lord Shojo would respectfully disagree
Lord Shojo would probably disrespectfully disagree, knowing him.

Still, Miko was right; the Twelve Gods (or the GM, or the author) did have a plan for her, even if that plan was for her to
destroy the Azure City gate and get herself blown up in the process.
Can't have a dimensionally-displaced alchemist-killer messing with the proper sequence of events.

 marve's other mythic powerhouse hero, the Lion of Olympus is basicly a watered down and more personable version of thor, what with his habit of going out for drinks following a successful adventure

 herc does tend to carry an enchanted/adamantine mace, but frankly, i feel this weapon just draws attention to being thor-lite, and that herc should be at his best with his bare hands

Kreuz, I just realized something with the Scar vs. Miko fight. Corrosion's Drain aspect isn't a Constitution drain, it's a Toughness drain; Scar hitting Miko with it wouldn't have lowered her Constitution any, though it would probably still have killed her through sheer damage.

"Equivalent Exchange doesn't encompass everything that goes on here. But I still choose to believe in its principle: that all things do come at a price. That there's an ebb, and a flow, a cycle. That the pain we went through did have a reward and that anyone who's determined and perseveres will get something of value in return, even if it's not what they expected."

 another face of the FMA, here we have Alphonse Elric at the start of the FMA movie, his body restored but his memory fragmented, and now able to transmute via handclap.

 unsurisigly, Al's a lot like Ed, but without automail limbs he needs to use his alchemy to mount a balanced offense

 Al also features a change i'm making to his armored self and edward, in that his alchemic blast is shapable (but still requires sufficient bulk materials to make it work)

Aaaaah.

Like the happy conclusion of the Ozymandis/DKR Batman duel on Baron's first Boredom Induced Thread, The Memory of Miko's defeat will warm my heart for a good long while.

Scar and Miko was a pretty nice fight. It was strange seeing Scar protect the likes of Marcoh and Yuki. Was that how it was in the manga?

As far as mechanics go, I liked your description and involvement of the environment. Scar's use of power stunting was especially creative. Only thing I saw that hasn't been pointed out is that Immunity is normally a permanent power and as such, can't be power stunted.

hence the line about miko arguing with the GM.

and yes, as of book 15/16 of the manga, both yoki and dr. marcoh are under scar's protection. yoki is kept around because he can go places without setting off every cop in town (note that scar's responsibility didn't extend to him when i was assigning complications), while presently, Scar needs Dr. Marcoh alive for his knowledge of Amestrian alchemy.
