Back Story: Arthur Joseph Curry is the young man that is carrying on the legacy of Orin, the origional Aquaman. He isn't naturally gifted like his predecessor, but he does have many of the same traits, due to genetic mutation. He was, at one time early in his career, traveling with the mysterious "Dweller of the Depths" (actually Orin, the origional Aquaman, gifted powerful magics at the cost of his memory and humanity), and the powerful sea beast, King Shark, once an enemy of the origional Aquaman. Bearing armor very similar to the origional Aquaman's, and the fabled "Sword of Atlantis", Arthur Joseph Curry is determined to carry on his predessor's amazing legacy

**WOW...I have to say that I an really liking the new look and attitude of this Aquaman...no more "sea-angst"...lot more "sea-born warrior". They decided to push the book into a much more "sword and sorcery" style...and succeeded in my opinion, as we see this young warrior traveling with a mysterious old magician and a super strong sea beast. Most Impressive.

This Aquaman is toned down from his previous incarnations. He isn't a strong, or as fast under water....no insane reflexes...and gone, currently, are the days of tea and crumpets with squids and clownfish. He does share many things with the Origional Aquaman's "Golden age": he has problems if he spended extended time out of water (though he has been able to use his enhanced senses on the surface), the swimming speed, immunities, strength, and ability to resist damage and the usual consequences of deep sea diving.

there are a couple things that seperate A.J. Curry from Orin: He is adventuring with a sword and armor, as well as the powerful King Shark. He also has a empathic connection with all sea life, instead of a flat out telepathic connection. He cannot talk to sea-life, though he can send and receive emotional urges, like a need for help. He is also able to channel his senses through his empathic link, being able to "see" or "hear" through the senses of another animal.

He is also a much better natural fighter, though he is still getting his full bearings. King Shark and he already faced off against Superman and Batman underwater, and came to a standstill. So, I gave him a nice set of skills that would represent a rather gifted swordfighter, and I can see this Aquaman being just that. Not much fencing with this man of the sea, as I envision his fighting much like that of a medieval fighter with a long sword...strong, fast hacking motions rather then poke....poke....swish...poke...

While I am sorry to see origional characters go...I think it was time for "Orin the one handed" to take a nice long rest...again.

It's not the "servant of Apocalypse" that makes me angry...it's the pink racing stripes!!!

The container here is what Warren has in ANY of his incarnations.

This represents the hollow bone structure that Warren possesses. It isn't enough to lift him off the ground...but it helps with take-offs, landings, etc.

Skills: Acrobatics 10; Intimidate 12; Knowledge (business) 12; Knowledge (Apocalypse) 10; Notice 10; Pilot 12; Sense Motive 12; Survival 10

Drawbacks: Weakness: Mental (Moderate)

Complications: Enemies (Apocalypse); Mentally Unstable; Phobia (becoming a horseman again); Apathetic.

Back Story: Warren Worthington III is probally one of the most visually changed characters on the X-men team. He was the flyboy rich kid when he was an origional member, then suffered a terrible loss when his wings were injured and amputated by the Maruaders. He was then found and "re-contrstucted" by the immortal and awe-inspiring villian Apocalypse. Given metal wings and a new name, Warren turned into Death, the most powerful of Apocalypse's Horsemen. During his fight with the X-force, he was tricked into thinking he killed long time friend and team-mate Bobby Drake (Ice man). The shock brought him out of Apocalypse's influence, and he turned and fought his former master. They came to a standstill, neither able to over-power the other.
Warren then returned to his former team-mates, taking the name Archangel.

**ok...so this is actually my FAVORITE version of Archangel, the post Horseman, Pre-"OMG..I have my feathers back" version. I don't like the "super healing" Angel, nor the "blue skinned, feathered" version. He actually was a pain to build, first because I never really did an ORIGIONAL container, and I didn't know how to really prepresent his "Aggression Wings" form, which I will explain later.

The Techno-Organic Wing Array doesn't get powerloss like any other winged incarnation of Warren, simply because they collapse into a small structure on his back, and are RAZOR sharp in the first place...I've never seen anyone even try to touch his wings till Sabertooth ripped them.

His shield in the array shows that he can protect up to 4 other people with his wings. They kinda spread over everyone and himself like a LARGE shield. It
had the ability to take his Def WAY over the caps, or it would if I didn't give a toughness-def cap trade when he uses his shield, which I do give.

His Stike came up as EXPENSIVE, considering. He has Split Atk and thrown as power feets, able to shoot out his "feathers" with a flick of his wings. Stick that with Penetrating, at full ranks, and an OPTIONAL link to Paralyze, it comes out to 3 pp a rank, and another 3 on top..making his 6 ranks of strike 18 pps. Add in the optional linking of Paralyze, to rep his neuro toxins, and the WHOLE thing comes out as 33 pps. What really makes the Strike deadly, specially when throwing them, is that he gets a +4 to his ATK from Atk Specl, and he has two ranks of Improved Crit for the thrown Strike as well.

His blast is Bio Electric, meaning that it runs off his own body. It doesn't tire him, but it WILL bypass such things that give immunity to normal electricty, which is where it really shines.

The "Aggression Wings" container was tricky as hell. There are times that Archangels wings would take a "physical manifestation" if you will, of his inner agrression, and become this WILD array of multiple wings, anywhere from jsut another set, to like 22 seperate pairs, each pair a different shape and size. It's crazy really, but makes him look simpley impressive!!! He has to fail a DC 20 will save, and if he does, he has no control over the form or how wild the form looks. when it happens, he gets a fearsome Presence boost, giving him a full 5 ranks of Fearsome Presence (I've seen Apocalypse take a step back in awe when Archangel takes this form), as well as a boost to his blast. I've never veiwed him using his Thrown Strike in this form, but I have seen him weild his feathers like hand held swords in this form.

Warren, in no matter what incarnation, has a physiology mush akin to that of a bird, which is explined in the Avian Structure Container. He was born with this. It didn't develop...he was born with his mutations.

Archangels complications will effect his in-game ability to be played. He is still angry at Apocalypse, and they consider each other arch enemies. He is mentally unstable, at times taking no action against a foe, and at other times going flat out psychotic, coming close to killing a few foes. He is afraid of subcoming to Apocalypse's will again and re-joining the horsemen. He is also apathetic as Archangel, caring little for "public safety" or "collateral damage".

he actually came in under what I thought he would...either I missed something...or I am simply becoming a better builder!!! I am considering doing Caliban as Death soon as well

Drawbacks: Normal Id:Teth Adam{fail Ref save from Magical Lightening}, Powerloss:Blast{unable to speak}, Weakness:Significant Magic{Magical Damage effect of DC 15 or higher}

Complications: Honor{personal Code}; Temper; Hatred{interferance}

Back Story:In ancient Egypt, Teth Adam was granted immense power by the wizard Shazam, but instead of being able to draw upon the power of Shazam, he instead was able to draw upon the powers of six Egyptian deities. Gifted with such immense power, he served as the pharoahs personal guard for many years. However, tragedy struck when marauders killed Teth Adam's family. He lost himself into immense rage, and laid waste to the entire town the maruaders were from.
Shazam, sensing the immense rage and hatred within Teth Adam, sealed his powers away in a magical artifact and buried the artifact and Teth's body in one of the Great Pyramids of Egypt.
Fast forward to the 20th centuary, where modern day theif and murder, Theo Adam, finds the scarab, and being a descendant of Teth Adam's, he called out the ancient name of the wizard, and was transformed into the "Avenging Marvel", Black Adam!
For a time, after learning to set his rage aside, Black Adam soon became leader of his anscestrial home, Kandhaq. He also fell in love with a lovely woman, and granting her the powere of the goddess Isis, she became his queen. He even adopted her crippled brother, grnating him the power to transform into Osiris.
Life was good...but somethings are never left alone...and plans of subterfuge and malice came into play as Black Adam expierianced the death of his loved ones at the hands of the super androids, the Four Horsemen. Black Adam went into a terriable rage, killing all of the horsemen, as well as everyone in the country that they fled too.
He then went on a hunt: he was going to destroy the people that killed his family, and he would let nothing stop him. The entire combined forces of the JLA and the JSA were unable to stop Black Adam from seeking vengance, Until Captian Marvel, now the Master of Magic, forced Adam to change forms, and the changed his magical word.

Black Adam would eventually go on a long quest to find himself, both as a person and as a powerful being. Re-discovering his powers, he tried to resurrect Isis, but was unable to do so successfully. In the end, Black Adam would bequeth his awesome abilities to Mary Marvel, turning her into Black Mary.

**...yep...Black Adam is NOT someone you want to run into. Not only does he possess powers comparable to Superman and Captian Marvel, he has been known to take on entire teams of heros and leave them laid out. I think it's his rage that does this, as well as him using extra effort to raise his str levels.

My Black Adam is post-52, pre-Black Mary...just after he regained the powers that Isis has. So, he gets Telekinesis and the whole string of Enviromental control pwoers from her, as Isis was able to control the very fabric of the nature around her.
the a 13 on his toughness, 11 of that being Impervious, there isn't goint to be much that hurts Adam, specially physcially.

He is a lover of melee combat, loving to get into the rough and tumble of any battle and laying foes out flat left and right.

so..the big question is...who wins in a grappling match..Superman or Black Adam. thats easy...Superman..cuz he has a 46 on his grapple checks. Black Adam is not far behind, with a 43...add in Black Adam's Rage feat and that takes him to 47...just one over the Man of steel. Then..of course...the man of steel can UP him by using his Str boost from Absorption....so it's one of those back and forth kinda deals really.

Back Story: *straight from the DC database*

Lori Zechlin's mother committed suicide in shame over her addiction to drugs.
Lori was the one who found her body. That night, she discovered her power:
the ability to steal the powers of any magic-user she chose.

Black Alice first appeared as one-shot character in Birds of Prey.
The Birds of Prey traveling the country stopped Black Alice from destroying a shopping mall in a jealous rage.
She felt abandoned by both her friends and family and lost control of her powers.
The Birds of Prey sent the teenager to live and be trained by Dr. Fate.
The next time she was seen, she was helping the Shadowpact in their battle against the Spectre during Day of Vengeance.

Lori is able to steal the powers of any magic-user she chooses, regardless of where her target may be.
She also gains the knowledge of how to activate the powers along with them.

The original user cannot use their powers so long as Lori has them.
She can only borrow the powers for a short time before they revert back to their original wielder.

Lori can take more than one person's powers at a time.
She is able to borrow someone's powers as many times as she likes.

When Lori steals someone's powers, her clothes become a hybrid of her own and her target's
(e.g., when she steals the powers of Shazam, her clothes become a Goth version of the Captain Marvel costume).

Lori's power works regardless of the source of her victim's abilities, so long as they are magic-based.
She has been seen to steal the powers of Doctor Fate, Zatanna, Shazam, and the Spectre, among others.

**WOW....here is the "one-trick pony" from hell!!!! I thought this build was gonan be easy, but considering that
she can mimic the FULL abilities of ANY magic user/entity, and even mimic two targets at once, makes her EXPENSIVE.

Basically, if your magic...if your clothes are magic...if you have ANYTHING with the word "Magic" in it's descriptor,
this little goth chick will take it from you...no matter where you are....or who you are.
I gave her a 15 rank mimic because that SHOULD cover the average mafor spell casters in the DCU without jumping into the
"Omega-user" area: Spectre, Phantom Stranger, etc. She would be able to mimic them with Extra effort though, I would imagine.

Her Mimic has some nice extras on it: she gets the extra subject, stacking, and it goes from Touch to Perception. She
unfortunately get the Tainted Flaw, because if she gets all the good stuff...she would come with the bad as well.
She gets Total Fade and Fades at the same time...it works for her....as well as the Affects Insubstantial: Deadman can
get effected, as well as SPectre in his ghost form.

Her Nullify and her Mimic are linked, because I see her using a sustained, perception Nulligy on her opponents, not a drain.
This means that, until the Total Fade takes place, they don't ahve their powers.

She gets Extended Magical and Divine Awareness to explin how she was able ot "locate" and mimic/drain the powers of Alan Scott
whiel she was in a prison...and he was out in space!!!

She has few skills or Feats, but she makes the most of her pwoer....or rather...other ppls powers...then she would any acutaly skill or feat.

Back Story: Dinah Laurel Lance is the second woman to take up the mantle of the Black Canary, the first one being her mother. A talented martial artists and covert Op, Dinah is also gifted with a metahuman ability, her "Canary Cry": a shockwave of pure sonics that will have most villians clutching their ears, if not passed out. She has been able to harness this ability to a degree where she can mimic any sound she hears, and has developed a few other abilities because of that.
If her own abilities weren't enough, she is married to one of the JLA's founding members and a bonafide hero, the Green Arrow. Together, they are a duo that puts many villians on edge.

**Black Canary was very simple...and thats something I been working on getting back to before I get to Superman and Wonder Woman. She is a very good martial artist, though I think that Ollie and Connor have her beat in skills, but not agility. She is also the only official "metahuman" member of the "Arrow Family".
The only thing that I added to her, that I haven't seen in other builds, is her mimic ability. She can mimic any sound she hears, and apply that to her Canary Cry.

Complications: Honor{personal Code}; Temper;

Back Story:Mary Baston, after the loss of her origional pwoers, was granted the powers of Black Adam by none other than Adam himself. The powers corrupted her, driving her into periodical rages. She eventuially lashed out at friends, enemies, and everyone around her. She has been given her old pwoers back, though modified. It seems as if the power of Black Adam is lost forever.

** As much as I hated to see Black Adam go....giving his powers to Mary Marvel, who lost her's during battle WITH Black Adam, seemed fitting...plus who are we kidding...she looked hot in her new little black dress.

She comes close to being the physical powerhouse that Black Adam was, but because of her inexperiance, and not too sure how to use the powers correctly, She looses out on feats and skills that Adam has had for a lONG time. Also, her atk and defense is lower, making it REALLY bad, because "Black Mary" loves to sacrifice her defense for atk power.

I gave her the Variable power, with a magic descriptor, and gave it the full pwoer Drawback as well as the uncontrollable flaw. Black Mary has a bad habit of lashing out with her magic and it having insane effects that she can never tell what will happen. This said, it is extremely dangerous @ 20 ranks.

Back Story: James Bond is the highly charismatic, highly skilled British superspy that we all adore. Tough, intelligent, and brash, Bond is what many of us thought the spy world was when we were growing up: fast cars, hot women, exotic locals, and neat gadgets.

**As you will notice...the only real "gadget" that This build can even be attributed with is his Car with the hidden compartments. I built this Bond off his "Casino Royale" incarnation, which basically world trots with a cellphone, a gun, and a lot of on-the-fly skill and feat use. To flush him out a LITTLE more, I did give him a camera and a multi-tool. He isn't the fastest, the strongest, or even the smartest...but what James has against his opponent is the ability to NOT rely on just one of his gifts, but use many of them together in multiple combinations.
I gave him decent interaction skills and feats, making Bond the smooth talker that he is. Wheither it be a deadly terrorist, a scorching exotic woman, or even having to face the wrath of M herself, Bond always has a sharp tongue that will either make his opponent think twice, or goad someone into making a mistake.

Back Story: Bruce Banner...a brilliant man with a terrible secret. He was the leading scientist in the development of the incredibally powerful Gamma Bomb. During the first field test of the GB, Banner ran out onto the test site to save teenager Rick Jones from the deadly blast of the Gamma Bomb. Banner was bombarded with incredable amounts of Gamma Radiation....and it effected him down to a cellular level. Banner was mutated into the massive behemoth that world has come to know as THE INCREDIABLE HULK!!!!.
Banner became a man on the run...running from the military (who wanted to use him as a weapon)...running from his "past life" (so not to endanger those he loved)..but most of all...trying to run from the monster that lay within him.
In times of great stress, Banner is transformed into the Hulk, a being of incredable strength and ability that has, at times, seemed unstoppable. Banner has also knoticed that, from time to time, the monster itself will have different forms: a strong, somewhat intelligent grayish form; a green form with unknown limits of strength durability, and regeneration; and a form that combines the power of the monster with all the intelligence of Banner himself. These forms seem to come and go as they please, though some theorize that they revolve around deep psycological problems within Banner himself.

Savage Hulk

Grey Hulk

**ONLY I am insane enough to create Bruce Banner, the human form of the Hulk, as a PL 13 character....and now I will explain how...and why.

First off...if you believe Banner to be without powers of his own...you are mistaken. He does have powers that stem from the Monster itself...he just uses them only in extreme cases. Banner has been documented being able to call upon portions of the Hulks Str and durability from time to time, as well as having the creatures immunities to disease & poison. He also is immune to the effects of any further exposure to Gamma Radiation, as well as being able to hold off effects of starvation, aging, and mental effects.

Banner is also EXCEPTIONALLY quick minded, able to come up with solutions to problems with insane quickness. He can defuse a Nuclear device of someone else's making in a matter of a few minutes.

Banner has also exhibited the ability, through deep concentration, to put himself into the Inner Astral Plane, and converse with fugures such as Dr. Strange from miles and miles away. He has also battled dangerous mental variations of the Hulk upon the Inner Astral Plane.

This version of Bruce Banner is also a version that I see being on the run for a long time, so I gave him appropriate feats and skills.

Banner get the Benefit of Alt Identity because he has created entire persona's for himself, including official looking ID's, birth certificates, medical records, tax documents, etc. If he can't create it for himself, Bruce can use his Connected feat to get the job done.

Bruce gets 2 ranks of Endurance from having to survive in the wild while traveling cross-country and hiding from authorities. Because of this, Bruce also gets three ranks of Equipment, as he is not a stupid man and will have ways to contact certian people and get through many different situations with his multi-tool and Jack of all Trades feat.

Quick change is there to show that Bruce is VERY quick at changing clothes to quickly escape detection, as a quick change in clothes and a swift shave can make you look like a different person.

Bruce has pretty much every skill needed to survive the wild and his long treks across the country, as well as his High set of knowledge skills, as he is considered an expert in several fields, and holds a PhD in Nuclear Physics (he still holds a college test score in Nuclear Physics thats not been surpassed by anyone).

.....and for those skeptics on my theory of Bruce being a Metamorph character (to transform into the Hulk)...If you can create a PL 10 Hulk...PL 13 isn't that hard at all...and that build will be up soon enough...probably sometime next week.

I'm not a master. I'm a student-master, meaning that I have the knowledge of a master and the expertise of a master, but I'm still learning. So I'm a student-master. I don't believe in the word 'master.' I consider the master as such when they close the casket.

Back Story: It's Bruce Lee. Besides being the worlds greatest Martial artist, which is more then evident, Bruce Lee was a philosopher, Teacher, and the creator of Jeet Kun Do. IF you've seen any of the Bruce Lee's Movies, then you know that he is the greatest. For those that don't know, here is a small list of certified facts about Bruce Lee
-Lee's striking speed from three feet with his hands down by his side reached five hundredths of a second.
-Lee could spring a 235 lb (107 kg) opponent 15 feet (4.6 metres) away with a 1 inch punch.
-Lee's combat movements were at times too fast to be captured on film at 24fps, so many scenes were shot in 32fps to put Lee in slow motion. Normally martial arts films are sped up.
-In a speed demonstration, Lee could snatch a dime off a person's open palm before they could close it, and leave a penny behind.
-Lee could perform push ups using only his thumbs
-Lee would hold an elevated v-sit position for 30 minutes or longer.
-Lee could throw grains of rice up into the air and then catch them in mid-flight using chopsticks.
-Lee performed one-hand push-ups using only the thumb and index finger
-From a standing position, Lee could hold a 125 lb (57 kg) barbell straight out.
-Lee could break wooden boards 6 inches (15 cm) thick.
-Lee could cause a 300-lb (136 kg) bag to fly towards and thump the ceiling with a side kick.
-In a move that has been dubbed "Dragon Flag", Lee could perform leg lifts with only his shoulder blades resting on the edge of a bench and suspend his legs and torso perfectly horizontal midair.
-Lee could thrust his fingers through unopened steel cans of Coca-Cola, at a time before cans were made of the softer aluminum metal.

**Bruce wasn't terribally hard, but I am surprised at the fact he came out as a PL 11. However, considering some of the things he could do, I consider it about right.

His One-Inch Punch is a signature move, and no-one has been able to duplicate the amount of force that Lee was able to put behind it. The one inch punch is a simple manuver. Your fist is one inch away from your opponent, and then you strike without retracting your fist in any way. Bruce was able to send ppl flying backwards with this strike, like 15 feet away...crazy ability.

Bruce has a half ton of feats, but then again, the man was a master of 3 seperate martial arts...and CREATED one of them. His fighting prowess is beyond anything the human world has seen again. Not even Jackie Chan, Jet Li, or Chuck Norris has been able to pull off the simple power and speed that Bruce had.[/quote]

Strike: Claws (6 ranks; Extra: Autofire, Penetrating; PF: Mighty)
--AP: Strike: Bite (11 ranks; Extras: Penetrating; Flaws: Requires Grapple; PF: Mighty)

Skills: Acrobatics 11; Climb 9; Intimidate 9; Knowledge (Arcane rituals) 6; Knowledge (archeology) 11; Notice 9; Profession (Archeologist) 11; Stealth 12; Survival 10

Back Story: Dr. Barbara Minerva was an archeologist seeking fame and fortune in the hidden wilds of Africa when she was put into a position to gain amazing power and immortality. While witnessing a ritual that would turn anyone into a "cheetah god", the village where the ritual was taking place was attacked. She found herself holed up with the priest that was performing the ritual, and demanded that he perform the ritual on her. After making the nessecary arraingments, Minerva found herself transformed into the powerful feline killer known as The Cheetah.
This power came with a terriable cost: she could only transform into the cheetah at the cost of her human form being weak and old. It wasn't until much later, in a deal with the sorceress Circe, that she was forever transformed into the "Cheetah God".

**Cheetah is a nice, neat, clean build. She runs fast, matching Wonder Woman in running speed, is much more agile then Diana, and is really good at rapid attacks, as Move-by action and Autofire on her strike show. She has two strikes: her claws, which are weaker, but much faster, and her Bite, which is harder to pull off, but much stronger.

Longevity is her decreased aging process turned into a feat...as it was only goint to be a Rank of Immunity, but half a point for it being partial...so I just turned it into a feat...as there are a lot of 1 pnt powers that cane be turned into feats: Fearless, Lighting Calculator, etc, etc.

A nice "Godfallen" twist on this build is her Concealment, which comes from the fact of her coloration and spots. All of the big cats in the while have "hunters Camo"...lions look like golden grass...tigers look like stripes of sunlight....leapords look like sun shining through trees...and cheetahs have a similar pattern, but with smaller spots to look like dappled grass. I made it blending and passive, just like a cheetah's would.

her rage only gives her a +6 to str and a +3 to fort and will saves, because 3 ranks of that extend the length of her rage...so she gets a power defense at the cost of a higher melee atk. It will leave her exhausted for a while after, but it is the best way to represent her "beserker rage".

so..how does Cheetah match Diana in combat...and why did I pick her? Cheetah is a vicious killer...a crooked mind inside a magically enhanced anthro body. She has a fighting ferocity and heightened senses that give her a hunters edge over Diana, even if Diana is stronger. She isn't the kind to go blow for blow with Diana, but she will make alot of "move-by-actions" to attack, and her agility, dodge focus, Acrobatic bluff, Uncanny dodge, ultimate save, and defensive Roll will help her dodge some of the blows that Diana is throwing. Her stealth, conealment, and Sneak atk will help her get the best of "first strike options" on Wonder Woman as well.

Back Story: Slade Wilson is the worlds more dangerous assassin for hire: Deathstroke the Terminator. He has had a long legacy of pain, sorrow, and rage. Father to Joseph Wilson (Jericho) and Rose Wilson (Ravager), Slade is a genetically enhanced soldier for hire that has the remarakble ability to use 90% of his brain. This enables him to calculate the outcome of every possible movement of his opponents with lighting quickness and remarkable accuracy.
He has been an enemy of the Teen Titans for a long time, as well as going up against the Justice League and the Justice Society several times, enough to be the founding member of several groups of super villians.
He is also considered to be the worlds best tactiction and warfare strategist.

**Deathstroke is another very simple villian to do. Think Captian American gone wrong, then add in the fact that he can anticipate pretty much extactly what your going to do in battle.

I was thinking of giving him the disablilty of only having one eye, but since his senses are so refined, and it doesn't seem to hamper him in anyway....despite the time Green Arrow stabbed him in the good eye with an arrow....I tossed that idea out the door.

Deathstroke is CONSTANTLY running Masterplan and Assessment through out the battle, as well as lightening Calculator.

He is actually more of a defensive stlye character then offensive. He isn't the type to sneak along shadows till he gets to you...he is a very in your face kinda guy, but he will most often wait for you to move first, becuase it kinda then "sets off" the whole assessment deal.

Ellis from Hunter-Killer

Ellis from Hunter-Killer
Image
What else are you to do when the world needs you? Ignore the call?

PL: 11
PP: 180

Abilities: Str 15; Dex 16; Con 15; Int 16; Wis 17; Cha 15

Saves: Tough 2 (+4 from Tacile suit); Fort 2; Ref 3; Will 3

Atk: 4 (6 rnged)
Def: 18
Ini: 3

Feats: Accurate Atk; Assessment; Attractive (1 rank); Atk Focus (2 ranks; rnged); Beginners Luck; Benefit: Security Clearance (2 ranks; HK); Connected; Dodge Focus (2 ranks); Elusive Target; Equipment (3 ranks); Jack of all Trades; Luck (2 ranks); Move-by action; Seize Ini;

Powers: Mimic: All Powers (14 ranks; Extras: Extra Subject x3, Perception, Re-action; Flaws: Limited {Ultra Sapien DNA}, Tainted)

Skills: Diplomancy 5; Notice 5; Search 4; Sense Motive 6;

Equipment: Tactile Suit (4 rank, +4 toughness)
Blaster Pistol (10 EP)

Drawbacks: Full Power (Mimic -1)

Complication: Hunted (Ultra Sapien Catalog)
Secret ("The Catalog")
Rivalry (Wolf)

Back Story: Ellis is the MAIN character of the Hunter-Killer story. He is an Ultra Sapien with the ability to instantly mimic the powers of other Ultra Sapiens around him, gaining their powers, immunities, etc. He is considered to the the key to being able to create the ultimate being, as his altered genetics bear the code to unlocking whatever Ultra Sapien one would desire.
His oft rival is Rogue Hunter Killer Wolf, the bloodthirsty anti-hero of the story. He often tags up with either WOlf, or Agent Samantha Argent, a Hunter Killer herself.

**Ellis is a surprising character in the series. He has the mannerisms of a somewhat naive farmboy, but will kick your arse should you not be expecting it. His Power is what really makes Ellis a powerhouse, as he instantly mimics whatever powers of other Ultra Sapiens, and gains immunity to those powers in the porcess. It is of a percieved range, and it happens automatically, so thats re-action. It's an expensive mimic, thats for sure, coming out at 98 pp's.
He isn't a skilled fighter, as this build represents him as he would be in issues 1-10 of Hunter-Killer. He caries a gun, as is ok at it, but no marksman, thats for sure. He is handsome, but not enough to use it in a proper bluff. The only thing he is really good at is catching you off guard with his Seize Ini. Within the first 2 comics that your are introduced to Ellis in, he gets the jump on both Argent, an expierianced Agent, and the driver.

Not too shabby of a build, I must say.

p.s. points at EF and laughs quickly.....HAHA ...BEAT YOU TOO HIM....

however...I am VERY interested in seeing your Argent build.

Equipment
Costume Storage Ring (Quick Change), Costume (Protection 4)

Top Speed: 100,000,000+ mph (...I gave up calculating after 100 million mph...)

Back Story: Barry Allen is often considered the greatest Flash ever to live...not the fastest...but the greatest. The product of a freak chemical accident, Barry Allen received lightning quick reflexes and super-human speeds that can easy out-perform many of the greatest heros Earth has...and by pushing himself, Barry is can out-run even Superman's top speeds. What keeps Barry from constantly Pushing himself?...because every time he does, he comes closer and closer to becoming one with the mystical energy stream that gives every speedster their abilities: The Speed Force. Barry has already become ne with the Speed Force and returned...faster then ever...but it's not something he cares to relive again.

**I went a slightly different way with the Flash, the speedster that EVERY other speedster in comic history is measured against.

I gave him the seperate Speed and Quickness that seem so very common here, but also gave him a flawed Superspeed. Reason being is that, while thinking it over, I can see Barry hitting nice top speeds with a 15 rank in Speed, and having almsot insane reflexes with a 15 Quickness...but I also wanted to represent the ability to push himself to those insane limits where he risks his life to stop a villian....the limits that happen when he is outrunning the Black Racer to catch a time-traveling bullet. Pushing himself to those limits, however, have negative effects to his physical well being. I gave the Superspeed the Tiring Extra...pretty much making Barry use Extra Effort to really break the bar. There is also the side effect of possibably being absorbed into the Speed Force. It doesn't mean he is dead....it just means that he might be gone for a while. A successful Will save..probably DC 20 or 25 will negate that...and Barry has done it a couple times...so I gave him a base will save of 7 to help him out.

He has Temporal Supermovement and Insubstantial attached to his Superspeed, but I didn't give him the 100 insbustantial. See...even while vibrating at high speeds, super dense alloys and forcefields have been known to stop him, so instead, I gave him rank 3, which is Coherant Energy..it fits much better descriptive wise. Also...pushing the limit and running through time....thats a Superspeed (speed Force) thing if I ever heard one. Also..his Speed has the Share Speed Extra from Superspeed...because I wanted to show that few other beings, unless your a speedster, can survive the speed that the Flash can reall push himself too.

I dumped deflect and strike under his Quickness...because it seems that they jsut fit better there.

What you DON'T want barry to do to you is couple his All-out atk, power atk, and rapid atk together...because he will REALLY put the hurt on you worse then most..specially since I raised his Criticals for Rapid atk, and gave him a +4 to it with Atk Spcl...and if he is running..it's worse..cuz he can grab another +2 to attack with Favored Evniroment....

I gave him the Nullify Movement...making it a reflex to see if you can out-move the flash....not likely...and i also made it where he can only nullify the kinetic movements...so no.. the Flash can't nullify your teleport...but he can REALLY steal your speed...and he can steal it for a while..because i gave it slow fade as well.

you will also notice that the Flash has a 16 str...which is a little higher then most would like...but the Flash also possesses a much more amped muscle structure then anyone else, besides other speedsters...so his muscles are more developed then what they would be without his powers.

This Flash is built to do what Barry does best...run fast...hit hard while running fast....and push limits of speed that would make Superman nauseated...

Back Story: The Forerunners are genetically created warriors that were initially used to serve the Monitors as their personal warriors. They are origionally "inhabitants" of War World, but this ended when a young Forerunner by the name of Viza Aziv was warned about an incoming battle fleet. She defeated the fleet single handedly, marking her 400th kill. She was then approached by a Monitor, and became his personal intrument of "rightous" death.

She would later be abandoned by that same monitor, on her failure to kill "reality Anomalies" Jason Todd and Donna Troy. In her disgrace, she cursed the monitors, and would later be approached by the inter-dimensional warlord, Monarch. He made her his General, and assigned her to lead his attack force, also teaching them the unique fighting style of the Forerunner society.

**I just recently found out about this character...but I think she is hell on wheels!!! She's got that whole elven warrior/ alien female thing going on..and thats HOT.

The few things I added, that I have somewhat noticed but the Database Project has not put in, is that the Forerunners have the ability to detect and track "reality anomalies" through a kind of mental sense. Also...I think anyone with long elven ears should get the hyper hearing I basically gave her.

I gave her the kind of feats that would allow her to attack fast and hard, kinda like a one woman strike team. Fast Overrun, Improve Critical, Move-by action, Power atk, and Takedown atk are all to represent her specialized fighting style. Speed, plus hitting you hard with Power atk, which her strike has Autofire...so it's gonna feel like a jackhammer against you.

Back Story: Gorilla Grodd is not a unique specimen, considering that he is the ruler of a city full of highly intelligent Gorillas. He is, however, unique in the fact that he is hungry for world domination and is a viscious killer. He is somewhat obsessed with exterminating the human race, which is shown by his habit of EATING his human victims...raw.
Possessing power psychic abilities, as well as physical abilities beyond that of any known primate (he can lift a subway car), Grodd is among the most dangerous masterminds to ever be concieved, not only for his intellect, but because of his amazing strength, brutal nature, and bizzare powers.

**so...again...here we have another villian getting the GF touch, the powerful and intelligent Gorilla Grodd.

I was kinda lax in doing Gorilla Grodd, simply because I thought he wasn't much more then a mind-controlling ape...and that really doesn't appeal to me. I then discovered that he has some CRAZY abilities. He can move his conciousness to another form, usually human, and then use his morph ability to "de-evolve" that body into a Gorilla-like form, giving him access to his more powerful physical abilities.

I gave him Slowfall and Swinging, because Gorillas CAN swing through trees with relative ease, and I can see Grodd moving rather easily through a cityscape using the "lines and poles" method of Swinging...which also gives him the Slowfall ability.

his collective lifting strength (52) gives him a semi-truck and street car as a heavy load, which is about right, as I have seen images of Grodd with a Concrete mixer truck over his head.

Grodd has a rather nice line-up of interaction skills/feats: Distract, Fascinate, Leadership, Taunt, BLuff, Diplomancy, Intimidate, & Sense Motive. All this helps Grodd control/ gain control of the masses that are Gorilla City.

Lots of ppl have forsaken giving Grodd any kind of acrobatic skills/ feats...but the fact is that gorillas are exceptionally nimble and agile, so my Grodd has a 10 on his acrobatics, and a nice score of 11 for his ini. Grodd is fast, as well...hitting about 40 mph in an all out run, enough to catch a horse.

Of all the masterminds, I have to say that Grodd really had me shocked. I knew he was vicous...but
