I'm guessing you mean skills-wise? Ultimate Hawkeye has more than a little Bullseye in him...Bullhawk!

MM wrote:Hey, was going through a bunch of your old builds (which are all amazing, might I add). You were a tad off on the final scores on this one (he only has 18 points in combat by my count, so he still has two points he can add).

Still, an awesome build of a low-level Jedi character. Would love to see more.
The human calculator, I am not, apparently. I'll revisit it eventually. I think I made that as a PC in response to a request, so yes, I can add 2pp to something.

Boxing glove arrow? You’re serious, right?

Hawkeye (Ultimate)
Clint Barton, Earth-1610

Power Level: 10 (130pp)

Abilities: STR: 14 (+2), DEX: 20 (+5), CON: 16 (+3), INT: 12 (+1), WIS: 16 (+3), CHA: 12 (+1)

Skills: Acrobatics 8 (+13), Climb 4 (+6), Disable Device 8 (+9), Drive 4 (+9), Intimidate 8 (+9), Knowledge [Tactics] 8 (+9), Notice 4 (+7), Pilot 8 (+13), Search 4 (+5), Stealth 8 (+13)

Feats: Acrobatic Bluff, Attack Focus [Ranged] 6, Benefit (Security Clearance), Defensive Roll 2, Dodge Focus 3, Elusive Target, Equipment 9, Improved Aim, Improved Critical 2 [Bow], Improved Initiative, Precise Shot 2, Quick Draw 2 (draw and reload), Ranged Pin, Throwing Mastery 2, Ultimate Aim

Powers:
Variable Power 1 (one power of particular descriptor [Autofire on any ranged effect]; Extra: Action [Free; +2]; 6pp)

Equipment: Custom Bow (10ep): plus Laser Sight, Glasses (1ep): buys off Disability, Plastic explosive (30ep), Undercover shirt (3ep)

Combat: Attack +8 / +14 (Ranged) / +15 (Custom Bow); Damage +2 (Unarmed) / +5 (Custom bow, Autofire, 18-20 Crit) // +2 (Throwing Mastery); Defense +13 (+5 flat-footed); Initiative +9

Saves: Toughness +7 (+5 flat-footed), Fortitude +6, Reflex +10, Will +4

Drawbacks: Disability (Near-Sighted, range increment halved for all Notice checks and ranged attacks; Uncommon, Minor; -1pp)

Abilities 30 + Skills 15 (60 ranks) + Feats 35 + Powers 6 + Combat 36 + Saves 9 – Drawbacks 1 = Total 130

Complications: Secret (identity in black ops)

 Ultimate Hawkeye is a bit of an amalgamation of 616 Hawkeye and Bullseye. In addition to his uncanny marksmanship, Hawkeye can use various objects as improvised projectiles, down to his own fingernails. He is also such a quick shot that any ranged weapon has the Autofire Extra in his hands, provided he has sufficient ammunition; weapons already having Autofire (e.g., machine guns) gain a second layer of Autofire. He prefers his custom bow and arrows and unlike the mainstream Hawkeye, seldom uses trick arrows.

 Hawkeye appears to be nearsighted, unlike his farsighted mainstream counterpart. Without his glasses, he’s unable to identify objects at a distance at times, and he waited for certain targets to close before actually firing. To represent this, Hawkeye’s range increment is halved for all ranged attacks and Notice checks unless he wears his glasses.

Feats: Attack Specialization [Telekinesis], Attractive, Connected, Well-Informed

Powers:
Flight 5 (250 MPH; 10pp)
Force Field 10 (Extra: Impervious [+1]; 20pp)
AP: Force Constructs 10 (1pp)

Abilities 20 + Skills 12 (48 ranks) + Feats 4 + Powers 62 + Combat 32 + Saves 14 – Drawbacks 0 = Total 144

 Justice is a moderately powerful energy controller / telekinetic who can probably be considered somewhat of a veteran nowadays. He’s rather well-rounded, with social and investigative skills complementing his powers.

 The Ultimate version of Doctor Doom is bit of a different beast than his 616 counterpart. Though taken to wearing a suit of armor, Doom is actually a being of living metal, possessing incredible strength and durability without any need of enhancement, and in fact, the armor is cosmetic and its bonus does not stack with his existing protections. He is a competent sorceror, though he appears to require rituals for his most powerful spells. Doom also has a bevy of inventions, although one recurring invention are the dragon tattoos he uses to control his subjects. This is just another way to reflect the Minions feat, which I didn’t include in this Doom build either.

Poison breath? He hasn't used it in a long time, but the same goes for the armor spines.

He always struck me as being a PL or two above the ultimate FF.

His poison breath seemed like a one-time deal, since he was breathing out his dessicated organs. The armor spines are there to array any other unusual power he has, like a Snare.

As for his power level...I don't concern myself too much with PL but instead the actual traits that make it up. Doom's not as strong as Thing (but very close) and I can't justify giving him more than a +7 attack bonus (he's listed as having "some training" in terms of fighting skill in the OHOTMU).

The main thing is that his most powerful effects stem from his magic, which are all from Ritualist and not a Magic power.

I was about to suggest 'Vulnerability: Own Body', but when I re-checked the stats you'd already included that nice little facet in a much better way. Well done :)

Well, the problem, IMO, is that Ultimate Doom doesn't really seem to have a good identity. Blame it on the multiple writers on the book, I guess.

Also, I decided to update him a bit. Re-reading it, I realized that Reed in Doom's body did use a lot of non-Ritual spells combating the Frightful Four. I don't buy that Doom was considered more powerful than Ultimate Thor. That just didn't seem right. I made his Magic array as powerful as I could reasonably make it. He did wipe the floor with the Frightful Four, but I think a lot of that had to do with his necromantic spells working especially well against them.

Hawkeye and Justice are both great builds - I really like you take on the Ult. Hawkeye he is by far one of my favorites of the Ult-verse.

My dear fellow, it was a perfectly adequate First-Person shooter, but there's no need to get passionate about it.
