Once I started to stat him out, I started to think of the different "powers" that he had... The one that I enjoyed the most was "Blinding them with Awesomeness!!"

I just couldn't, in good conscious, not include it.

I just couldn't, in good conscious, not include it.


That did rock. Only one minor suggestion would be inclusion of Ultimate Effort (Toughness save). He took some pretty serious bumps in that last fight and those of us with protective layers of flab are dang hard to hurt when we put ours minds to it. :D

:arrow: I laughed out loud when I first saw the "Blinding them with my Awesomeness", so I HAD to add it. You can drop it and save 20 pts... but who would want that? :D

I was trying to figure out how the cost added up. I kept getting it at 10 pts, so I looked it up.

What was missing appears to be the area extra - without it you don't need the selective attack (getting it to 5 pts).

I apparently missed typing out the Area extra.

I edited the character and now should be fixed.

:arrow: Knightmare is a robotic A.I. construct that the Horseman now uses.

Jason realized that the psychological impact of the Horseman was a headless rider galloping towards you with a sword held high. This was the original concept that spawned the first generation of the Horseman. After reviewing the data-logs, Jason had determined that a large portion of his money, tech and space was being dumped into a system that was not being used that much. The "horse" aspect was eventually eliminated and the Horseman became simply a "headless" battlesuit.

Recently, Jason started to reconsider dropping the "horse" part of the design. The crime on the streets was growing worse and he needed the psychological edge that could impact the street-level criminals. Higher-level criminals didn't care, but the street criminals still had their superstitions.

Instead of going backwards and making a transforming battlesuit, Jason crafted a cybersteed that the Horseman could ride. The horse has a limited A.I. system and can be called when needed.

"Knightmare" as it was dubbed is a large robotic horse. At this time, the horse is merely that... a horse, but Jason has "upgrades" in mind for the unit. He just needs time to tinker with it.

I am currently looking at the Horseman and trying to figure out... "where to go from here". I have designed, what I consider, a pretty effective suit and I have even created supporting characters and such. But this brings me back to the question... "where to now?"


I have considered changing the design, or even the "mythos". Possibly moving the armor more towards the mythical forum instead of the technical. I'm not sure. :?

Over the next few weeks, I hope to post new material and maybe even re-work older characters.

One such idea was to jump the Horseman into the future... Horseman 2250 or something like that..

Check back and see what insanity is spawned... :roll:

They are super-powered and fight to protect the Kingdom. If the current protector falls, then the power is shunted to the next host. The title of "Lady" is an actual title. Whomever gains the powers is granted the title Lord or Lady by the Royal Family. They are also given command rank in the armed forces.

:arrow: Amanda is the latest to receive the powers of Britania. She gained the powers shortly after her 17th birthday. She awoke one morning to find that she had grown and was super-strong. She enjoys her new body and the attention that she has gotten since her transformation. She currently attends college, studying Psychology.

:arrow: I MUST first start by giving credit to Thorpacolypse for his Shocker and Avalanche builds. Yes... I "borrowed" the powers from both builds and merged them into Pulsar.

:arrow: I have always been a fan of the Shocker character. Actually, I think that one of the first Spiderman cartoons I saw all those years ago had him as the villian. I have liked the idea of using sonics as weapons for a long time.

:arrow: Pulsar is a hybridization. A sound manipulator that can use super and sub sonic sounds to create a myriad of effects. I see him as a little bit of a con man and a little bit of a street brawler. He likes to smash things and if he can make some money in the process..... all the better!
