Atomic Size & Teleport

First of all, I absolutely LOVE M&M, and can't believe how good it is at everything I throw at it. Unfortunately, I think I have a weird mind, or a weird group. My question is: If I shrink to atomic size and enter someone's body and grab a blood cell for a ride, what if the person teleports away?

Some of us say that because Teleport is "personal" it only affects the teleporter, leaving the atomic-sized guy floating in the air. Others say that because Mr. Atomic is inside the person, they teleport along, similar to a virus or somesuch. I can't find anything that helps me either way!

Totally a Gamemaster call based on the descriptors of all the powers involved, but if I had to take a stab at it, I'd be inclined to say the microscopic "passenger" is carried along by default.
