These guys are MY vampires. Based on other vampires I've seen here and there, I have taken what I like about some and left the rest. Mostly, these guys will resemble Vamps from the Buffy Television show more than anything else.
For those who want to see vampires as from the 3rd Edition rules, I will get to them eventually.

These vampires are the basic vampires, newly created, and perfect for low-level supernatural minions (the lich, described above, has two of these guys as Minions). In my campaigns, vampires gain more powers as they grow older: shapeshifting, mist forms, mind control, animal control, weather control, etc.
