 I saw Transformers last night, and while I'm not yet up to statting all of the major players due to the fact that they're mostly playing at a higher PL, there were a few that could squeeze into a regular PL10 game. Skorponok is one of them.

 on the lack of an altform, Skorponok is something of a special case. first, we never actually see his alternate. second, is that while his action figure has a robot mode, the difference is pretty much that Skorpy just stands upright. and finally, from all appearances, Skorponok is a subordinate peice to Blackout, much like Soundwave's Cassette Crew, or Roller to Optimus. when Skorpy needs to blend in, he probably returns to Blackout's storage bay

on that note I'm going to consider Movie TF's to be living creatures, thus they get con scores and extra effort

Good call. I was thinking of trying to build them myself and was going to go that route.

 in the 20 years since they first came to tv, the decepticons have finally learned the concept of subtlety, as demostrated by Frenzy. granted, this amounts to 'do dirty deeds while nobody's looking', but to deceps, that IS subtle.

 onn frenzy's other surprises in the film, don't forget the Deceps were bad guys, and thus subject to GM fiat. besides, i'm still trying to figure out how to structure that power, given only one other bot makes use of it, and the resulting change was merely cosmetic

 And, with Bumblebee completed, I can now say without a shadow of a doubt that a Transfomers setting is a considerably higher PL than 10.

 At any rate, Bumblebee looks to be pretty fun to play as.

Just a reminder Kreu, the Transformers in the film seemed vulnerable to both temperature extremes. Heat seemed to get through their armor, while cold seemed to paralyze them.

I'm still trying to decide, but given that I started with Prime I've basically throw the concept of a point appropriate PL character out the window.

Bumblebee always was my favorite Transformer. :D

For those of you who are following the fight, the round count is now up into the high teens, and looks like it's going to go higher, since neither Kratos nor Hercules seem able to roll worth a damn for any offensive action at all. (Seriously, Kratos has not rolled above a 5 on any of his Power Attacks, and that's after Herc has already missed him with a maxed-out All-Out Attack!) Kratos has currently taken more damage, but Hercules is fighting at a disadvantage; he's Demoralized, because Kratos . . . well, Kratos pulled a Kratos on a significant number of the spectators. Takedown Attack 2 + Bystanders = .

 as you can imagine, Swarms entire shtick revolves around being a bunch of bees in a cape, capped off by his former career as a Nazi scientist before his transformation. since his debut in the 1970's, he's been beaten by the champions a few times, but mostly he gets the honey knocked out of him by your freindly neighborhood spider-man.

Doesn't Swarm also like to build giant robotic Bees to do his bidding ? If i recall right he used them to fight the Champions of LA - Great build btw - He was always on of my favorite B-list Villains.

FELINE FURY: What's the point of having a name and a costume if you don't have an action figure?
