Throwing Mastery Ranged Extra

Hello and thanks for the help

I'm trying to build a bullseye type character who throws things and never misses, could I by the Ranged extra for throwing mastery to make all of my thrown attacks perception based?
With this in mind would I be able to use a thrown weapon with autofire to do a spread at the dmg rank of the weapon (I'm trying to make a boomerang that hits multiple people)

So boomerang (blast 3) autofire would be able to automatically hit 3 consecutive squares.

What about a shapeable area?

No, you should create a customized Perception Range Damage effect, using the suggestions posted in the other thread you started on this topic.
