This is a Fourth Edition Direhelm. Offensively it is PL 10 thanks to it's Longswords and area attacks. Defensively it is PL 8.5 thanks to it's necrotic resistance. Direhelms serve the secret kingdom of the dead. They will fight to the death. It uses area attacks when surrounded and focuses on prone targets.
