Interesting build, funny Banshee picture. Though it should be noted that Banshee are more "unearthly energy beings" than "creatures of the wilderness". Minor nitpick: it should be "ignores concealment", not "pierces concealment" in her sight. The first allows her to see through smoke, darkness, stealth, cloaking and the like. The second would allow her to see through walls ala x-ray vision.
If you are interested in playing her, I'd like to see more of her character and everyday life in her backstory.

Fixed on my version of the sheet, haven't edited yet.
I am working on her backstory.

Hmm. Maybe he is a splice of two separate alien races inserted into human. That would explain his control powers and pyrokinesis not having a common basis. Either Siren or Vampire can do nervous system control (depends on whether you want the descriptor to be subsonic or psionic) and his limitation to snakes might be a matter of confidence/training; that's all he's been taught to control so far. The Pyrokinesis can be Banshee or Daemon. Given such a source for his abilities, he would have an affinity with the Olympians - if an artificial one.
Nitpick: it should be noted that most aliens aren't based on the same mechanisms as life on Earth. Vampyr and their ilk carry cellular info in nanoviruses and bionanites as opposed to DNA. Banshee bodies are organic but also energy constructs. Daemons and Vodun aren't organic at all. So that research would have been more like blind experimentation (because those lifeforms are way more advanced than terran ones we think we know) rather than genetic cloning.
Idea: Kevin may not be the only result of this experimentation. In the animated series, their scientists had the "great" idea to fuse alien traits into ants. Naturally, the ants grew to the size of elephants, their exoskeleton enhanced with nanocomposites was sort of missile proof and they were kinda agressively expansive. I might want to introduce stuff like that in the game.

I will try working a build based on this notion... with a more "plausible" explanation (thanks for that) as to why two such divergent power strains exist the concept has become far more interesting. I was also thinking more psionic than subsonic for the abilities. Since Fiona was built with Banshee affinity, and given the serpentine traits, I'm thinking Kevin is more of a Daemon.

Given that you answered to both characters concepts that I have presented, I figure I should ask if you have a preference to concept so far?

Background:
Bethania appears to be a 17 year old girl. Her actual age is closer to 35. She is attending high school in an attempt to blend in with humans. Her mother, Antheia, felt it would be a good learning experience for her to attend a human school. The family has lived off the coast of Greece, Italy, and Spain since Bethania was born. She has no idea who her father is and her mother refuses to discuss it saying that it is not important. Bethania has one sister named Eumelia who just turned 24 (approximately 12 human years old).

Bethania is very popular at school with the boys who are attracted by her exotic looks. She adores the attention. Some of the other girls are jealous of her popularity while others wish to be part of it. Bethania really doesn’t care about the humans she attends school with. To her, they are shallow and superficial and will be old and wrinkled long before she will. There is one other girl at school that Bethania does not dismiss as shallow. There is something different about her that she cannot determine. When she mentioned it to her mother, she was told to be careful since it could be a non-human trying to blend in like she was.

Bethania’s normal skin tone is a light green. As such, she needs to apply tanning creams and lotions on a weekly basis. She also has to be very careful not to use any of her natural abilities in front of humans for fear they would turn her into the government where she would be locked away and studied by scientists. Unlike her mother and some others of her race, she cannot completely breathe underwater. Bethania can remain underwater far longer than humans can without drowning. Her hearing and vision are also better than humans so she needs to be careful not to reveal that she hears or sees anything that the other students do not.

She has been taught about some of the other races that are on Earth. She feels the most affinity to the Daoine Sidhe. Her attitude towards the Vampr, Lycans, and Yeti is indifferent. As long as they don’t bother her and her family, Bethania doesn’t bother them. To her, the Vodun are mere parasites while the Daemon cannot be trusted. Her mother explained that many centuries ago, the Daemon tried to rule the planet and wars were fought. Throughout her entire life, Bethania has been taught to hate the Daemon for what they did all those years ago.

Complications:

Secret: Bethania must work hard to maintain her secret of being a Siren
Hatred: Daemons
Weakness: Electricity
Power Loss: Loses all verbal powers if unable to speak. (affliction, dazzle, blast)

Is this dead? If for some reason it isn't... I would like to submit a human genius character. :)
Impeach the peach!
