 It's undeniable that a muppets rendition of Lord of the rings would be totally kick ass, but sadly, The Muppet Show at The Battle of Ham's Deep existed only as a totally boss window display for the Silver Snail chain of comics shops. still the notion of gandalf as a 7'4" fuzzy ogre is too good to pass up.

 as for who else was in the production, Kermit was Aragorn, Fozzie Legolas, Miss Piggy was Eowyn, and the part of Gimli was played by Animal. other muppets filled in for the elf/human side, while the orcs were played by penguins

Nice Terminator build. The 'voice-changer' feature was a nice touch.

 While almost every builder here's given a shot at statting terminators, and a few have tried other characters from the franchse, i'm pretty sure this is the first proper build for John Connor. sure, he's more skillmonkey than leader of human resistance, but he's got 30 someodd years to grow into the part. until then, he's got his mother Sarah, his 'sister' cameron, and of course, "Uncle Bob" to keep him alive till after Judgement Day.

"Being constantly reminded of my own mortality is no ball game, but at the very least it has forced me to consider what ís really important in my life and to get my priorities sorted. Complacency is a luxury I cannot afford, one that too many people fail to question, preferring to sleepwalk through their daily routine without ever considering how they would change that day if it was their last one on earth. Yes, I may have taken it to the other extreme and that ís something I am having to deal with at the moment but it also means I get the view from both ends of the bridge. I'm sure there ís a happy medium somewhere in-between and I ask anyone reading this who gives a damn to look for it."

 For those missing the bite of the Sopranos or Oz, then you'll probably enjoy AMC's Breaking Bad, wherein Walt here goes from meek and unassuming chem teacher to Albequerque drug lord in order to support his family after he's diagnosed with terminal lung cancer.

 Walt has little place in a conventional supers game, but he miht make a useful contact or npc for street/hero high level heros to interact with

 while the creatures were individually named Vinz Clortho and Zuul, "terror Dogs" was what the sfx team calle their monstrous forms. works for me.

 upon summoning, the two beasts will seek out appropriate hosts, and then each other to cast the ritual (as their natural forms lack the means verbal, somatic and, er, tantric)

God I loved that game, but yeah the single hardest game ever. Especially the part with the hover cycles. Power level 10 sounds right but all the villains were pl20.

I used to think I sucked at video games because I was terrible at that game and the Silver Surfer one for NES.

Then I played other games :).

no, as you've pointed out, fighting the bad guys was actually the easiest part of the game. it's the racing and platforming sections that result in ll those wasted lives and continues

anyway, this next batch of builds i've got prepped were not built by me. instead, i'd like to present the main characters of the RPG.net prime time drama/play-by-post game, "Paragons: the breakout year". for compleion's sake i'll even include the basic setting notes fo the game, so those interested can know what parts of the book are included
