Description:
Eli Cromlich is a tall slender man. When prepared for battle he dresses in a form fitting suit of black and dark violet spiked armor, and a helm that seemingly covers his eyes entirely. He’s also never without his weapon of choice a large scythe with a pitch black blade that seems to absorb light.
Background:
Eli was born in an endless ashy void. His people were warriors, warriors who knew that it was the destiny of all realities to break down and end. When his people traveled to other dimensions they thought them madmen, or murders. But they found a home, of sorts, in a mystical city that sat at the nexus of all realities. Even there, however, they were persecuted. There was a war, and at the end Eli’s people, and the four towers of their fortress were cast into the void. It was in this void that Eli was born. His people clung to existence for years doing whatever it took to survive. When things grew most dire their Queen declared that it was the fate of all things to die, even them. Disgusted by this the captain of the Imperial Guard ordered the mages to drop the tower into the nearest dimension they could. With a great deal of effort they did, and the tower landed in Darkon.
From there Eli’s people became to Riders of the Coming Dawn. When Eli came of age he was initiated into the order and the Captain, now the War Marshal, gifted him with a suit of armor warriors used to wear to survive in the void, and a scythe with a blade made from an ancient stone that destroyed everything it touched. Eli fully embraced his people’s new home and he acts as an officer in the Riders, bringing death when and how it is required.
