Lightning. Conceivably the most powerful of the kids. Shes The Arcadian Academies resident Heart Breaker and Bad girl. All the gals want to be her, and all the boys want to be with her. She laughs it all off with her typical too cool for school attitude. Unfortuantley for her She's met her foil in the unshakeable Avatar. The newest Student has smitten her in ways she would never had dreamed possible. Utterly Confidant and unflappable to anyone else. She cant seem to put a coherent sentence together in the Elemental Metamorphs presence. Something Her twin brother Thunder teases her about endlessly.

A powerful electric controller, capable of generating massive voltages. She can blast, charge her muscles for super strength, fly and release a powerful jolting punch.

she has the abilitiy to absorb and channel electricity to various effects. shell primarily use it too boost her allready formibale offencive output, but she can also use it to heal herself as needed.

Long Shadow is a friendly if somewhat distant Native American youth. Towering head and shoulders above his classmates, he plays basketball and football, and enjoys working on the Academies vehicles. hes oft earned extra credit for keeping the staffs personal vehicles in good condition. He made friends with Avatar right off the bat due to the pairs love of motorcycles.

Long Shadows one note of interest is that unlike huntress hes pushed his native american heritage aside due to troubling memories of a drunken father. Huntress is slowly getting him to embrace those ways again, and the two are becoming slowly unsepperable.

A Size changer and half. Hes capapble of maxing out at 64 ft i height, or Shrinking down to a more compact 6 inches. A favorite tactic is to be carried into battle by one of the fliers before dive bombing the enemy at or near full height.

Nova. Is a russian born mutant as far as everyone knows. This is partialy true. the reality is she is an Alien from an as yet unidentified race of warriors. This shows through in her immence strength. She was sent to earth due to a political coup on her homeworld and the need to keep her safe. Adopted on earth by a friendly couple of russian immigrants she has lived happily on earth since infancy never suspecting her extraterrestrial origins.

Shes of course the second most popular girl in the school after Lightning and Prodigy. That charming russian accent, combined with her alien skin tones and exotic looks has modeling companies drooling over the potential money they could make off her.

While she normally plays off all the attention she gets from the boys as its only natural. Shes recently had an impression made on her by Star Sword. The Two are often paried up together due to the complimentary nature of their powers in combat. Recently though he suprised her on her birthday with a serenade in russian. It was the only gift he had for her. Her heart melted on the spot they're all but inseparable now.

A Variation of Star Fire form the teen titans. Nova is a solar powered battery of raw power. She abosrbs solar energy and can channel it into devestating blasts of raw plasma, or into Super heated plasma that can melt nearly anything.

She can also channle it inward into a dose of incredible strength. Her natural physical gifts are beyond human as her rac eis stronger and tougher then normal humans.

Prodigy. Popular, Paragon, Powerhouse, and Perfect leader of the Arcadian Academy Kids. She's got a lot going for her and is for all intents the most powerful kid in the school even if Lighting would argue that point. At least she was till Avatar came along. Now shes still the leader, everyone looks up to. But some wonder if ehr top spot is in jeapordy form the new kid.

Shannon Doesnt think so. No Way. And Shes got the brains and looks and raw power to back it up. Shes the other gal that all the girls want to be and all the guys want to be with. Her self confidance and courage have inspired them all more times then they can count.

Shannon is a Paragon straight up and the othe rbuild of mine that gets a few more points in order to avoid shoehorning her into a build and losing the flavor fo the character.

Her Dynamic Strength array is a classic build tool seen on many paragons here and serves her well. Shes the strongest in the shool hands down, only Avatar, Thunder and Long Shadow come close.

Shes also the fastest flier, and can even go into space where she can travel at accelerated velocicties.

The Raven is not the schools fastest Flyer but she sure is the best flyer. Shes more manuverable then anyone and she loves to fly. Karasu's Father and mother emigrated from Japan so their daughter could attend the Arcadian Acadamey. They were worried shed be targeted because of the wings growing form her back. Shes taken to the Academy like a duck to water though and has made a lot of friends very quickly.

Raven is a skilled and acrobatic flyer. She prefers to swoop in and strike targets with her shadow punch, but is not above staying at range and blasting them with her dark lighting. Shes an accomplished Martial Artist and regularly gives hand to hand lessons to the class.

Raven ahs the abilitiy to generate a field of Black bionether electriciy. This energy manifest itself around her fists, and eyes and can allow her to strike incredibly hard. the energy also has a drain effect that causes opponents to be fatigued.

she can project this from her hands as well as bolts of more damaging black lightining.

Never mess with a southern gal. Especially when she controls the weather. Fortunatley most everyone learned that the first day ShatterSky arrived. Her powers are awesome to an extreme and shes shown them more then once that she too deserves consideration for the most powerful kid int he school. Shes also shown a natural charisma and abilitiy to lead that has earned her a spot as second in command behind Prodigy on field trips.

Sky is an accomplished weather controller and more then capable of using her powers in multiple ways, limtied only by her imagination. She can fly, unleash tremendous winds, and Devestating blasts of lightning.

Cheyennes only real weakness beyond that is she is a bit of a glass cannon.

Snap Dragons got a lot going for her Strong, fast, Attractive and popular. And one thing going against her. Shes the daughter of Reptile a famous villian. Shes doing her best to live her Dads rep down. and this means shes determined to be the best hero she can be. One suprising note though is this. Her Father actually met with the Head master in private and Asked him to look out for her to give her the chance to be come the hero that he could never bring himself to take.

Snap Dragon lives up to her namesake. Shes Superhumanly fast, Strong, and Agile. Shes also a superb fighter probably the best in the school.

Dragons main tactics tend to revolve around the 7 foot long reptillian tail that extrudes form her body. the Tail is multipurpose, providng balance, and is prehensile and extendable. It cna be swung as a club or even a whip and do soem serious damage.

Lastly Snaps a superb dancer, She has deveopled a special abilitiy to literally freeze people that make eye contact with her by performing an intricate dance routine that takes full advantage of her natural flexibility and looks.

Snowball the Irrascible, Irrepressable, and self proclaimed "second funniest guy on Campus" besides Boucne. The 2 go on many merry adventures allways ending in some mischief, and usualy only getting out by the skin of their teeth or by the intervention of the other kids. Hes in a constant state of good humor and has brought a smile to the faces of even the most morose indivduals (Black Thorn).

He has no memory of his past and simply showed up on the Academys doorstep one day as a small child with a note and some personal items. All attempts to locate his parents have failed. and He seems to be suffering a serious case of retrograde amnesia where his past is concerned.

And while hes popular with the girls for his free wheeling ways its more of a little brother thing for msot of them save one. Icicle. the lovely queen of the Ice and snow has a huge crush on him. He has noticed this but is actually too shy to act on it and hasnt quite figured out what hed say if he ever found the courage to talk to her.

A versatile and powerful metamorph. Snowball can change into any animal that could conceivably live in the upper northern hemisphere of the earth. This means any where from the middle of the US to the tip of the north pole.

Forms include wolf, Bear, whale, rabbit, moose, wolverine, buffalo, Deer, Eagles, Snakes, Sharks, Dolphins, and many others. He is also capable of Transforming into a large Bipedal combat machine that has immense strength and mobility. ((think Sasquatch only white))

All his forms no matter what are Snow white.

he can also understand any animal irregardless of where it is from. and gets along well with all animals.

Star Sword is Icicle's Little Brother, and The Arcadian Academies resident Computer Nerd. (he prefers the term Tech geek). Still eh doesnt catch a lot of flack for his geek ways. Since He's got some of the most impressive powers in the Class. Hes the only one other then Prodigy and Nova that can go into space unprotected. And He earned everyones respect When He took one of Lighting's most powerful blasts and responded with "ooo tingely."

Also He learned to speak russian early in the school year. Why? to try and impress a certain Alien princess, Who he's fallen head over heels in love with thats why.

And you know what? Its working.

Star Sword is part blaster, part paragon. Hes got impressive striking power, and defences. but hes not as skilled with combat as he could be. Though Avatar acknowledges that if he ever trully focused on learning his fighting skills hed be a warrior second to none.

Star Sword is virtually immune to energy of a lethal nature (fire, electricity, radiation, plasma etc) concussive forces can still kncok him about abit but hes pretty tough with his force field up. This manifests as a translucent holographic display of Anime inspired armor on parts of his body (Right glove, left leg, upper chest etc)

His Star Sword gnerally manifests through his arms but inr eality can manifest from any part of his body at will. He creates either a sword (Strike), or a spear like projection he can "throw"(blast), or a blinding burst of light.

he can also manifest a Shield of energy that can deflect any attack with ease.

Brian Mccain, AKA Thunder is the Teams Powerhouse, and All around tank. Only Prodigy and Avatar are Stronger then him, and only Avatar is tougher. What suprises most of the kids as they get to know him is that hes far smarter then his strength and size would suggest. And hes alot more sensitive. He and Star Sword share an interest in computers and games, and the two have long discussions of one sort another involving technology. Hes also an accomplished Drummer, something that nabled him and Avatar to get along swimmingly. He's Lighting's twin brother,a dn is very protective of her.

HE loves to tease his normally overconfidant Sister about her inabiliity to speak to Avatar, but supports her feeling for him.

Nothing but the meat and potatoes here. Thunder is as Straight forward as they come and as devestating as his name.

Titaness, Is the Arcadian Academies Environmental Conscience. She's very much into recycling and the ecology and is very knowledgable about such things. Since her powers were the result of A corrupt corporations attempt to illegally dump toxic waste shes doesnt trust many companies and is active in protests. Still shes made a lot of friends and gets along well, even though she still has to remind everyone about the difference between the blue bin and the garbage can.

Titaness cna channel massive quantites of bio Electricity into the ability to grow to 20 ft in height. with obivous gains in strength and durability.

Her Thunderbolt is a massive release of Electriciy that can obliterate nearly anything she throws it at. Unfortunatley it takes a lot of energy to use it and she can only do it 3 times per day safely.

well all the Arcadian Academy is finished. I may be adding a 20th student in but for now I'm Satisfied. they run the gamut of powers with the exception of the all too often used psionic.

Still debating my next trick. Probably Some Spidey villians (Rhino, Electro, Lizard), And allies (Black Cat). One of my Fave marvelites The ole Cankucklehead, Still my fave despite the mass of overexposure hes recieved lately. May even take a swing at the DC animated universes JLU.

So many Characters so little time.
