Complications
Crazed Belief: Driven by a crazed belief that only human flesh can make him feel alive, he is a cannibal with no remorse, more animal than human now.
Enemy: In addition to the authorities, Bone Stalker has earned a foe in Batman and is specifically hunted by Night Warrior.
Power Loss: So ingrained is his belief that human flesh gives him life, if he goes more than 2 days without eating at least a pound of it he loses his Inhuman Strength and Inhuman Vitality til such time he eats 1 lb. or more of human flesh once more.
Unknown Past: The shock of his own actions when he first turned to cannibalism caused him to block out his own memories, his own identity. Thus he has no idea if he has any relatives or if anything from his past could come back to bite him in the rear.
Weakness: His belief that human flesh gives him life is his greatest strength and his greatest weakness. If he goes for 2 days or more without eating human flesh, he begins to weaken. On the 3rd day, drop his Strength and Stamina by 1 each and 1 more each day after til they are reduced to 2 minimum each.

Notes
:arrow: A true madman driven by his insane belief, it gives him strength and makes him a true threat even to superheroes. Those who fall to him had better hope for a quick rescue or will face death at his hands.

Description of Powers: Bone Stalker gains strength and vitality from eating the flesh of other humans. His belief in this is so strong that he smash apart solid steel and make incredible leaps, far stronger than most humans. He can survive on rotting flesh, only needing to eat or drink every other day. He gets by on 4 hours of sleep a day and can run for hours, barely slowly down due to fatigue.

He can ignore injuries due to his insane belief and strength of will alone, even healing 4x faster than most humans do. He has become a true predator, able to see in the dimest of light and tracking prey through his sense of smell alone. He is a crazed fighter, attacking without regard to his own safety and in unpredictable ways, using fear, raw strength and powerful grapples to subdue and kill his prey.

History:
Survivor At a Cost
An unnamed man was the only survivor of a mountain exploring group, by means he kept secret. Turning to cannibalism to survivor, he turned insane in the few short weeks it took him to escape the mountain. Believing that only the flesh of other humans could make him truely alive, this belief drove him to live on the outskirts of human society, preying on the homeless and those who wouldn't be missed.

With an almost animalistic cunning, he avoided captured by the authorities and made his way across the United States, a boogeyman in the shadows that scared locals off the streets at night. But one of his victims wasn't so easily missed, the 12 year old daughter, Lucy Ender, of a police officer. Forced to flee New York, he took to the back alleys and sewers to slink his way to a new home, in the Gotham City sewers.

Hunted Animal
Tailor Ender had quit his job as a police officer, stalking the monster who became known as Bone Stalker for his bone-white flesh, across several states. But the crazed man-animal kept ahead of his foe, ending up in Gotham over a month before being tracked down. He learned all the twist and turns of the sewer system, even using them to keep ahead of the Batman, if only by minutes sometimes.

It was all he needed, surviving on drifters and homeless, ambushing near sewer holes and tunnel entrances. The one time Batman caught up to him in the time since he arrived, his crazed fighting style and inhuman strength and vitality allowed him to survive long enough to escape, uncaught once more.

But Night Warrior had tracked him down and he knew this foe was another story. Their personal history added something extra to their fights, each time ending in a draw or Bone Stalker's crazed strength all that allowed him to escape a losing battle. Still, when Night Warrior went down he knew he would only grow stronger, for his flesh would give the crazed cannibal strength unlike any of his other victims.

Description: Bone Stalker has an athletic build that belays his true strength. His flesh has turned bone-white due to living in the dark for so long and his...diet. All his hair has fallen out and he is completely bald, while his eyes have turned yellow and jaundised. His teeth are razor-sharp due to filing them down and his fingernails are yellow and tough. His only clothes are the torn remnants of a pair of brown jeans, tattered and torn with enough cloth left to keep him decent.

Complications
Justice: The death of his daughter at Bone Stalker's hands has driven him to protect others from the monsters in society. He will go to extremes to see justice done, even crippling or if he feels it is the only way to stop a monster, kill. Especially Bone Stalker.
Enemy: Bone Stalker took his daughter from him and he has made it his life's mission to kill the monster.
Hatred: His hatred of Bone Stalker can blind him to the consquences of his actions or to other opponents.

Reputation: Night Warrior is known for his brutal methods against criminals, especially those who harm children. The police have a warrent out for his arrest and Batman tries to keep an eye on his activities in Gotham.
Temper: The one thing which will make him snap is children being hurt or threatened. If one is killed, he will fly into a blind fury til the culprit is bloody and unconscious, if not dead.

:arrow: A good man who lost his wife and then daughter to crime, he snapped and has gone to extremes to see an end to violent crime that endangers innocents.

Description of Powers: Night Warrior has no innate powers, relying on his gear and training. He has training in various forms of unarmed combat, specializing in grapples, throws, leg sweeps and powerful punches and kicks. His two main pieces of gear are his utility belt and his armored costume.

His utility belt has several weapons from sleep gas and smoke pellets, to bolos, explosives, laser pistol and even a strong cutting laser. It has various minor gadgets and pieces of gear as well, from mini video camera, tracers, handcuffs, fire extinguisher, rebreather, multi-tool, etc.

His armored costume has high-strength ceramic, kevlar and other materials built-in to protect him. The helmet has a chemical filter, internal clock, compass, radio receiver, and night-vision/infrared lens. He has a custom car with GPS, advanced alarm system and hidden compartments for his gear. He has outfited his apartment with his own security system, computer and workshop to build in, although it is cramped.

History:
Fall From Grace, Angel Lost
Tailor Ender came from a long line of New York police officers, dating back to his great grandfather, Determined to be the best, he worked hard and proved to be unstoppable in his quest for true justice. The loss of his wife Raven to a street gang had left him a single father, his daughter Lucy all he had in this world. Thus he took to spliting time between work and taking care of his little girl.

With help of his inlaws, he was able to keep working on the force while Lucy was watched over. Believing her safe from the monsters, the gangs, thugs and other criminals of New York, he worked harder to make their home a truely safe place to live.

Which is why he was shocked when just a few short weeks after Lucy's 12th birthday he got a phone call. His little girl, his angel, had been killed. Not just that, eaten by the sick freak which had done it. He snapped, but tried to keep it hidden. He became more brutal in his work, while secretly working to improve his combat skills and outfit himself with an arsenal all to take down the freak who robbed his little angel of her life.

But he took thing too far once, a homeless man known to attack those who didn't give him money. Tailor ended up brutalizing the man within an inch of his life, leaving him in a coma in the hospital. Due to his history on the force and what happened to Lucy, he was discharged from the force without incident. Free now to pursue his own goals, Night Warrior was born.

Hunting a Monster
With his arsenal and armored costume of his own design, Tailor took to the streets, tracking down any trace of the cannibal killer. But as he closed in, the monster escaped his grasp and moved on. This continued for months, each time he learned something new about the monster he came to dub Bone Stalker, the terror would skip town and move to a new hunting ground.

After his first time getting face to face with the monster, a battle ensued that forced the Bone Stalker to flee, while Tailor spent over a week recovering from the most severe of his injuries. It took him almost a month and gossip on the streets to lead him to Gotham City, Bone Stalker's new hunting grounds. This time, he wouldn't get away. This time only one of them would survive. Even if it meant that Night Warrior had to fight the Batman himself to be able to kill the monster who stole his angel from him.

Description: Tailor is an attractive man in his early 30s, with a strong build and muscle tone. He has several scars on his arms and chest from his fight with Bone Stalker, the crazed fiend having clawed him with his dirt-encrusted nails. He keeps his blond hair short and trim, while his green eyes show an intensity and drive rarely seen in this day and age.

He wears various outfits, from blue jeans and a tee shirt, to black tie suits, depending on his current cover and where he is trying to fit in. As Night Warrior he wears an armored costume of gray with blood red trim, an armored helmet for his head with a mirrored faceplate on the front. He has a utility belt with various ways and gadgets of his own design or modified from store-bought items around his waist.

Notes
:arrow: A powerful witch from a long line, she is a natural bane against demons. Note she is capped offensively against everyone, but defensively she is only capped against demons. Against all other beings, she PL 9 due to her fortitude and will, PL 4 on the dodge/parry and toughness scale.

Description of Powers: Nightshade is a powerful witch with extensive training in witchcraft, herbilism, medical treatments and in judo for self defense. She is a living bane to all demons, her spells cause more harm to them, they have a hard time touching her, let alone hurting her and just coming into contact with her can cause them supernatural burns or even slay them.

She has received treatments over the years which make her highly resistant to all forms of diseases and poisons, she can quickly craft and cast ritual magic, focus to detect magic and the exact type of spell cast and even passively sense magic and demons.

Her witchcraft spells focus mainly on affecting the minds of others, from reading their thoughts and clouding them so they sense what she wishes for them to, to placing them to sleep, robbing them of their sight for a time and even erasing specific memories. She can give powerful blessings of health and transform beings in numerous ways. An attack she rarely uses except against true threats is the spirit shock, causing a target such intense pain through their spirit that physical wounds manifest. She has also developed a specialized spell, one used to slay demons.

History:
Youth in Bloom
Violet was born to a family with a long history, some public, some hidden. Witchcraft, true witchcraft including using plants to make medicines and poisons, weaving spells, etc. had been a part of their family for centuries now. They seek to help their community and punish the wicked, all while keeping to the shadows.

When Violet was born, she had a birthmark on her right arm in the form of a thorny vine. A sign of great things to come, she was taught knowledge passed down for generations. From herbs and plants, to magical rituals and spells, she was a natural. Born with a curious nature and high intelligence, she loved spending time with her grandmother, mother, aunts and cousins, each new thing learned opening gateways to more.

Thus it was no shock to anyone that she excelled in school, skipping several grades and graduating at the age of 15. College was more of a challenge yet still not enough for her. By the age of 18 she had a doctorate in botany and occult studies. But her life was soon to take a turn for the weird.

Rebirth in Fire
On the night of her 21st birthday, a demon wreathed in fire came for her, saying she was a threat to his master's plans and must die. Only by a little bit of luck and always being prepared did she survive this encounter, the demon banished but vowing to come back til she was dead.

Telling her grandmother and mother of the attack, they explained an old legend dating back to the first witch in their bloodline. A demon lord was working with a local baron in a plot to take over all of Europe. But due to the workings of the witch, he could not manifest himself on this plane of existance. So he sent a demon of fire to slay the witch, only to have it banished in a powerful ritual, one which would prevent its return for centuries.

The fire demon's return meant the ritual was broken and the demon lord was determined to slay the strongest decendant of the witch which twarted its plans. Only by leaving and placing masking spells on all her relatives would they have the time needed to rediscover and work the ritual to keep the demon lord and its minion away for good.

Thus Violet fled into the night, making her way from California to the Midwest til she ended up in Midway City. Setting up an occult shop as a cover, she began her own work on piecing together what she could of the ancient ritual. Only when it was completed could she finally see her loved ones again. Til then, she found more than enough trouble to deal with and people to help in her new home.

Description: Violet is a highly attractive young woman with an athletic and trim build. Her skin is a healthy tan from working in her garden and going on nature walks. She keeps her red hair shoulder length, while her unusual eyes draw attention, her left eye blue and her right green. She seems to radiate an aura of calm around her which others can feel.

Violet doesn't wear a costume when helping others. She has various outfits, all natural fibers, in various colors, from jeans, shirts and tennis shoes, to blouses, skirts and sandels. She has a blue robe with a hood and gold trim for when performing rituals or she wishes to keep her identity secert. She has an athme which she uses to harvest herbs and plants and as a focus for magical spells and ritual tool. She never uses it as a weapon.

Being Evil: Burnfist is driven by his demonic nature, wishing to do evil for its own sake and for his master. Mortal deaths mean nothing to him, killing casually if it won't risk his master's plans.

Description of Powers: Burnfist is a powerful fire demon, infused with a fragment of his demon lord master's power. He is extremely tough and hardy, able to heal from wounds almost as fast as they are inflicted. Immortal in nature, he is only banished back to Hell if slain on the mortal plane, able to return in 2 days time. Unaging and able to survive in any environment, he is one of the more powerful fire demons in Hell now.

Fast and agile, he is able to confuse foes with his movements and strike from unexpected directions. His skin feels like it is on fire to all beings, able to burn them just by mere contact unless he wills it off. The fragment from the demon lord has increased his power over hellfire, able to project powerful blast, breath fire over a wide swath, unlease an inferno around himself and even hypnotize them. He has the power to change into a human guise, one which he has dubbed Matthew King. He can use all his powers in his human guise.

History:
Servent of the Pit, On the Rise
For centuries he tortured mortals and inflicted pain, til finally he was noticed by a high level demon lord. With plans for the mortal plane, he was blocked by the presense of a powerful good witch. Thus he sent his newest servent, a powerful fire demon, to slay the witch and free his master onto the mortal plane. Only things didn't go as planned...

The witch proved far stronger than expected and with a powerful ritual she banished the fire demon back to Hell, his master upset. The ritual was strong, keeping his demon servent from returning to the mortal plane til it was weakened and broken. Thus his master worked, centuries passing. When the ritual was finally broken, his revenge was ruined and his plans.

The decendants of the baron the demon lord had plotted with had forgotten the deal, his plans disrupted for the time being. And thanks to the presense of the witch's decendants, the demon lord was still blocked from the mortal plane. So a new plan for revenge was made.

Return in a Blaze
The fire demon was sent to slay all of the witch's decendants, starting with the strongest out of them. Only to find her a much more dangerous foe than expected, her magic was more powerful than even her ancestor's and just striking her with his claws caused him to burn. She quickly banished him back to Hell and it would be days before he could manifest on the mortal plane once again.

The demon lord was upset, til he detected the true power of the young witch. She was a witch fortold in ages past, a natural bane to demonkind and a threat to all plans by the recidents of Hell. Taking a piece of himself, he gave his fire demon minion more power. All the better to slay this threat. Thus just only a few days later he was unleased upon the mortal plane once more. Only to find himself driven back to Hell once more.

So a new twist to the plan was added, he would need allies in the mortal world to slay the witch. Ones who didn't know the true nature of their ally or didn't care. The power to disguise himself as a human was granted and he soon began to gather allies to him. Ones not above using lethal force.

Description: Burnfist is a powerful demon that stands over most humans, with powerful muscles and a wide build. His skin is rust red and feels hot, having scars from his many battles. His eyes are like two glowing pieces of coal, red and bright, while his hair is coal black and worn long and shaggy. He tends to wear only a fur loin cloth in his demon form.

Disguised as a human, he appears to be a tall, powerfully built man with a dark skin. His eyes are made to look gray and his hair a normal black. He always appears in suits, even when going into a fight.

Accident: Despite his technical knowledge, he didn't build his electro-trident and his repairs aren't perfect. Sometimes it shorts out and only the normal trident works or the electricity surges from the wires and leaves him dazed til it stops.
Disability: Unknown to Dread Hunter, Splicer left in a genetic failsafe he can trigger if the man ever comes after him. Should this happen, he will die within minutes as his own altered DNA unravels.
Enemy: Atlanteans in general hunt for this monsters, while Aquaman has vowed to slay him for his crimes.

Revenge: His delusional belief that all Atlanteans and their pet monsters are to blame for his father's death drives him. Description of Powers: Dread Hunter has been genetically altered into a powerful aquatic being. He possesses low-level superhuman strength, stamina and toughness from his dense musculature, skin and skeletal structure. His lungs filter oxygen from water, he is immune to environmental cold and can survive the crushing pressure of the deepest depths. He can see in even the murkiest of waters and swims faster than any fish known. An included high level regenerative ability means he heals from even the most severe of injuries in little time.

His only weapons he still uses on a regular basis is his electro-trident, a high tech piece of hardware. He can fire off powerful and deadly blast of electrical energy from its tines or strike with the tines while leaving them electrified. He can use any weapon with equal skill if need be though.

History:
Through Deadly Eyes
Gregory grew up in a family with a long tradition of being hunters. His grandfather had hunted in the African plains, his father across the world and now he himself was being taken to places few others ever saw. The heights of the Himalayas, the depths of the Amazon jungle and beyond, he hunted and slayed all types of prey, his father guiding him each step of the way.

So he was shocked when upon a simple ocean voyage a behemoth unlike anything he had ever witness attacked without reason. His father tried to fight it, using every weapon available, only to be gored to death on its tusks. The prehistoric walrus, for what else could it be, slipped back into the ocean, its wounds forcing it to flee or perish.

Strong, Faster, Deadlier
Seeking a means to hunt in the deepest depths of the oceans, to gain his revenge on the creature which had taken his father from him, he sought out the services of Splicer. With payment promised after successful and agreed upon alteration, Gregory awoke to find himself with a lot more powerful. The new raw strength, stamina and speed he possessed, he felt like he could wrestle a rhino. And his lungs and flesh were now adapted to survive in the deepest of the bleak depths.

Now he was ready to have his revenge. Outfited with a high tech trident, he set sail for the exact spot where his father had been taken from him. The ship's motors aggravated the ancient walrus once more, who attacked the ship. Armed with the trident, Gregory lunged at the beast and drew first blood. Forcing it back into the ocean waves, the fight soon became one-sided. As the electrical blast from his trident soon had the monster dazed and helpless.

Showing no mercy, he plunged the trident through its heart and took pleasure in the kill like never before. If such a creature as this existed so close to the surface, what might he encounter deeper in the ocean depths? It wasn't long til he found the answer, prehistoric creatures the likes of which no one had seen for ages soon became his newest prey. But still, it wasn't enough. What had allowed these beasts to survive for so long, how had they been kept them hidden from the world at large?

His only answer was simple, Atlantis. Aquaman and his people protected the creatures of the oceans and seas, for thousands of years now. They kept creatures such on the beast who slayed his father alive and hidden from the surface world. His revenge must be complete, he must punish the Atlanteans for allowing such monsters to live.

Over 2 years later and over a dozen Atlanteans and foolish coast guard agents who had opposed him were dead. Yet the Atlanteans still refused to admit their mistake by allowing the ancient creatures to still live, each one he encountered spouted nonsense about their brothers and sisters of the oceans and seas. Til they admit he was right the killings would continue. Even if Aquaman tried to stop him again and again.

Description: Gregory is an exotic looking man, strong British looks with a blueish tinge to his skin. He has no scars to mar his appear, a strong athletic build and muscle tone. His shoulder-length black hair has taken on a blue tinge, while his blue-green eyes show a cold ruthlessness. He always wears a black shark-skin suit and has his trident on him.

Motivation: Foam Menace is driven by primal rage and a drive for mindless destruction.

Weakness: Being out of water is a deadly situation for Foam Menace. Just 5 minutes out of water leaves him Hindered and Impaired, 20 minutes leaves him Dazed, Disabled and Hindered, while 1 hour outside of water leaves him Dying. If he dies outside of water, he will stay dead. Using any of his Power Over the Oceans array speeds up the above rates.
Weakness: Due to his watery form, certain forms of attack can have additional effects on him or harm him more greatly. When subjected to cold attacks, he becomes staggered til he makes a Fortitude check with a DC equal to the original Damage DC. Heat-based attacks deal an additional degree of damage to him. Electricity-based attacks become Area [Burst] attack when they hit him, even out of water, and leave him vulnerable for 1 round.

:arrow: An ancient elemental being of water, driven by rage and desire to destroy. He tends to fight simply, striking with his watery fists against single foes or those too tough to harm otherwise, drowning lesser foes or destroying them with a massive waves or blast of water. His power over water allows him to literally form powerful barriers or flood New York City.

Description of Powers: An ancient being of living water and sea foam, he is basically immortal and incredibly hard to hurt without energy. His massive form has no weak spots and can flow through cracks, pipes and even around attacks.

He has power over all water, able to move 400k tons of water and flood large areas at will. Using this power he can shape water is simple shapes and barriers, drown everyone within 30' of him and create a huge wave of destruction water or fire a concentrated blast of water at anything he can see. He has a lot of potential with this power, but his simple mind rarely comes up with anything new.

History:
Unexpected Consquences
An illegal underwater drilling operation done in secret by Lex Corp found more than they bargained for. They were in search of oil or minerals in the depths, just 600 miles from Atlantis, when they broke through to a stone chamber covered in runes. With orders to move ahead, they broke through to the inner chamber and found a horror waiting for them.

A creature of living water and sea foam, imprisoned by the Atlanteans ages ago. Lashing out with a rage fueled by eons, it quickly drowned the entire crew and destroyed their equipment. Then went out into the world, to strike out at Atlantis and the rest of the world.

Atlantis New Guardian
When the creature showed up at Atlantis, after sinking several ships along the way, it began to batter at the domed city and brushed aside its army. Only Aquaman and his aquatic allies were able to hold it for long but it was a losing battle. All physical attacks passed through with little harm to the monster or were ignored in its rage.

Til a new ally from Britain showed up, a scientist in a powered armor calling himself Sunray. With powerful laser blast and the aid of Aquaman in herding the monster, they were able to drive it off for the time being. The Foam Menace would be back later though, its primal fury and rage attacking coastal towns, ships and more. But it would always return to menace Atlantis, no way of containing it known to the modern Atlanteans.

Description: Foam Menace appears to be a massive being of living white water and seam foam, curning constantly. It has vague facially features and only two glowing red dots where its eyes should be. It has never spoken, only roaring and growling in its rage.

Description of Powers: Sunray wears an amphibious powered armor able to withstand even the deepest of depths. It protects him from the environment around him, mostly designed for underwater operations. The armor is tough enough to withstand tankfire and impervious up to high-powered rifles, while it greatly increases his ability to leap and swim at superhuman speeds.

An advanced radio comm system allows him to communicate over thousands of miles, while his suit's senses give him advanced sonar systems, infrared and ultraviolet vision, able to pick up sub/ultra-sonic sounds and has a range finder, compass and chronometer.

His suit's tactical computer aids him in avoiding attacks and targetting systems help him hit what would normally be impossible for him. Servo motors in his armor grant him superhuman strength, capable of lifting up to 100 tons. Running on the same power supply are his targetted lasers on the palms of his gaunlets and a powerful shoulder-mounted laser cannon capable of ripping through anything in its path.

History:
Simple Beginnings
Reginald grew up with his stay-at-home mom and fisherman father in Portsmouth in Hampshire, always close to the ocean and learning all he could about it. In his latter teenage years, he began to study up on hydrodynamics, aquatic propulsion systems and oceanography, along with mechanics and electronics.

He began to improve the systems on his dad's boat, while working to earn mouth for college. It took him hours of working into the twilight hours of the morning before he cracked the secret to a sustainable power system to a new amphibious suit. But it would take him years til he would be hired to a firm where his designs could be tested.

In the Sun and Beneath the Waves
Working for Star Labs Europian branch, he made various breakthrough in pressure regulation and submarine design. But it was only after his 5th year of working for them he began work on his dream project. An armored, amphibious suit which could be used to throughly explore the depths of the Earth's oceans.

Testing, failures and setbacks kept his dream out of reach, til his newest prototype design showed a breakthrough that had eluded him before. The oxygen recyclers needed to be insulated from the pressure the rest of the armor would be subjected to. Finally he was able to do field tests and prove his designs worth.

Dragged into the Hero Life
His 10th deep dive test was exceeding his previous expectations of the armor, able to go down as far as the toughest submarines without trouble. But on his way back to the lab his sensors picked up a major disturbance. Water, moving on its own seperate from the rest, heading in the direction of Atlantis. Moving at top speed, he made it just in time to spot a creature of water and sea foam fighting Aquaman.

Firing one his advanced mining lasers at the monster, it roared in pain and steam rose from its form, mixing back into the water almost as quickly. Continuous fire from his lasers were able to harm it enough that Aquaman and his aquatic allies were able to finally drive it off. Calling himself Sunray after the solar cells acting as backup power and his laser systems, Reginald simply saw facing such threats as more extreme testing for his armor. And he has continued to test them, while a lesser version with weaker lasers was being fasttracked for production.

Description: Reginald is an average looking guy with a normal build. His skin is slightly pale from all the time he spends inside or underwater. He keeps his brown hair short but messy, while his gray eyes only truely light up when he is working on a project or upgrading his armor systems.

He wears a simple blue shirt, jeans, brown suede shoes and a white lab jacket most of the time. As Sunray his powered armor is a deep blue with black trim and a shoulder-mounted laser cannon. It is basically humanoid shaped with a blue-gray face-plate on the helmet and two 6" solar panels on the back.

:arrow: A true dragon reborn, he is partially based on a story from Poland which gives the reason for the name of Krakow.

Description of Powers: Dragonblade is an ancient dragon who has been reborn in a human form. His strength and toughness are nowhere near their old levels but still more than enough to face most foes. By manifesting phantom dragon wings he can fly rapidly, is immune to normal heat, mortal diseases and doesn’t age, and can see heat signatures and has a powerful sense of smell. Part of the spell which revived him makes him immortal, coming back to life just 1 day after he is slain. Only descendants of those who slew him can permanently kill him.

He can manifest a longsword of unusual design, a physical representation of his dragon powers. A slash from this blade can cut through anything and even weaken the defenses of those struck, project a jet of intense dragonfire or a powerful column of dragonfire able to burn anything in its path.

But his most dangerous power is that of ancient magic he learned while his spirit was trapped in the astral plane. A powerful curse which can do anything from blind someone permanently, leave them deaf or mute, transform them into a beast or any other number of things is his main spell. The Soul Rip spell can literally kill someone by tearing their soul from their body. While he uses the levitation spell and true transmutation to create hideouts and gain resources for his plans. He has many more spells at his disposal but these are the easiest for him.

History:
Ancient Threat Reborn
A beast, that was what he was treated as. He was a dragon, born of fire and magic. Yet they had plotted against him and slay him as if he were nothing more than a lowly animal. Now his spirit was left adrift in the astral plane, where time had no meaning, left only with his thoughts. He would gain him revenge upon the descendants of those who had slain him, if it took him over a thousand years to figure out how.

And it did, for floating adrift in the astral plane he found ancient magic carved into stones more ancient than even he. While centuries pasted in the physical world, he learned all he could. Soon he would have his revenge, even if it meant living in the form of a weak human .

The barriers between the planes had finally weakened and thus he set his plan into motion. A spell to grant his soul a form of flesh to live within, yet retain the power he remembered ages ago. In a swirl of fire, he appeared on the streets of New York City, in the form of a young human male. Clothed in crimson robes and crackling with power, he strode out to find the descendant of Krakow, the cobbler who had tricked him.

Traveler in a New World
But this place was the not the old world he had lived in, nowhere near Poland. Hearing the human fools nearby talking, he took the name of Dave Smok, using his draconic name as his last name in his weak human guise. But this form didn’t have access to any of his power, he felt something deeper within. And with a thunderclap ringing out, he found his form changed once more.

Taller, stronger. He was no longer the weak child but an adult. His eyes, crimson. His hair, a deep black. Wishing to use his fangs and claws, he found a sword manifested in his left hand. Yes, trapped as a human his dragon powers would have to manifest in different ways. Without even a second thought, he cleaved a nearby car in twain, leaving the humans inside to run for the lives. Yes, this would do nicely.

Only to suddenly feel a blow of incredible force strike him from behind and send him flying into the wrecked car. Picking himself up, he gazed upon a woman garbed in white with a cape of red fluttering in the air behind her. “Surrender now and we can sort all of this out. You are obviously either from the past or mentally disturbed.” She said to him and hovered several feet off the ground.

“Fool! You really think you can stand up to a dragon reborn!” he cried before a column of fire issued forth from his sword’s blade. But the woman wasn’t even singed, using her body to shield those nearby. “Guess we have to do this the hard way then.” She said before he was hit by a powerful uppercut which sent him flying for several blocks.

Learning from the Past
Realizing he knew nothing of his foe or of this world, he picked himself up before the woman followed and fled into the shadows and alleyways of nearby buildings. Keeping quiet when the amazon of a woman showed up, he sulked off to plot and scheme. His main goal, to punish the descendants of Krakow the cobbler, would be his main focus for now.

Using a powerful locator spell from his hideout in an abandoned warehouse, he was able to locate the target of his revenge. A young man by the name of Albert Pawlak, a student at a local high school. But death would be too simple a fate, no. He would curse the young man to suffer in silence as he had all those centuries.

Casting a powerful curse through scrying upon the hapless youth, Albert was struck mute and unable to make a single sound, even his footsteps fell silent. He would leave the fool in torment while he moved on with his plans, to learn of this new world and its defenders first. Then he could gain more power and take over this world. Only he should have paid closer attention to his victim, for the curse had an unintended side-effect. One which made Albert into a foe who might become strong enough to stop him once and for all.

Description: Dave appears as an average, lanky Caucasian teenager. His skin is pale, his eyes a pale blue and his hair blond like that of the Polish people he had terrorized so long ago. He wears simple clothing from tee-shirts and blue jeans, to hoodies and sweats to blend in with the humans around him.

As Dragonblade he transforms into a golden tanned man with a powerful build and muscle tone. His eyes are crimson red and burn with an unrestrained fury, while his hair becomes black like the darkest night. He can summon a longsword into his left hand, a manifestation of his dragon powers, the blade of a fiery red metal and the hilt appearing as gold with a dragon’s head for the pommel.

:arrow: A powerhouse with a twist, he is completely silent to normal hearing and can’t speak because of a curse.

Description of Powers: Silentstrike takes his name from the curse which rendered him mute and unable to make a sound himself. But the curse triggered another spell, one which made him a true powerhouse. Although not that accurate, he can hit with extreme force that can rip apart even super alloys with effort and lift thousands of tons. His superhuman stamina allows him to survive in any environment and his tough skin makes him bullet proof. He heals rapidly from any injuries and can fly over 100 mph. He is just starting to touch upon the true limits of his powers and will grow to be a true powerhouse of the likes of Power Girl, Supergirl and possibly even Superman.

History:
Old Story Brought to Life
Albert was raised by his grandparents, his parents killed in an accident when he was 5 years old. Raised on the stories of the old country, especially on their ancestor, the legendary cobbler Krakow. Who through guile and forethought, was able to slay the dragon Smok. It was interesting when he was a kid, but as he got older he developed new interests.

Thus he was shocked as anyone when a voice spoke into his mind. “Descendant of Krawow the cobbler, you will pay for what your ancestor did to me. For centuries I drifted in the astral plane, no sound, no voice. Now you will live without your own voice, nor will anything you do make sound. This is my revenge!” was all he heard, before even his footsteps fell silent. Trying to scream for help, nothing came out.
Seeking help from his grandparents, all he could do was write down what had happened. They knew what this meant, Smok the dragon was back and he had been more intelligent than thought so long ago. But the curse he placed on their grandson hadn’t finished, for another spell was in place. As they tried to figure out who to contact for help, Albert slept and began to change. Growing from his small 5’6” to 5’11” overnight, his body became stronger, tougher than he ever could have imagined before.

Hero in Training
Seeing the changes in their grandson, his grandparents were finally able to get in contact with a friend who could get them help. No one was more shocked than Albert when none other than Power Girl came knocking at their door. Explaining his situation, he would be taken on as a hero in training by the Justice League and personally by Power Girl.

But adjusting to his changes was going to take some doing. His body was bigger and vastly stronger than before, he would have to learn how to simply move without breaking things around him all over again. Thus over 3 months he was trained and learned the basics of unarmed combat and self-defense. Training alongside the other new recruits was a thrill, even if Techno-Girl kept figuring out new ways to disable him when they sparred. But soon he would be ready, to hunt down Smok in his new form and finish him once and for all.

Description: Albert is a tall, attractive young man with a strong build and muscle tone. He has a light tan and no scars to mar his appearance. His blond hair is shoulder length, while his blue eyes show compassion and drive behind them.

He tends to wear simple shirts, blue jeans and rugged boots that can stand up to wear and tear. When he finally goes into the field as Silentstrike, he will wear a blue-black bodysuit with a mask over his face.

:arrow: A teenager with a lot of raw power and potential, she only meets her caps on the Dodge/Toughness area and with her Moon Madness power’s Reaction Damage to mental powers. She tends to lift things up and then just drop them, although she can push her power and increase the gravity over a smaller area to a crushing force [as a power stunt]. She has some judo training and tends to use judo throws against opponents not stopped by her gravity fields. Her Moon Madness power given her near perfect immunity to mental powers and is the source of the bulk of her power.

Personality: Silver Moon is an insane psychotic, driven by her belief that the moon is a god which speaks to her. She will do anything she believes it commands her to, from destroying buildings and causing chaos, to taking out any space mission heading towards the moon. Her actions almost never make sense, as she listen to the voice in her head and does whatever it commands.

Description of Powers: Silver Moon’s obsession with the moon shaped her identity and when her mutant nature became active, her powers as well. Due to her already mental instability, her mind adapted and gave her what others call “moon madness”. Her insanity not only makes her near immune to mental powers, but makes it risky to try and influence her mind at best. For those who fail to penetrate her mental defenses find a powerful backlash of psychic energy directed at their own mind. This “moon madness” also has granted her incredible agility and reflexes; as she reacts faster by simply doing what the “moon” tell her to.

Her connection to the moon shows in her power to influence gravity like the moon itself. From increasing gravity to a crushing force which prevents all but the strongest of beings from moving, negating gravity and causing objects to float, increase gravity to the point it can crush even solid steel, and even warping the gravity field around her to protect her. A typical stunt is to lift opponents into the air and then drop them back down hard.

History:
Maria was fascinated by the moon for as long as she could remember, staying up at night to talk to the moon and tell it all her secrets. Her parents brushed it off as a simple child’s imagination for years, until she began to get in trouble and each time saying the moon told her to do it. Despite psychiatric treatment and various medicines, her psychosis never went completely away.

Mostly keeping to herself at school, she was the weird kid and teased by others, even the stoners and RPG geeks. So it was no shock to those who knew her about what happened recently. At a football game at Metropolis High School her parents forced her to go to, one of the jocks went beyond teasing and began to push her around. When he finally knocked her to the ground, something inside her snapped. And suddenly everyone in the area found they couldn’t even stand, as gravity all over the football field and surrounding area was increased an unknown degree.

The stands began to buckle from the increased weight when Superman showed up and rescued everyone right before it completely collapsed. Working his way to the center of the threat, he tried to reason with Maria, only to find her psychosis in full force. She believed the moon was speaking to her, she was its voice in this world and would do as it commanded. First was to punish those who doubted the moon’s emissary and any who would stand in her way.

Thus Superman was forced to knock her unconscious with a flick to her forehead, stopping her power and saving everyone in the area from being crushed to death. Waking up in Bell Reeve Hospital in the psych ward, her powers were blocked by metahuman power dampeners in her cell. Treated with drugs to keep her powers subdued, the staff attempted to get her out of her own fantasy but have failed repeatedly. Each time they let their guards down; she has slipped free and caused more chaos in Metropolis.

Description: Maria is a cute Japanese-American girl with a petite build. She keeps her black hair shoulder-length, while her blue eyes show both intelligence and a mind in turmoil. She has some minor scars on her legs from past bullying.

She tends to wear simple, loosing blouses, slacks and tennis shoes, not caring for fashion. If she has just escaped from Bell Reeve, she will be wearing whatever she can get her hands on..

:arrow: A twisted individual, he will do anything for power. Dark rituals and pacts with demons are minor compared to the true lengths he would go to. He tends to inflict fear or pain on opponents first, failing this he will try to paralyze them. Only as a last resort or against non-living foes will he unleash the deadly hellfire.

Personality: Bloodfire is a twisted genius, driven by a lust for power and lacking morals. He cares only himself and will do anything to gain more power, even sacrificing others to demons. He seeks to survive and will do anything in his power to avoid prison. But deep down he is still the cowardly little geek and seeks to get others’ attention.

Description of Powers: Bloodfire has made a deal with an unnamed demon lord, infusing him with hellfire. This has granted him superhuman stamina and rapid recovery from injury. His body is more durable, with toughened skin and muscle as the hellfire protects him. He can tap into the hellfire and project it outwards, from deadly blast with the force of small explosives, to inflicting pain, fear or paralysis.

History: Greg’s mind was already a little twisted, a genius willing to delve into subjects others would avoid. Thus he found books the Gotham Library had tried to bury in their archives, books on dark magic and demons. Always picked on for being a book worm in school, he just wanted positive attention for once, even if it was just fear from others. Thus he began to research even deeper into the forbidden lore and found the holy [or in this case, unholy] grail.

A ritual to summon forth a demon, one who could make a pact and empower the summoner. It required rare and dangerous to acquire ingredients, including the animal blood to draw the binding circle with. When finished, the demon that appeared shocked him. For it looked like a man in a black suit, his face obscured by a black haze. A contract was written up, Greg not caring he would be dammed to the underworld for eternity, his lust for true power overpowering any common sense he still had.

Thus he was born in hellfire anew, with energy unlike anything he could have dreamed of before. The hellfire made him hardier, tougher and was at his command to do with as he pleased. Thus his first act was to storm Gotham High School and intimidate those who once bullied him into submission. Feeling on top of the world as the captain of the football team bowed down to him in fear, it all came crashing down when a dark silhouette appeared.

Batman came down from a nearby skylight and seeing a red-skinned human lording over the other students; he quickly subdued him with freeze capsules. Waking up in Arkham, he was restrained in a cell designed to contain his energy. It couldn’t end this way, locked up with other madmen when he was saner than ever before. He had the power, he had the right to do what he wants, take what he wants. And these simple minded fools would soon pay, as the most recent Arkham breakout loosed him upon the world one more.

Description: Greg was once a normal little looking geek, average looking with dull brown hair and eyes. The hellfire infusing him has changed him, bulking him up some, his skin becoming deep red and his eyes turning fiery red. He would never be able to hide what he had become. His clothes are simple, ranging from shirts and tee shirts, jeans and tennis shoes. Although they normally have minor tears and are singed on different spots.

2 newest builds reflect a change in how I will be doing character builds from now on. I've switched how I write up history for the characters, just doing the details which I think matter and no seperate titles for each section of history. This is so I will stop driving myself crazy trying to come up with a ton of details for each character. 2nd change is the addition of a short personality entry for each character.
