Apologies if this is answered elsewhere, I just didn't happen to find it.
In the Vehicles section of the Equipment chapter of the 2nd ed. core the costs for vehicles are listed in Equipment Points and Power Points. Vehicles are the only equipment with costs listed in Power Points.
In what circumstances does each listing apply? Is it a matter of Device vs. Equipment? Examples would be great.
