkloric; I think another name for a kobold)
Hexenhammer (Hammer of Witches, an old inquisitor's manual)
Aufhocker (folkloric; a black dog, as in England)
Einherjar (OK, actually Norse but it means one-fighter, the spirits of the slain and favored of Odin)
Schreck (means terror; the real last name of the Nosferatu actor)
Die Januskopf (The Janus Head, name of an old version of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde)
Doktor Caligari (while we're on an Expressionist film kick)
Homonculus (ditto)
Alraune (ditto)

And finally, my favorite.

Erlkonig (umlaut on the O) AKA The Erl-King (the folkloric elf-king...but German elves were nasty)

I live in PA Dutch (actually German) Country, and here's some words used for things here:

Hexenkopf (witch-head)
Die Weissfrau & Die Schwarzfrau (two ghosts, the white lady and the black lady, maybe a gestalt)
Braucher (white witches of the local tradition)
Hexenmeister (users of black magic in the local tradition)
Hexendanz (crop circles)

I made a guy named Herz-Stopfen ("Heart Stopper") powerful Time Stop villain who injects a poison into his victim's hearts while time is stopped. He's a bit of a "benevolent" villain in that he won't kill you the first time he catches you in his Time Stop unless you directly threaten him or his plans if he doesn't. Has a penchant for roses.

Well, "Herzstopfen" sounds a bit strange in German. Did you mean "Heart Plug" or "Heart Stop"? The German word means "Heart Plug"... or even "Heart Repair"...

I'm not sure if I should post some authentic sounding names, because this is sensitive matter for a german. A lot of stuff I can think of would be very bad taste... for a German it's very uncomfortable to use nazi-vocabulary in a game. Or at all...

You can use a combination of "Wolf" (well, yeah, means wolf) or Adler (eagle), "Schaedel" (ae = umlaut a, means Skull), "Kraft" (strength) "Blitz" (Lightning) and "Blut" (Blood). Something like this sounds vaguely third reich, but it does not have a direct reference. Of course, some combinations don't work.
So names could be:

Blutwolf
Wolfsblut
Blitzwolf
Wolfsschaedel
Blutschaedel
Blutadler
Wolfskraft
Blutkraft
Grauwolf
(Grey Wolf)

A nazi villain-group could be called "Wolfsrudel" (pack of wolves)...

If someone needs a name for a german character, villain oder hero, feel free to PM me  I'll be glad to help.

A bit late, but I have one.

Mitternacht/Mittenacht: means "Midnight" in German. Good for a darkness generating Nazi.

I'm sorta astonished nobody thought of this, but perhaps people's campaigns are a bit more serious than mine tend to be:

Eva Brawn (Powerhouse type)
Zombie Hitler

Actually, Eva Brawn was going to be one third of a triumvirate that I was going to have ruling the US in my Erde-similar campaign, the other two being Eva Brains and Eva Beauty, using Telekinesis (mind bullets, Kyle!) and Mind Control respectively.

A few Nazi villains I've created over the years:

Shwastika
Die FlugPanzer (The Flying Tank)
Brandegiest (Fire Ghost)
Die Musterexemplar (The Perfect Specimen)
Die Dunkelheit Dreieinigkeit (The Dark Trinity)

I'm sure there are more but they're eluding me at the moment. Too much work, not enough sleep...
