Would it be too terribly hard for you to do the Red Hulk with the little info that we have on him at the moment or would you want to wait till there is more?

I actually haven't kept up with Red Hulk, and from what little I know, there's still a lot to be revealed about him.

That said, I'd probably stat him up with Str/Con in the low 40s, high mental scores, and a Touch Range Burst or Explosion Radiation Control Aura, Limited to +1 rank per round in combat.

Hmm, well how about a Mr Fix-it Hulk build? :P

If you couldn't tell I'm hyped up about the new Hulk movie.

Hmm, why Mr. Fix-it, of all the Hulks?

Let me go back and do a little research on wikipedia, but it shouldn't be too hard to use my existing Hulks to build him.

Well, to me, out of all the Hulks he was the most interesting version. Maybe not the strongest but the most interesting. Also, I think it was this Hulk that cosmic Spidey punched out into space.

Maybe when I get back into the mood to make cinematic, rather than super, heroes again.

Uh, “fix” as in repairing something or “fix” as in neutering an animal?

Grey Hulk
Joe Fixit

Power Level: 12 (177pp)

Abilities: STR: 28 [36] (+13), DEX: 12 (+1), CON: 32 [36] (+13), INT: 12 (+1), WIS: 12 (+1), CHA: 12 (+1)

Skills: Bluff 12 (+13), Intimidate 16 (+19), Knowledge [Streetwise] 8 (+9), Notice 4 (+5)

Feats: All-Out Attack, Attack Focus [Melee] 4, Chokehold, Dodge Focus 4, Improved Grab, Improved Grapple, Power Attack, Startle, Takedown Attack, Ultimate Effort [Strength checks]

Powers:
Adrenal Surge 8 (Extra: No Fatigue [+1]; Flaw: Uncontrolled [triggered by anger, 4 rounds to max boost; -1]; 8pp)
Linked Power: Boost 40 [Super-Strength] (Extras: Free [+2]; Flaws: Personal [-1], Uncontrolled [triggered by anger, 4 rounds to max boost; -1]; 40pp)
Growth 4 (Extra: Continuous [+1]; Flaw: Permanent [-1]; Power Feat: Innate; 13pp)
Immunity 6 (Disease, Environmental Conditions 3 [Cold, Heat, Radiation], Poison, Starvation and Thirst; 6pp)
Impervious Toughness 11 (11pp)
Regeneration 12 (Recovery Rate 12 [Bruised 1, Injured 3, Disabled 4, Unconscious 1, Staggered 3]; Power Feats: Diehard, Regrowth; 14pp)
Super-Senses 1 (Astral Form Awareness [Mental]; 1pp)
Super-Senses 1 (Direction Sense, Distance Sense; Flaw: Limited [place of birth only; -1]; 1pp)
Super-Strength 4 (Heavy Load: ~50 tons; Power Feats: Countering Punch, Groundstrike, Super-Breath, Thunderclap; 12pp)
AP: Leaping 8 (x500; 1pp)

Growth Effects
Size: Large, Base movement +5 feet, Space 10 ft., Reach 10 ft.
Strength +8, Constitution +4, Carrying Capacity +5
-1 Attack and Defense bonus, Grapple +4, Stealth -4, Intimidate +2

Combat: Attack +4 / +8 (Melee) [+3 / +7 (Melee); size]; Damage +13 [+17] (Unarmed); Defense +8 [+7; size] (+2 flat-footed); Initiative +1

Saves: Toughness +13 [+17] (+11 Impervious), Fortitude +13 [+17], Reflex +5, Will +7

Drawbacks: Involuntary Transformation (into Bruce Banner when calm or in full moonlight or sunlight; Very Common, Major; -5pp), Normal Identity (Bruce Banner; Uncommon [Free action], Major; -3pp), Weakness (in sunlight or full moonlight; Common, Moderate [-1 to all checks], every 20 minutes; -3pp)

Abilities 48 + Skills 10 (40 ranks) + Feats 16 + Powers 88 + Combat 16 + Saves 10 – Drawbacks 11 = Total 177

Complications: Obsession (greed)

 This is the cunning, not necessarily smart, version of the Hulk. He’s very much like the grey Sunset Hulk and in fact, has shown an aversion to sunlight and full moonlight. In addition, Banner’s intellect and personality come to the fore to varying degrees. At times, his transformation was triggered by sunset as well, rather than just rage. I included the Drawbacks reflecting his weakness and transformation in sunlight, but remove them if you’re using the version that doesn’t weaken in sunlight.

 I tried something just a little different in handling Hulk’s Boost, using a makeshift Uncontrolled Flaw in place of making up a new Drawback to reflect the staged activation of his Boost.

Vril Dox II

Power Level: 11 (195pp)

Abilities: STR: 34 (+12), DEX: 18 (+4), CON: 34 (+12), INT: 34 (+12), WIS: 18 (+4), CHA: 14 (+2)

Skills: Bluff 4 (+16), Computers 12 (+24), Craft [Electronic] 12 (+24), Craft [Mechanical] 12 (+24), Diplomacy 4 (+16), Disable Device 8 (+20), Investigate 12 (+24), Knowledge [Civics] 4 (+16), Knowledge [Physical Sciences] 12 (+24), Knowledge [Tactics] 8 (+20), Knowledge [Technology] 12 (+24), Medicine 8 (+12), Pilot 12 (+16)

Feats: Benefit 6 (substitute Int for Cha for skill checks, Wealth 5), Inventor, Leadership, Master Plan, Skill Mastery (Bluff, Craft [Electronic, Mechanical], Disable Device), Speed of Thought

Powers:
Super-Strength 5 (Heavy Load: ~50 tons; 10pp)

Combat: Attack +10; Damage +12 (Unarmed); Defense +10 (+5 flat-footed); Initiative +12

Saves: Toughness +12, Fortitude +12, Reflex +8, Will +12

Abilities 92 + Skills 30 (120 ranks) + Feats 11 + Powers 10 + Combat 40 + Saves 12 – Drawbacks 0 = Total 195

Complications: Fame (leader of L.E.G.I.O.N.), Hatred (Brainiac)

 Vril Dox is a mastermind of questionable ethics but undeniable morality. Like his more famous ancestor and descendant who actually claim the Brainiac title, Vril Dox’s primary power is his intellect, though his is not quite at the level of either Brainiac or Brainiac 5. He also appears to have some measure of super-strength and durability, but he relies much more on his skills and intelligence. Vril Dox substitutes his Intelligence bonus as the relevant ability for Charisma-based skills, reflecting his skill as a master manipulator despite being somewhat of an ass.

Very good build tally, but you forget some details: The gray hulk loses much of his power in the sunlight and sometimes the involuntary transformation to banner also happens in sunlight too.

I remembered that and mentioned it in the description. However, I wanted to keep it distinct from the Sunset Hulk. I thought later on, the sunlight drawback didn't apply.

EDIT: I've now included them, anyway, but disregard them if you're using the Grey Hulk with no sunlight/full moonlight weakness.

Given that DC has actually let him hang around since the 1950's, in-continuity, wouldn't he have some degree of LS:aging?
