Just did a search for sedation but I didn't find anything, so hopefully this hasn't been asked before.
Concerning the Sedation power feat, how does it work? Is it:
- Ranked? E.G. Sleep Lad takes 1 rank of Sedation on his Fatigue power, meaning opponents now make recovery checks once every 5 minutes? If he takes 2 ranks, that means once every 20 minutes, etc.
Unranked? Meaning opponents make a recovery check after 1 minute. If they fail, they make the next check after 5 minutes, then 20 minutes, etc.
My assumption is that it's unranked, but one of my players was asking and I just wanted to be sure. Thanks!
