Back Story: Frank Trowner used to be an assistant to Ralph Grinton, P.I. He has a knack for disguises, tracking ppl, and finding all the right clues.
When Ralph Grinton was gunned down 4 years ago by mafia hitman Donatello Berrilia, Towner turned his eyes to revenge.
He has recently found a partner in Jimmy Chieleski, a.k.a Forcefield, and has joined the Sirius Force as a reservists, though both he and jimmy spend their time crippling Berrilia when and where they can.
Trowner recently suffered an attack by the legendary Gon Mi Pai, resulting in him being currently paralyzed and Dragon Fist leaving the SF as a full member

**another character effected by bomb expert and mafia hitman Donatello Berrilia, who will be posted soon. I like having my first, completely human character. Face's morph works much like a disguise kit, though it's effects are highly advanced. It's not really a power as it is an ability.

life support system.

All that, and she still doesn't get a backstory...damn

If she has flight through her wings ( Refering to the Picture ) would it be better to take the Drawback: Power Loss [ Wings are Bound ] 1PP to reflect that. Not to point something wrong in the character, as the build is good, and I especially like the few recents ones I have seen since I have last visited your thread, but just to mabey help. -shrug-

Plus: An extra Feat or 4 Skill Points never hurts.

Also: I do believe you could save points in taking off the Accurate and Accute ( Or Annalytical ) from Visual and Hearing senses, as these two are allready set as soon in being human. ( Or close to it, anyways, as an Angel would be. ) And, ( Just a thought. ) the power Hypnosis should have the AOE be Blast, over Explosion, as Explosion deals in damage, and Hypnosis is more of a mental effect.

while you would be right in most cases, I picked explosion over blast for two reasons.
A: Explosion deals in a spherical area, where blast is more circular (least from my readings of the book). This means if she is in air, Hypnosis can be used to a better effect then if she was using blast in air.
B: Explosion effects degrade the further away from the center of the effect you are. This means if you hear the hypnosis, but your farther away then say, your partner in crime, you have a much better chance of saving against it. Kinda like a "divine presence".
Thats exactly how I want her hypnosis to work, so explosion won over blast.

but in most cases, you would be right....I am just using the Area for more of a "cause and effect" means then anything.

I can understand that, I just think that, if you wanted to do so to show that it is a higher degree of the senses, possibly taking Extended for both, and still saving 2PP. Again: Not to try to beliddle your builds or anything of the sort, it just didnt make sense to me, in game mechanics, to do so, when you could use the PP someplace else. I dont believe the effects of Accurate and Acute stack, though I may be wrong, and all this fuss over nothing, heh.

As far as the explosion, then, I agree with you. I also dont know about the Sphere VS. Circle radius, but the "Hearing" makes more sense.

Taking a break

As some of you may noticed, I haven't posted nearly as many characters as I was.
two reason for this.
#1: I am working really hard on setting up a Costume concert at my home town of Detroit for July 13th...and with flyer builds and everything...yeah...yikes..

#2: my group has decided, because of one member always failing to call, or care, about the game, that we're gonna move over to Forgotten Realms...and they want me to run it. Haven't ran a RP for a few years, so it's time to brush up some skills and actually set a basic story...i got two weeks, and I really want it to flow very well.

this doesn't mean that I won't post characters here and there, just not in the amount that i was...least not right now.

File Data: The only information on the subject has been provided by Sirius Force member Bumblebee, as the suit is based off stolen blueprints of a similar suit to the Bumblebee model.
The modifications noticable are as listed:
lack of flight capabilities
super speed, including wall-running
no projectile ability
enhancements to martial combat.
"blur" mechanic.
sensor abilities are unknown.

* Hyper Speed Technology: All the technology is based on the science of Advanced Kinetics, in one form or another. The suits powersource comes from a special battery, but many of the abilities given by the suit are based on the wearer's own movements.

It's power of deflection requires the wearer to already be in motion before the point on contact, exactly like the Bumblebee suit. The modified suit does not allow the anti-ensnarement abilities that the Bumblebee suit does.

The suit also allows the wearer to stick to any surface. It stores an amount of kinetic energy in mesh plates on boots of the suit. This system has been altereed to allow this suit configuration to wall-run. The kinetic mesh plates in the boots work on contact. When the plates meet with a solid surface, they make an instantanious bond that allows for the runner to run across any solid surface without flaw (here-by known as "perfect run"), from walls to ice. This also makes it impossible to trip the wearer, by normal means, while their feet are touching a solid surface.

Perfect run is an altered ability of the suit that only works under certian conditions, and as long as those conditions are in effect. Perfect run is the suit's ability to give the wearer perfect traction on any solid surface. However, Perfect Run is lost if the solid surface expieriances any significant force of movement, example: large explosions will cause a vibration in the surface, therefore not making a fully "solid surface". Perfect Run is combination of the mechanics that allow the suit to stick to surfaces, and the anti-friction technology, reverse-wired.

The Flight capabilities that are one of the primary abilities of the Bumblebee suit are absent from this suits configuration. In placement, a "blur" mechanic has been added to the suit. The suit produces a low lvl electro-magnetic vibration across the suit's skin after reaching speeds of 60 mph. The electro magnetics distort the shape of the suit, making the wearer un-detectable by electronic means. It also adds a +2 bonus to the deflection ability while it's active.

The suit also comes with a 30 minute battlefield recharge ability. The wearer can use the kinetic engery movement technology of the suit to give the powersource a recharge that will extend the life of the battery by 30 minutes. After using the initial recharge, the suit must charge for a full 3 hrs before full use again. Only the sensors and the protection are available to the wearer once the battery runs dry.


**I love this type of technology so much, I went all out and created a villian based on the same type of technology.

Back Story: Jason Danther has suffered from a curse for the last 9 years. His body expieranced a genetic change at that age of 17, developing a mutant strain that has changed his life forever. For the last 9 years, everytime Jason smells blood, of any kind, his body expieriances a genetic shift, turning him into the beastial Rage, a vampiric creature with a ravenous appetite and unstoppable feral attitude. Rage has no weakness to many of the normal "vampiric stoppers", etc: garlic, stakes, holy water. Rage's two weakness's lay in both sunlight and fire. Sunlight effects his transformed state, causing jason to transform back to his normal human state. Fire disrupts Rage's senses and removes his immunity factor. He has none of the transformations of normal vampires, nore can he crawl up walls, fly, or hypnotize anyone. Rage is pure, feral state. He operates on pure instinct.

*I kinda mixed the werewolf and vampire templates from the book, and added some of my own stuff to make Rage an origional. His operates much like the Hyena from First Edition, a victim of something he doesn't understand, someone with another side thats all animal rage and killer instinct. I haven't added in the ability bonus's yet, cuz I wanted to get it up and online fast.

Equipment: Variable: mass of electronics, chemicals, and tools to build explosives of varible sizes.

Back Story: Donatello Berrilia is one of the most notorius criminals to exist in years. Currently head of the Berrilia Mafia, Donatello has been charged with over 200 bombings in the Chicago area in the past 10 years, not to mention growing records in New York City, Miami, and Los Angeles. However, with all the charges against him, "Boom, Boom" Berrilia has been able to slither out of conviction every time, due to an extensive team of lawyers, and probaly a good amount of pay-offs. He personally has hands in several things, from union control to drug delivering.
Not only a talented explosives export, "Boom, Boom" Berrilia also has another talent thats been recently documented: he can produce his own explosive blast. It's not an ability that Donatello has exhibited before the last year, and many lay claim that it is a recently emerged ability. Others simply find it a way to balance everything out: Forcefield is protection, and Berrilia is destruction.
The differance is that Berrilia's ability isn't the product of chemical mutation, but rather other-worldly sources. A year ago, while on a "vacation" to Kyoto, Berrilia ended up with a rare type of Malaria. After several days of an unchanged condition, one of the doctors suggested the use of an old priest from one of the nearby temples. Before he would treat Berrilia, he forced the crime boss to take a blood oath to his god, Orochi-naga, Berrilia agreed, just wanting to be free of the illness. It was only 2-3 days passing before Berrilia was up and about, ready to leave and go home. He put the oath out of his mind.
A few months passed before Berrilia would discover the truth: his blood was used in a ritual to make him a warrior in Orochi's coming war. The snake god infected Berrilia's dreams, and even gave Berrilia his "gift" of being able to send an explosive force from his body, just like one of his special bombs.
While Donatello doesn't prefer to use the "gift", there are times that he has, jsut to keep himself from a jail cell, not that any currently made could hold him.

**Finally, Mafia don, bomber extrodinare, and the name in half of these files, is up. Donatello "Boom, Boom" Berrilia started as an idea for a very "Kingpin" like character. A mafia boss that no, one can seem to pin anything on, Berrilia was given the explosive ability late in his creation process, jsut to add some flavor to the character, as I haven't seen a proper crimelord with special powers. Berrilia uses the ability rarely, but when he does, he goes all out, not sparing an inch of the devestating explosion. He is more obsessed with finding a way to break the blood ties between him and the Japanese demon-god, Orochi, then he is expanding his empire.

Drawbacks: Noticable

Back Story: Frachn is one of the more mosterous villians in the galaxy. One of three escapees from a Nebulian prison transport vessel, He murdered several of the guards after the ship was attacked by a nearby orbiting space station. The ship crashlanded somewhere on a nearby planet, and Frachn escaped through a blasted bulkhead. For the last 12 years, He has traveled by a rarely known set of caverns and tunnels, ending up in a temple in Cambodia. He has made his home there, as the locals consider him the physical incarnation of their god, Cheito. The word of a re-incarnated spider-god reached several interested parties, Starforce being one of them, and another being a 1,000 year-old sorceress calling herself Arachne. Arachne found Frachn first, and both made a partnership, one born of greed for world domination, and hatred for the human race.
Arachne used her followers to further both their objectives, and eventually, the villagers were folded into their ranks. Between her followers and spells, and Frachn's power and speed, they make one of the most destructive duos in history. They have had multipe run-ins with borth Sirius force, and the Legion of Mobius (Dr. Mobius doesn't like the competition, and Phase has personal issues against Frachn)


**Frachn is the second most powerful villian I've done so far, falling just below Anubis. It's fitting, seeing as his size and the amount of people he has ruthlessly killed in his existance. When playing Frachn, you have to think of something that works on mostly instinct and 2nd nature. While he is intelligent enough to make the kind of deals that him and Arachne have, in combat he is very much a raging beast.
His favorite tactic is the "drop grapple": he clings to the ceiling in dark palces, then drops on his opponents, grabbing then. He usually goes for a full snare or a drain atk immediately after.
He also exhibits the ability to control swarms of spiders, something that is somewhat natural for his species. Frachns' species has a communitive hive mind, able to express thoughts through complex neural pathways. Spiders have the basics of the same pathways, but with their simple minds, they cannot communicate back. They are like drones to Frachn.

Also, keep in mind that his Growth and Rage stats aren't figured in. His growth stats aren't figured in, because his size is innate. His rage isn't figured out, because he isn't constantly raging.

Love the Enyo character. I'm just about to join a M&M game and the Enyo char is just the sort of character I've been looking for. I will base my PC of him/her.

thank you....Enyo was a project that i did just to give Bumblebee a nemesis. The design for the suit is based off Bumblebee, then lots of things that Bumblebee have are taken away, and some of Enyo's things were added, like the fact she is all about speed...take away her speed, and Enyo is almost useless.

If you want, wait till I finish and post Sleipnir....same basic concept, but with changes, of course
