I have been. It plays out much like Top Chef without being half as interesting. Maybe its the subject matter, maybe its the challenges but I probably will watch one more and if that doesn't hook me I'll ditch it from the DVR.

I'm currently taking a stage makeup class so this show really...illustrates how far I have to go. That said, it's facinating stuff and a nice spotlight on a profession that hosts some hardworking mofos.

Tangentially related, a... well, it's not a trailer per se, but a making-of thing about a new zombie movie, NIGHT OF THE LITTLE DEAD. Frank is one of the sfx guys!

Not surprised at who won, though I was surprised it took Megan so long to get cut.

Syfy announced March 16, 2011 that Face Off has been renewed for a second season. Casting was slated to begin later the same month.
