A couple of Boost questions.

I've a few questions about Boost. First off, with the Affects All Traits level of Boost, would it up saving throws by it's rank*1.5 (1 for the 1 point per save bonus, plus half again for the bonus by increasing an attribute by 2)? Does it increase all your skills by it's rank*4, or just ones you have? What about feats? Do you get all of them, or just however many ranks you have in new feats, or do you just increase all your ranked feats by the power's rank?

Second, if the Boost power is a part of the traits that Boost affects, can it be used on subsequent rounds to gain marginally more power? i.e. with a Boost power at rank 9 costing 3 points per rank with the Total fades extra (for ease of mathemagics), could one use the power to up the Boost power by 3 more ranks on round one, then with the now-rank 12 Boost increase things by an extra 3 pp, then on the next round Boost them by another one? If so, could someone with a flawed Boost costing 1ppr that affects Super-Strength and Boost eventually have the strength to lift anything?

Boost adds power points to the affected traits, those points increase the trait by its normal cost, so 1 pp added to a skill increases it by 4 ranks, a feat by 1 rank, and a save by +1 (note increasing the underlying ability score may also improve the save, but that's considered separately).

If a trait cannot be improved by adding power points to it (as with many feats or the Toughness save, for example), then any "extra" points have no effect.

Second, if the Boost power is a part of the traits that Boost affects, can it be used on subsequent rounds to gain marginally more power?

No, Boost cannot be used to Boost itself. Nice try, though.
