Till (we don’t know his real name) is a certified homocidal maniac, sociopathic and hyperactive. All we know, right now, is that at some point, some force (probably fae) gave him a magical mirror, and suggested that he use the name of the German folk hero (probably to defame the trickster hero of legend). He has given indication that he was in an aylsum at the time, although he changes the story every time he tells it.
These days, Till travels throughout Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, Switzerland and the Netherlands. He offers his services as a terrorist and assassin for hire to the highest bidder, as well as committing what seem like senseless crimes on the side. He’s not averse to making a good profit…but it’s secondary to the point.
Till is 6’0”, rail thin, probably weighs 165 lbs. He’s tightly muscled, and wears bright colors in unusual combinations: most often a tactical vest, spray painted orange, a long yellow plastic raincoat (with hood), a bright blue long sleeve shirt, and white gloves and boots. He gets angry when the boots and gloves get dirty. Like when they get blood on them…which is all the time.
Till’s hair is a different color every time you see him, and so are his eyes.
The raincoat, by the way, is reversible…the other side is dark blue, for night work.
The Mirror, which he generally carries in his left hand when in use, or in his satchel otherwise, can emit a blinding flash, any number of visual only illusions, or hide him completely from normal human sight. It always makes him slightly harder to hit, and warns him of threats. As long as he possesses it, he has perfect timing…which helps in his chosen line of work. It alos keeps him linked to the Owl.
He is also accompanied by a highly trained, possibly magical owl. He just calls it Eule, and doesn’t bother getting fancy.
