A conversion for the characters Irene 'Rally' Vincent and 'Minnie' May Hopkins, from the series 'Gunsmith Cats'.
Please? Pretty please? With a cherry on top?
Give me a wiki to reference and I'll see what I can do, or if one of the J-Mart Team wants to run with this one...
I'll see what I can do. I'm a Gunsmith Cats fan myself, so I should be able to write something up...

Being the most polite captor she'd ever had at that point, they fell in love quite quickly, with T-Boy joining the side of good.
He's mostly a street-level character, as far as things go, but is able to go up against weaker capes thanks to his Favored Opponent feat. And even then, he usually needs to take them by surprise to do any real harm, catching them flat-footed or taking time to use his aiming feats in combonation with Power Attack.
The Recurring Nightmares complication is from Mecha and Manga, and I think it fits T-Boy perfectly. His nightmares usually come in two varieties: either he dreams about his time as a human supremacist cape-killer six years ago, or he dreams about the massacre of his friends at the hands of the homicidal fire elemental Willie Pete two years ago.
