So, once again I find myself in want of critique and possibly advice on a character I have made. This time, it was an endeavor to translate one of my old Exalted characters into Mutants and Masterminds 2nd edition, and hopefully I did a better job than with my Neutron Star character.

Ultimate Effort: Spend a hero point to take 20 on toughness saves
Uncanny Dodge 2 ranks: Retain dodge bonus while flat footed (sight and hearing)
Evasion 2 ranks: Half effect on failed reflex save vs AoE, no effect on successful save

Mind-Hand Manipulation tree (array):
Base Power: Cosmic Energy Control 13 (+1 Autofire; Power Feat: Homing)
[alt]: Telekinesis 10 (+1 Perception, +1 Continuous)
[alt]: Create Object 10 (+1 Continuous; Power Feats: Innate, Precise, Progression x2) - it seems a shame to waste 6 points of effect, so any suggestions there that are more elegant than taking progression 6 more times are very welcome
[alt]: Transform 10 (5/rank version; -1 Full Round Action)

Ascendant Objectivity Stance:

A few quick notes:
Having all of your defense and attack via feats makes the character seem very artificial. He's accurate unless he has to hit something close up whereupon he's worse than your average civilian. He's able to dodge alright except when not feinted (uncanny dodge only prevents being flatfooted for surprise attacks observed by the senses, so feints will still catch him). Having four of your ability scores at base level heightens the feeling of artificiality.

I would be hesitant to allow Telekinesis as a move action. At the very least, he would not be able to use it as an attack and do another attack that round.
Create Object is capped at PL due to the area attack involving dropping objects on targets.
I would also be hesitant on the Transform Anything to Anything power, particularly with it being Perception range.

*shrug* Then again, as an Exalted character, I believe he's supposed to be mildly cheesy and underpowered, right?

On the attack bonus: the original exalted version was centered around using Mind-Hand manipulation in combat, which used the Occult skill rather than Melee or Martial Arts or Archery. Since Infernals' charms are not keyed to skills like most exalted, he therefore didn't really have much in those areas.

On Create Object: D'oh! I forgot about that... would that therefore just require me to scale it back 1 rank, since i'd previously traded off 3 atk bonus for +3 DCs?

On Transform: That was meant to replicate his Principle Invoking Onslaught charm, a charm which could transform anything into anything, even beyond what the MnM transform does (that is, it could transform things into abstract concepts)

On Telekinesis as Move action: I was actually thinking of switching that extra out for the "Affects Incorporeal" extra, since the Exalted version eventually picked up charms that enhanced his TK to be able to hurt spirits and burn souls.

No. It's an area-attack which means that it's entirely PL-leveled. However, if your intent is just to be able to build larger objects, you can always buy more ranks of Progression.

Ok, I fixed the Create Object power, and removed the perception range and distracting from the transform. If the transform turns out to be too much, I'm also working on an alternate version that either tones down or removes entirely the transform (or ties it to the telekinesis, to be even more accurate to the original), and maybe has Hellfire Control for Green Sun Nimbus Flare emulation.

I revised things to clean this up a bit.

Things i've changed include dropping Transform to the 5 pt version and applying the Full-Round action flaw to it (Can only transform inanimate objects to other inanimate objects), and made the power array Cosmic Energy based. Also, I fixed skills and made sure to copy them all over this time.
