Wow. Just wow. I don't know what's more impressive, the fact that birthdays correspond with levels (which is funny, cause my age right now is the cap for several popular systems of roleplaying) or the use of the Simspons pop rocks/buzz cola grenade clip.

oh no, your work isn't done, like i said, i'm the me from the end. i just hitched a ride back here on the DeLorean in order to kep my thread afloat ecause mantis was well, lacking in what it takes to keep a thread afloat (clearly he wasn't used to ranting as much as he did).

:arrow: Protagonist of the PS3 game InFamous, Cole was just your average bike messenger until he found out his latest delivery was a peice of mad science that blew up half of Empire city and left him with superpowers. Now with the city a quarantined no man's land and the surviving cops too dead, weak or scared to fight the heavily armed gangs, Cole now has a choice. to use his powers for good and help undo the damage he unleashed, or embrace his powers and take over.

:arrow: Either way, Cole makes a good addition to your game, either as a would be hero on the run for a crime he never comitted, or an aspiring supervillain. either way, man has a voice like a chain-smoking gravel pit, so first impressions might not go over well.

:arrow: Mechanicly, this build reps cole about halfway through the game, with most of his signature powers unlocked. my only disappointment was that i couldn't quite figure out how to model how he has to keep soaking up the juice from local souces, such as electric generators and car batteries. i did however kludge him a means to heal himself along smilar lines, so he can still fix himself up by jamming a fork in a light socket.

:arrow: now, if you do want him to need a regular refill to his powers, you'll want the total fades extra, and a restorative personal boost (possibly triggered, if you want to work around the limits of absorption

Nice Cole build, Kreuz. I like how, even without his powers, he's still a mobile little sucker, +15 acrobatics and +13 climb and you can see all those parkour moves pay off well.
