Here's another of my bad guys, this time in the form of a reworked version of Leg-Breakers' strong man, Bovine!

Here are two new Feats I think work quite well for a raging man-beast like Bovine:
Improved Charge: Your attack bonus for charging is +4.
Improved Slam: The amount of distance you need to cover is reduced by half to make a slam attack.

Hikari's role and profession? She's the Class Representative on her school (meaning, she has to enforce rules in the classroom. Fanon says she can be pretty intimidating when she wants to be), as well as the middle sister of three daughters (Fanon also says she's the home-maker. She certainly is a good cook.)

As for the PLs... yeah, at least most of 'em at 12 would be good. The main reason for that is simply that I'm planning to start the campaign with a classic comic-book trope: The 'Let's You and Him Fight', or 'Fight Then Team Up' trope.
