Devices [21pp]:
Luna Moth Armor 3 [Hard to Remove]
“The Luna Moth armor, is a technical upgrade from the original. That uses vibrations from her insect wings to fly. It also creates a field to dampen any sound that emanates from her. She’s also equipped with voice mimicry technology, and heightened sensory technology. ”
- Concealment 1 [Normal Hearing]
- Flight 3
- Immunity 1 [Cold Extremes]
- Morph 2 [Flaw: Limited to voice]
- Protection 2
- Super Senses 3 [Radio, Danger Sense (hearing), Infravision]

“Her trademark weapon is the stun baton, which sends an vibration charge through the baton to stun and sicken her opponents.”

Complications: Secret (Duncan Summers is her father)

Notes:
Libra had me do a classic villain for one of his campaigns. Well I had a new idea, what if she had a daughter from Luna’s relationship with Duncan Summers. However she was ever her mother’s daughter, and took up the mantle of Luna Moth with upgrades to the original outfit.

I really like your Smallville build of Clark Kent, JD and Luna Moth II. Your originals are always great.

Thanks, i am going to do a systematical build of Clark for every season of Smallville. I have been downloading and watching every episode i can get a hold of, and updating him with every new thing i can find about him. And you can thank Libra for the Luna Moth character, i just took it one step further with what he had written about her.

As for the new Millennium City character, i decided on Lord Astral. Now i just gotta come up with his stats and background.

Everyone is good at something, and Libra isn't a Complimentor in Chief for nothing.

It probably looks pretty good on the ole' resume...

Interviewer: It says here you're last job title was Sorcerer Supreme...what all did that entail....
Dr: Strange: Fighting evil-doers, bnishing Ancient Gods back to darkest recesses of the Universe, managing my man-servant Mr. Wong-
Interviewer: Let me stop you right there....

great job as always JD...he's super powerful but not quite invincible...keep it up.

Great Dr. Strange, JD!
For my money, even though you don't do a lot of them, your comics conversions are some of the best on the Tank.

I do what ever i feel confidant in doing, and sometimes if not always it's going to be an original. However i have wanted to do Dr. Strange for awhile, and i finally just decided to do him. Granted i left Equipment, HQ, and minions off the build. So i might do a second version later. I am also limited to what i know, since i haven't read comic books in a decade. So i don't feel confidant enough to do many builds from the comics. But if there is a request just let me know.

I know how that feels. I haven't read a comic series aside from the odd mass pick up from my local library since somewhere around 1998. Anything that's newer than that has come either from wikipedia or stray info I've gotten here on the ATT.

But seriously, your builds are really well put together and thought out. Very nice work! 8)
