 the Javert to Hulk's Valjean, General Ross is without question the guy marvel heros will inevitably have to face when dealing with the military, and despite his crusade to stop the hulk in his tracks, can be a very powerful ally or useful contact. the downside of this is that Ross will probably wind up draffting the PC's to fight Hulk.

 it's important to note that he sympathizes with Dr. Banner, and finally recognized him as family, but Ross' first priority is to take down the hulk, which he will do as soon as the risk of civilian casualties has been minimized or eliminated

Good Old Thunderbolt. I sometimes think that he and Jonah Jameson should open a club for moustached anti-superhero types.

I wonder what they'd call it? :D

 titular lead of "Club-To-Death Angel Dokuro-Chan", Dokuro has come back in time from the future and down from heaven to stop a kid before he grows up and invents an immortality serum that will freeze the age of all women at 12 years old, creating a "Pedophile's paradise" (Dokuro's words, not mine). as the title suggests, this mostly involves her beating him to death with her mace. however, she beleives he can be reformed, so every time she kills him she brings him back to life the next round

Kreuz, i officialy love you for creating Dokuro Chan, it's one of my favorite anime series i've ever seen, Was wondering if you'll create the rest of the characters from the series, i'm really bad about names, so i'll just say the other angels.

Thanks and love your work,

i'm gonna pass on that one. i thought she was an interesting build design (plus an excuse to use the healing power in a build), but CTDADC isn't really my cup of tea

D'ye know I really think that some Anime creators really need an appointment with a psychologist or, alternatively a cell in Arkham Asylum.

This 'Dokuro Chan' stuff doesn't exactly undermine my point. . .

Ah, I've seen an episode of this...not sure what to make of it really...it's kind of gory and not quite what I expected, although with a title "Club to Death," I should have known...

Yay for Puss!

No Ultimate Effort (Bluff)? Thought it might fit with how well he pulls off the "cut little kitty" bit.

i figured fascinate covered being the cute kitty, but were I to go with that PL7 version, Ult. Effort would probably be added.

funfact: originall, i was going to give puss favored enemy: orgres, but since puss' skills seem universal, i just went with the distract/fascinate/sneak attack option

I count only 60 power points spent, not 90. Combat value should be 16 powerpoints, not 12, so total you have 64 power points spent. Flat-footed should be +4, since size bonuses stay regardless of whether you are flat-footed or not. IIRC, melee weapon bought as equipment are also required to purchase the Mighty feat, whether you have a strength bonus or not.
