That’s such an amazingly remarkably cool idea; one of the greatest ideas ever! Sadly, it can not be. I’ve plans for the Star Wars Universe, and they can’t take full form for at least another storyline. Sorry. Still, I’ll be posting Kit and Plo Koon today, and then some real unheard of characters.

Notes
Kit Fisto is probably my favorite minor Jedi. Aside from being well known for his trademark grin, Kit is famed for being in love with fellow Jedi Aayla Secura, though their relationship will not be anything more as both are dedicated to the code and the Order. Kit Fisto is a master of lightsaber form I, Shii-Cho, the Determination form. This is the simplest of all the lightsaber forms, and is very much adaptive and dependable. All Jedi are taught it as younglings and usually take up fancier forms as Padawans. However, Fisto’s extensive training in Shii-Cho has made him an impressive foe and one of the finest swordsmen in the Jedi Order, respected by master lightsaber duelists Mace Windu and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Kit’s also a master of several Force Powers, including the ability to manipulate and control water, using it to create orbs that can be defensive barriers or chucked at foes. As a Nautolan, his head tendrils can pick up pheromones humans can’t, enabling him to detect things others wouldn’t.
In combat, this grinning Jedi’s strength is his simplicity. Anakin Skywalker needs to give into his anger, Obi-wan has to stay on the defense, Windu employs Vaapad while Yoda uses Force Valor; Kit doesn’t need any of this. He’s always at his best. Flexible yet unwavering, Master Fisto is capable of fighting most any opponent even when at a disadvantage. However, this strength is a flaw as well; Kit’s too simple a fighter to play dirty; he’s not able to feint and demoralize enemies, and must overcome them with skill alone.

Though I didn't know that much about Fisto, I recall instantly liking his character in Clone Wars, and being glad he didn't get killed in that big melee.

Notes
Plo Koon is an interesting Jedi that didn’t get enough stage time in my opinion. He’s a member of the Kel Dor race, whom comes from a planet that has a unique atmosphere. As such, they must wear special masks in oxygen rich environments, as the gas is highly poisonous to them. Considered one of the Order’s most powerful warriors, Master Koon is a fine lightsaber duelist and martial artist. Though never stated, I think his lightsaber combat style is Form V: Shien/Djem So, based on various sources and his aggressive nature. As such, he’s a master of attack/defense tactics, parrying, blocking, and redirecting attacks and powering forward. Plo Koon’s talent in the Force is far from lacking, however. One of his most famed powers is Electric Judgment, an ability similar to the Sith’s Force Lightning, but unlike the Dark Side cultist, Electric Judgment users do not employ hate and malice. In fact, Plo Koon comments that he felt calm and serene when first using it. Another Force technique this Jedi Master makes use of is altering the environment to assist him, changing the temperature, creating fogs, or even calling down rain. Plo Koon is also an expert physicist and pilot.

Edit (August 3, 2009): I reduced Plo Koon to level 10 and trimmed him down 10 points.

Notes
This is Tao. You probably don’t recognize him, and for good reason. His only appearance was in one part of a Star Wars Manga by Tokyopop (for more info, click here). In summery, Tao was a Jedi Padawan that saw his master killed by Darth Vader. The boy felt such rage and blind hate that he attacked the Sith Lord, giving into the Dark Side. Intrigued by his talent, Vader kidnapped the boy, had his home world destroyed by orbital bombardment, and made him is apprentice. However, Tao could no longer use his hate and anger to the extent that Vader wanted. The would-be Sith apprentice had grown deeply attached to his new master for unknown reasons, looking up to him like a father, despite Vader’s cruelty and violent murder of all Tao held dear. Personally, I think Tao suffers from Stockholm syndrome.
Tao’s talented for a boy, though he still needs to learn. His build is based largely off Anakin Skywalker. He uses defensive-aggressive tactics, and is a great team player, best suited for aiding his beloved master in combat.

Edit (August 4, 2009): I raised Tao up to a Level 7 playable character. Oh, and I found an avatar of Tao made by someone online.

Notes
Another underdog apprentice from a Star Wars manga (found here), Iguni is the Jedi Master Mace Windu’s Padawan. He’s eager to help and is talented in the Force, though Windu has had to berate the boy for his lack of disciple. Having a strong desire to protect his fellows, Iguni has sparred for long periods with his master, slowly improving.
Earlier, I created an original character based on Iguni, but no that post is deleted (thank goodness). Anyway, just as Tao is an Anakin-lite, Iguni is a toned down Mace Windu. He’s capable in combat for a teenager, but isn’t going to be fighting any Sith Lords any time soon. He does have potential, though.

“This is the Sexy Beast, reporting in. Come in, Wyatt Earp,” Deadpool said into his commlink, pacing the roof he was on.
“Deadpool, what the hell are you talking about!?” Deadshot’s voice hissed out from the commlink.
“The name’s the Sexy Beast,” Deadpool explained, “I’m using code, Wyatt Earp. That way if anyone taps into our line, they won’t know our names; think man!”
“We’re planning on assassinating 2 heroes,” Deadshot said flatly, “If someone taps into this line, knowing our names will be the least of our problems you idiot.”
“You are no fun,” Deadpool wined. “Besides, our names are way too similar. Deadpool, Deadshot, Deadpool, Deadshot, Deadpool, Deadshot, Deadpool, Deadshot, Deadshot, Deadman, Deadshot, Deathstroke! It’s too confusing; even for an intellect as advanced as mine!”
“Thinking that a fax machine is dark magic at work isn’t what I call advanced,” Deadshot pointed out. “But if it’ll shut you up of at least five minutes, I copy, Sexy Beast.”
“No, not Sexy Beast,” Deadpool corrected, “It’s the Sexy Beast. You gotta put a little love into it, Wyatt Earp.”
“Whatever, you nimrod,” Deadshot sighed, scanning the. Why me lord, he thought. Why couldn’t you just smite be and be done with it? Why partner me with this idiot?

Deadshot makes a Notice check, getting 24. His mask’s Infavison negates the effect of cover for Stealth checks.

Movement caught Floyd’s eyes. Four figures had moved over onto a low building near a dock storage building. Had he not had an infrared feed in his mask, Deadshot wouldn’t have been able to spot them. However, there they where, body heat giving their well placed position away. “The Sexy Beast,” Deadshot said into his commlink, not one bit enthusiastic at his partner’s choice of code name, “Got some action on the fisherman’s store north-east of us. 4 heat signatures. See them?”
“Hold on a second, Wyatt Earp,” Deadpool snapped back, “I only remember being told about 2 freaks in long underwear. 4 is double that! I want my lawyer!”
“2, 4, what’s the difference?” Deadshot asked. “They’ll all go splat just the same with that new toy our employer gave you.”
“Hehehe,” Deadpool cackled evilly, walking over to a large box on the roof. He opened it up and lifted a rocket launcher that was larger then he was. “You mean this? Oh sweetheart, you and I are going to get along fine.”
“Whatever,” Deadshot said, “Just be sure everyone’s in position. We’ll just have to change the plan and move now. Got it?”
“Got it,” Deadpool confirmed, moving over the edge of the roof and taking aim. “Let’s see what kind of song I can sing with this trombone.”

Meanwhile…
Nightwing, Daredevil, Spider-Man and Starfire sat on the rooftop, scoping out the place. There was no sign of Killer Croc. “I don’t get it,” Daredevil said, “It’s already 11:00. Croc was supposed to be here by now.”
“Maybe we’ve got the wrong building?” Starfire suggested.

Spider-Man’s Danger Sense activates. He makes a Notice check of 24. He informs the others of the attack.
Everyone makes Initiative checks. Whoever gets higher then Deadpool is able to get off the building before the rocket hits.

Everyone is safe.

“It might be just me, but I think it has something to do with that,” Spider-Man said, pointing. From a building almost 600 feet away, a rocket was fired.
“Scatter!” Nightwing shouted. The team bolted; Daredevil and Spider-Man swung away while Star grabbed Nightwing and flew up into the air. The rocket hit the building and exploded in a blast of force and flames.
“I think the Birds of Passage know we’re after them,” Starfire commented, soaring towards the rocket’s origin.
“Let’s find out who they sent after us,” Nightwing said, looking for Spider-Man and Daredevil. Both where following on swing-lines, unhurt.
Up on the roof, the kickback of the rocket had sent Deadpool flying onto his back. He got up and looked at the smoldering wreckage it caused. “I shouldn’t be able to buy something like that,” he commented, pressing a button on his teleportation belt. He warped over onto another building where six men in body armor with semi-automatics waited. “Alright gentlemen, ready for some action?”

This should be good. Although Deadpool could probably take them all by himself (or at least that's what he would think).

Nice Deadman and Deathstroke references. Sure, they're actually in the same universe now and Deadpool might actually know them, but it's cool that they're there.

Steal a Star

Before Hand…
Starfire, Nightwing, Daredevil, and Spider-Man are on a 30 foot tall building. Deadshot is on a 40 foot tall building 410 feet away, armed with his sniper rifle. Deadpool is on a building 30 feet from the one the heroes are going to, along with a team of six Birds of Passage Sweepers, stated as SWAT officers, behind cover. They make Stealth checks of 25 and 16.
In the way of predictions, I’ll have to say that I think Nightwing and the crew have the edge. Minions aside, they outnumber Deadshot and Deadpool, and by the look of the builds, they should match up nicely: Daredevil’s hard to feint, Starfire’s a good ranged fighter and has a great Toughness save, Spider-Man’s well rounded, and Nightwing’s just plain good. The minions will not last long if they stay grouped together; 3 of our heroes are excellent goon sweepers. As for Team Bad Guys, they have their work cut out for them. However, with proper tactics, they can come up on top, so this fight’s far from decided.

Nightwing gets an automatic Notice check, getting 24. He sees the sweepers, but not Deadpool. Nightwing jumps over to the other building, using Acrobatics to improve his running jump. He rolls 20, and improves his jumping distance by over 25 feet! Nightwing Quick Draws sleep gas pellets and throws them at the sweepers. Nightwing catches 4 in the cloud. 2 pass both their Reflex and Fortitude saves, while another makes the Fortitude save. The last one fails his Fortitude by 5 and is exhausted.
Deadshot spends his turn taking Aim at Starfire.
The sweepers are up now. The 4 that made their saves move out of the cloud, the exhausted one taking his full turn to do so. 3 shoot at Nightwing, 1 aiding, while the remaining 2 attack Daredevil. Nightwing avoids all attacks, but Daredevil is hit once. DD fails his save by 1 and takes a level of Bruised and Injured.
DD’s next, and he gets to make a Notice check against Deadpool, failing. He swings over and attacks, taking out both Sweepers that attacked him.
Deadpool attacks DD with his submachine gun, catching him flat-footed. He hits by 5, adding +2 to the damage. Daredevil gets a total of 20 on Toughness and is Bruised and Injured a second time. Deadpool Taunts as a move action, succeeding.
Spider-Man’s up, swinging over to and attacking the exhausted sweeper with his web-balls. The sweeper’s down.
Starfire’s next, flying over 10 feet and up 20. She tries blasting Deadpool, missing.

The heroes all gathered around on the roof, looking at the discarded rocket launcher. “So I guess whoever set this up thought they got us,” Spider-Man speculated, looking around. No one was in sight.
Movement on the nearby building caught Nightwing’s eye; several men with guns. “It’s another trap!” he shouted, running forward. Taking a breath, the former boy wonder leapt into the air, spinning and soaring. He landed on the neighboring building and slid, tossing a handful of gas pellets. The pellets exploded, catching several of the men in blast. Nightwing could hear some haggled coughing, but no one fell to the ground. In fact, the most sweepers just tore right on through the cloud of gas and opened fire. Their efforts where in vain, however; Nightwing was too quick and had flipped back, avoiding gunfire. Two more sweepers moved to the edge of the building and opened fire on Daredevil, who had started moving in. Swinging up high, he brought his bully club in a wide arc coming down, knocking both men for a loop; but not before being bit on the side by a stray bullet.
As he landed, Daredevil could barely tell what was going on around him due to all the gunfire. Suddenly, a spray of gunfire caught his attention, and the man without fear tried to move out of the way, only to be caught by 2 rounds in the leg. “And the Angel of Ownage smote the Loser Devil and did the chicken dance,” Deadpool said, jiving out from the shadows. “Man, I could total start a religion.”
“Something tells me your followers wouldn’t be devout,” Spider-Man pointed out, leaping over and shooting a flurry of web-balls at one of the sweepers, hitting him 3 times in the face as the man fell to the floor.
Starfire soared into the sky and sent a starbolt at the Merc with a Mouth, who flipped out of the way. Unfortunately for her, she didn’t realize that the crosshairs of a sniper rifle was tracking her. Hundreds of feet away, Deadshot smiled. It would be such an easy shot.

Round Two:
Nightwing attacks the Sweeper closest him, hitting. The sweeper passes his Toughness.
Deadshot shoots at Starfire, Power Attacking 5. He hits, and Starfire fails her Toughness by 6 and is Bruised, Injured, and Stunned. Starfire rolls Concentration to sustain her Flight power, succeeding.
The three remaining sweepers spread out so that there’s at least 10 feet between them, preventing any Takedown Attacks. Each attacks one of the heroes on the roof. Spiderman’s hit, and rolls 1 on Toughness. He burns his Hero Point to re-roll, and passes.
Daredevil closes in on Deadpool and attacks, missing.
Deadpool Quick Draws his swords and attacks, hitting. Daredevil fails his Toughness by 8 and is Bruised and Injured a third time, along with being Stunned.
Spider-Man shoots a Snare at Deadpool, hitting; however, Deadpool makes his Reflex save and isn’t caught.
Starfire is Stunned and unable to go.

Closing in on one of the sweepers, Nightwing aimed his escrima sticks at the man’s torso, only for one strike to be blocked by the sweeper’s gun and the other to strike body armor. These men are trained and equipped to put up a fight, he thought. No way they’re thugs for hire.
The sweepers spread out so that they couldn’t be taken down all at once and took aim at different targets, firing. Spider-Man was almost hit, but luckily he was able to snap his body out of the way out of the way and sprung into the air, sending a stream of webbing at Deadpool as Daredevil leapt forward swinging his bully club. The mercenary was able to draw his twin katanas, parry the club, slash Daredevil and sent him to the floor, and cut through the webbing with time to spare. “The difference between me and other bad dudes is I make everything look good!” Wade said, twirling his blade.
Starfire was about to send another starbolt Wade’s way when something tore through her thigh. Nearly falling to the earth from pain, Koriand’r gripped her wound and looked the direction it came from. Deadshot stood up and waved, as if to invite her to come and play.

Round Three:
Nightwing moves and attacks a sweeper and drops him, using Move-by Action and closing in on a second on, burning a Hero Point to attack again, dropping this one too. He’s at 4 Hero Points.
Deadshot snipes Kory again, but this time, the princess makes her Toughness save and is unharmed.
The last sweeper, realizing this is his last stand, takes an Aggressive Stance, taking -4 to Defense and adding +2 to attack. He shoots at Spider-Man, hitting by 8, adding +4 autofire damage to the total Toughness modifier. Spider-man gets 18 on Toughness and is Bruised, Injured, and Stunned.
Daredevil saves his Hero Point and remains Stunned.
Deadpool attacks with his sword; Daredevil defends.
Spider-Man is Stunned and unable to go.
Starfire flies over to Deadshot and tries blasting him, missing. She uses Move-by Action to fly 2000 feet away (For those interested, Kory can fly about 2500 feet each round).

“Starfire!” Nightwing shouted, looking horrified.
“Don’t worry, I’ll handle it,” Starfire said, refocused herself and charged full speed, ignoring a bullet that bounced off her shoulder. Flying over Deadshot, she let loose a blast of energy, only for Deadshot to roll out of the way.
Meanwhile, Nightwing powered forward and took down one sweeper with his escrima sticks and then rushed forward and felled another.
The last one aimed at Spider-Man and let the bullets fly, not caring what happened to him. Several rounds cut through his left leg, causing him to lose focus.
Deadpool slashed down at Daredevil, only to have the man without fear block the blow. “Crispy chicken nuggets, you’re better then I thought!”

Round Four:
Nightwing takes out the last sweeper with no hassle.
Deadshot shoots at Starfire, taking -4 because of how far away she is. He hits and she rolls poorly on Toughness, using her Hero Point to re-roll. She passes this time.
Daredevil uses Acrobatics to stand as a free action, making it. He tries Acrobatic Bluffing Deadpool, beating the mercenary. He Power Attacks 2, hitting. Deadpool fails his toughness by 1 and is Bruised.
Deadpool tries Feinting with Bluff as a move action, failing. He attacks and hits. Daredevil gets 19 on Toughness and is Bruised and Injured a fourth time. Deadpool heals his Bruised condition.
Spider-Man’s next, and he uses Acrobatics to stand as a free action. Spidy moves in and attacks, missing.
Starfire flies over Deadshot and All-out/Power Attacks 3, missing again. She uses Move-by Action to fly 500 feet away.

Nightwing ran and took out the last of the sweepers as if it where clockwork.
As Starfire turned around, Deadshot aimed his sniper rifle, shooting her in the same shoulder again. However, it failed to break skin again, and Floyd had to avoid another blast.
Daredevil flipped up and slapped Wade on the jaw as Spider-Man tried to deliver a jump kick, only for his foe to duck. “Quick,” Deadpool screamed, slashing madly, “Random attack!” His blade drew more of Daredevil’s blood.

Round Five:
Nightwing attacks Deadpool, rolling 4. He spends a Hero Point to re-roll, leaving him with 3. He hits, and Deadpool passes his Toughness.
Deadshot Power Attacks 3, rolling 17 and hitting. That’s also a critical for him. Starfire rolls a 2 and has no Hero Points to re-roll. So, her total Toughness is 13 where she needed 28. She failed by 15 and is Unconscious and Dying; she makes her save to avoid death. She falls 70 feet and rolls Toughness, passing.
Daredevil tries Acrobatic Bluffing again, failing this time. He Defensive Attacks 2, missing.
Deadpool All-out Attacks 5, hitting. Daredevil fails Toughness by 3 and is Bruised and Injured a fifth time. He Taunts as move action, failing.
Spider-Man gets up as a free action using Acrobatics and swings over to the building Deadshot’s on, taking all his turn to do so.

Nightwing powered forward and attacked, striking Deadpool, who ignored the pain. Daredevil tried flipping over Deadpool and striking his head, but Wilson was able to avoid harm.
“Man, you have no idea how bad you’re doing, do ya?” Deadpool taunted, slashing Daredevil again, leaving a wide opening. “I mean, we haven’t even used a GM-Fiat or nothing, and we’re still kickin’ butt!”
Koriand’r was about to round off and go for Deadshot again when a bullet hit her between the shoulder blades. Her vision went dark as pain overcame her. As Starfire fell to the ground, Nightwing could only watch in horror. “Kory!”
“Don’t worry about her,” Spider-Man shouted, shooting his web-strand and slinging into the air, “I’ll cover her.” He swung over to Floyd. “Hey, Pinkeye! Wanna play with me?”

Round Six:
Nightwing Acrobatic Bluffs Deadpool, succeeding. He Power Attacks 5, hitting. Deadpool fails his Toughness by 9 and is Stunned and Bruised.
Deadshot goes for Spider-man, Power Attacking 2 with his wrist gun, hitting with a critical; he also hit by 8; adding +4 for a total Toughness save of 30! Spider-Man gets 21 and fails by 9. He’s Bruised and Injured a second time; along with being Stunned. Deadshot Taunts for the heck of it as a move action, failing.
DD Power Attacks 5, hitting. Deadpool fails Toughness by 2 and is Bruised a second time.
Deadpool remains Stunned, healing one of his Bruised conditions.
Spider-Man is Stunned and unable to go.

“Sure,” Deadshot shouted, tossing his sniper rifle aside and pulling back his coat sleeve. Quickly aiming with his wrist gun, Floyd let the rounds fly. Four hit Spider-Man while he was in midair. Spider-Man crashed onto the roof as Deadshot pulled his gun back and blew at the smocking barrel. “You’re even worse then the girl, you know that?”
Nightwing slid under Deadpool and slammed his escrima stick in-between the mercenary’s legs. As Deadpool’s eyes widened in pain, Daredevil slammed his bully club across his jaw.

Round Seven:
Nightwing Acrobatic Bluffs Deadpool again, catching him flat-footed. Nightwing All-out/Power Attacks 3, getting 14; Wade’s hit. Deadpool gets fails Toughness by 10 and is Staggered and Stunned.
Deadshot Power Attacks 2 with his wrist guns again, hitting by 6. Spider-Man rolls and is Injured and Bruised a third time.
Daredevil Power Attacks 5, hitting. Deadpool fails Toughness by 4 this time and is Bruised a second time
Deadpool GM-Fiats to overcome being Stunned. Nightwing gets a Hero Point. He teleports over to where Starfire fell and heals a Bruised condition, leaving him with only 1 again.
Spider-Man gets up as a free action using Acrobatics and closes on Deadpool, attacking unarmed. He rolls a natural 20. Deadpool gets 25 on Toughness, and is Bruised.

Nightwing stood up and flipped back in front of Deadpool and smashed an escrima stick into his head while DD struck an arm.
“GM-Fiating, GM-Fiating,” Deadpool managed, pressing a button on his belt and teleporting away. He reappeared next to Starfire’s unconscious form. “Just what I need, a hostage!”
Up on the other rooftop, Deadshot aimed his wrist gun at Spider-Man’s chest. “Looks like tomorrow’s paper will have a new headline: ‘Spider-Man dead; Head of Daily Bugle Throws Staff Party.’ Sounds like a best seller, no?” He fired, but Spidy was able to get up in time and move forward with only stray bullets hitting his right arm.
“But I wouldn’t be invited to the party,” Spider-Man said, punching Deadshot in the gut.

Round Eight:
Deadpool and Deadshot are ordered to make a tactical retreat, and thusly GM-Fiat to escape. Daredevil has 2 Hero Points, Spider-Man now has 1and Nightwing has 4. Deadpool heals his Staggered condition before escaping, just because he can.

Just as Deadpool was planning what to do, an order came in through his commlink. “Retreat!? But, we’re winning! I’ve even got a hot alien babe hostage! Life’s never been this fair…well maybe it was that one time when I met the Olsen Twins while on vacation in Cuba; but that’s a hole different story that kids would find boring and the author lacks the sick mind to even think up.” The voice at the other end of the commlink repeated the order, with a violent threat added. “Yes sir! Right away sir; wanna keep my friend below the belt, Sir.” He picked up Starfire, and pressed his commlink with his free hand. “Wyatt Earp, this is the Sexy Beast,” Deadpool said, “The boss-man just called, we gotta split. Do you copy?”
Up on the roof, Deadshot was locked in hand-to-hand combat with Spider-Man. “But I’m winning,” Floyd complained. Spider-Man swung at him. “You know what? To heck with it!” He pulled out a hand grenade and chucked it into the middle of the roof. It exploded, causing the building to cave in. Spider-Man shot his webbing and pulled away before losing his footing. Landing on a nearby structure, Spider-Man looked back, but Deadshot was no where in sight.
At that same moment, Nightwing and Daredevil had swung over to where Starfire had fallen. Landing, they saw Deadpool holding her in arm. “Look what I found!” he laughed, pushing a button on his belt. Nightwing dove for him. “Can I keep her? Thanks.” Deadpool teleported away just as Nightwing was a millisecond away from grabbing him.
“Kory!” Nightwing cried out, looking mad. But it was too late. She had been captured.

Aftermath:
Nightwing gets a Hero Point for his beloved Starfire being captured, giving him 5. Starfire also gets a Hero Point for the setback of being captured.

Daredevil: 2 Hero Points, 5 Bruised, 5 Injured
Deadpool: 1 Bruised
Deadshot: 1 Bruised
Nightwing: 5 Hero Points
Spider-Man: 1 Hero Point, 3 Bruised, 3 Injured
Starfire: 1 Hero Point, 1 Bruised, 1 Injured, Unconscious, Dying (Stabilized)
Sweepers: All Unconscious
I’m impressed with this fight. I didn’t think that
It seems Lady Luck has the hots for team Bad Guy. They rolled well this time around, and had control the entire time. They only retreated because their boss has bigger plans. Should he have chosen not to interfere, Nightwing and crew could have been in serious trouble. Then again, things had started to turn around just before the baddies fled; so nothing has been said in stone yet. This fight was decided largely by luck of the roll and prier planning, which is good. It means that during the rematch round it’ll be hard to predict a reliable outcome. Overall I’m pleased. Oh, and by the way, I’m having a hard time coming up with a name for Nightwing group. Anyone have an idea?
