:arrow: with the onset of the third and final Book of Avatar: the Last Airbender, i felt like marking the occassion with good ol' monkeyface Zhao (play around with his rank as you like, but remember that he's promoted to commander by the start of the series, and dies a week or two after making Admiral)

:arrow: as with general armstrong, Zhao's biggest strength is abusing his rank and status, such that he should have whatever minions and materiel the story requires. as for firebending, he's powerful, but unskilled when compared to the rest of the cast, stemming of course from his political and miltary career, in addition to his boundless rage

Thanks. I don't mind her being a civilian, since that's what she is in the show. Although, she does take up the mantle of leader of the Three Ships Alliance to stop the wars between PLANT and Earth.

BTW, I love your avatar! It cracks me up every time I see it! (ROFL) :D

Hey kreuz, I like the baron blitzkrieg build, also wanted to let you know that I used your Idea men, and S.A.M. builds in my last game. The idea men did okay, and even managed to stun one of my players. S.A.M did really well and hurt a few of the players, until they figured that the satellite was the brains, and to hit it with the sonic attack.

both the sorceror quote and xykon's law come from order of the stick: start of darkness.

the former is one of the recurring themes of that book, in which every wizard, cleric or druid xykon meets over his 114 year belittles him for being a sorceror (the analogy used is that the magic of a wizard is like a masterwork gold watch, while a sorceror's casting is as elegant as a sledgehammer)

the quote proper comes from xykon's climactic battle with the wizard dorukon, as he extolls why as a sorceror, he'll ultimately triumph over the wizard.

as for xykon's law, this is outlined in the same scene, as the lich points out that there is a level of force which when applied, will overcome any strategy, and that the real key to winning is just how far you're willing to go before feeling bad about it (thus formally asserting his dominance over redcloak). both of which perfectly describe the Ishbal extermination campaign to a T
