Well im continuing on my line of thinking that i started with my Nicholas Ferossa Character. He is able to summon demons into our world, from some other dimension which is far removed from our own thankfully. Otherwise it wouldn't be that hard for them to get here. I imagine its a shadow dimension so alien to our own, that these creatures are the anti-thesis to anything we hold as being bound by the laws of realities. Most these creatures have a very simular theme, and are able to access this Preternatural Darkness at will to fuel many of their powers. And in almost any case these creatures have some form of power that either inspires fear, or causes terror, or worse Insanity. These creatures will work in weird and interesting ways as well. And i hope they will help to add to the general feel of the setting they can put into it.

Preturnatural: The Hounds

This is an update and upgrade for the default demon that Nicholas Ferossa can summon.

Hounds [PL 11/162 pp]
" The hounds are vaguely humanoid and canine in shape go figure, with literally no neck (its forearms are longer than its hind legs, with a small stubby tail used for balance). The head is one long arch that bends forward, with three sets of yellow eyes on each side of its head. Its jaw is barely recognizable from the rest of its head, and looks more like a beak than anything (and its bite can break concrete). It has three tentacles on each side of its body, which it can use for grappling. Its body is very flexible so don't let it fool you. It can leap and react rather quickly. Its semi hard skin allows it to blend well in the darkness, and it can see in pitch black conditions. Spawns are the brute force behind the Alien dimension that they come from, and make excellent trackers and surprise attackers. Which is mostly how they work, in groups of three if possible. Attacking from the shadows they blend so well in. Its most surprising ability is its acidic bile, never ever get close to one of these things. "

Phylas is suitably horrible and the Hollows are creepy customers, nice set of themed abilities on them as well, though I'm quite fond of the simple possession power myself.

Thanks dweller, these characters are actually pretty fun to build. I updated Phylas, and added Anatomical Seperation and Elongation to the stat block. I was trying to figure someway of simulating the phylas's worm like mass.

Okay i decided to stat out my nephews, the way i see them in MnM. Not only did i do this for a joke, i wanted to see what i could do with a power level 1 character.

Cody must be a handful; quite the little powerhouse. :D
On the other hand; the Dragon Kid can fly... These two might actually make a good team, especially for their power level. Also, if you actually had to, at any point, say, look after a kid that could fly or climb on walls, you'd have my greatest sympathies.
