As for the Tauric Creature and the Half-Illithid...

The Tauric Creature cannot be immediately translated to M&M, as is. The Template relay on way too many variables. First of all, the Ability Score bonuses can be based on any Humanoid, Animal, or Magical Beast. Then, a whole buch of different physical abilities can be used based on what kind of lower body is possessed by the Tauric Creature.

Simply put, it can't be done directly.

I must say, though, that my friend, Owen, did a masterful job in writing this template.

As a starting point, the Tauric Creature is going to have Growth 4 to make it Large-sized. It could potentially have Additional Limbs 2 to make it more stable on the ground (extra legs). After that, whetever additional abilities it possesses will be based on the two seperate components that make up the whole.

For the Half-Illithid, I have never been happy with my method of "brian-extraction". I cannot think of any other way to do it. M&M is not a game that just allowed for the "instant-death" power. There is always some Save or other. In addition, looking at the Half-Illithid, if a creature has enough HD, they may as well be a full-illithid, as they will possess all of the Mind Flayer's powers and abilities plus that of their own race.
